Gut gelegenes Hotel, vernünftiges Zimmer, sauber, wir mögen nicht den Pool und den Jacuzzi, beide mit geringer Qualität und Wasser schien unrein, die Sauna ist vernünftig. Das Hotel verlangt eine Kaution von 10€ pro Kleid, eine der gelieferten Kleidung war gebrochen und ohne Stricke für den Gurt, für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel sollte nicht passieren, wurde nach Beschwerde ausgetauscht. Das Frühstück ist gut mit einer Vielzahl von Lebensmitteln. Ich denke, Sie könnten die lokalen Produkte weiter fördern. .

A superb historic property under private management and ownership - actually, in the ownership of the same family for over 400 years altho’ now a member of the Small Luxury Hotels marketing system affiliated with Hilton. The property in its adjoining Gardens are a destination in themselves, along with the nearby (400m) Santa Clara monastery. They may be sufficient for some visitors, but it’s about a 15 minute walk to the centre of Coimbra and it’s main historical area. Arthur Wellesley - aka Viscount Wellington - was a visitor during his Iberian campaign, so you’re in good company.  Staff are superb and obviously hand picked by the owner. The receptionist when I arrived (Evening of Sunday 16 February) was simply the best I’ve ever experienced, Singapore, Bangkok and Tokyo included.  Genuinely fascinating to talk to about the history of the building and some of the previous guests (famous but  ‘passed’ celebrities so no confidence is breached).  Best to stay in the rooms in the main building if possible, if tales of the previous occupant intrigue. Although the spa Is impressive – up to best Thai standards - and I guess the adjoining spa rooms may be equally good. Overall, an absolute gem that far exceeded expectations.

Pontos fortes. -local aprazível para descansar e no meio da natureza. -Serviço  irrepreensível, pessoas muito simpáticas. -Pequeno almoço fabuloso. - Boa Relação preço/qualidade no restaurante.  - Quarto: 1-Muito asseado; 2- Bom colchão ; 3- Adorei a casa de banho; 4- Decoração minimalista? mas boa para mim. Ponto fraco: -O quarto podia ser maior; -podia ter um pequeno sofá. Pena que não podia ficar mais tempo.  Normalmente quando estou hospedado num hotel só uso para dormir e aproveitar para passear. Mas este apetece ficar e usufruir os serviços do hotel.

Hotel localizado numa zona muito tranquila, possuí boas acessibilidades para carrinhos de bebés ou dificuldades locomotoras, ótima piscina, quartos bastante espaçosos. Ótimo hotel para o verão, apesar de um pouco longe da praia, pois é necessário carro para a deslocação e o estacionamento na praia de Mira é péssimo. Recomendo, piscina coberta e aquecida para o inverno e ficará um hotel fantástico para usufruir todo o ano.

This was our second stay at the hotel, and it was just as fabulous as the first. The wellness area — with its sauna, cold‑water dip, and warm indoor pool — made the stay incredibly relaxing. The breakfast buffet was as good as I remember it, and on this trip was also our first time dining at Raiz, the hotel’s restaurant for dinner, and the experience was wonderful. Great food, great atmosphere, and excellent service. This is definitely our go-to hotel when we're in Lousã!

Ruhige Umgebung, geräumige Zimmer, komfortabele Betten, herrliche Aussicht auf den Mondego-Fluss. Ein fantastisches Panorama-Balkon. Der Spa ist perfekt für einen kleinen Ausflug mit Jacuzzi, Sauna und türkisches Bad. Der Außenpool hat eine Menge Sonne und sauberes und angenehmes Wasser. Sie können durch das Gebäude bis zum Fluss durch den umliegenden kleinen Wald gehen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und im Panoramarestaurant serviert. Das Abendessen ist einfach superb in Geschmack und Präsentation, und die Mengen sind großzügig. Der Chef ist fantastisch! Top Tassen! Ich komme wieder oft!!! Super romantisch.

Great location, just a few minutes walk from the terminal. The rooms were spacious. My kids loved to swim in the pools.

Rein, komfortabel und geräumig. Es gibt eine gemeinsame Küche mit allen Ausstattung. Es gibt eine Pflege für Gäste in allen Details. Das Zimmer war Wasser, Miniflaschen mit Portfolio, gekühlte Wein, Saft, Milch, Obst im Kühlschrank.

Hotel em frente à praia, com excelente pequeno-almoço, staff super simpático e profissional, piscina, sauna, hidromassagem e ginásio. O almoço no restaurante do hotel estava top. A seleção dos vinhos é cuidada e o vinho branco seleção da Santa Vitória é bastante agradável. Excelente relação qualidade preço.
