"Meine Frau und ich besuchten Vigan City für eine Fahrradreise. Das Hotel ist ein wunderbares Gebäude, das Personal war großartig, es gab eine große Auswahl an Lebensmitteln zu wählen. Der Dachdeckpool und die Bar waren sehr schöner Ort zum Kühlen. Sie hatten sichere Parkplätze unter dem Hotel, das perfekt war für die Lagerung unserer Fahrräder aus der Straße. Nur denke ich kann denken, dass das nicht für mich war, dass die Bettwäsche war, sie waren dick, ich bevorzuge eine dünnere Wäsche. Aber das ist nicht viel."

"The hotel and the location is perfect for peaceful and easy access area to go to the Heart of Vigan we stayed 2 nights we did 1 day in ilocos sur travel to ilocos norte the next day and came back to the same hotel.its clean employees have a pleasing personalities restaurant menus is okey food is great. The only issue i have since i am used to stay on a buffet breakfast hotel this place requires you to choose your breakfast on the small option list.and drinks option are weird so if you choose juice thats all you get you cannot get a coffee even if you offer to pay for it very weird way.but overall the hotel is great! Good for group families and kids friendly"

"The deluxe room was spacious for a family of 4, and take note of the washroom providing a “suite like” feel. Although the cabinets were obviously worn out, one of them had molds and can even smell once you open it. However, room had been kept clean throughout our stay in. There was a limitation on access to amenities. The beach was closed due to soil erosion, hence we only able to use the infinity pool. Prepare cash for the deposit of 2k per night. No lift (south wing, ocean wing) we had to ask assistance from the hotel concierges to bring the luggages all the way up to the3rd floor."

"I really had a wonderful stay at Aureo. Upon check in, at first, I thought the resort was beautiful but does not have a wow factor until I tried all the loop pool and the other amenities and it changed my whole perspective! The resort was amazing especially the loop pool which I did enjoy a lot. No wonder the hotel is so hype. Thanks also to trip.com for the easy booking. It was so smooth and I did not encounter any problem with the process. Trip.com also offered a way cheaper rate compared to other booking apps because of big discounts and cashbacks. My birthday became so unforgettable because of this. I will definitely go back!"

"Good -Park like setting, pet friendly, many nice pools to use. Couple villa has own little pool surrounded by plants for privacy. Air-conditioned room. Warm shower water, local drinking water provided. Eating area inside room, ref and sink. Gated entry with gate guard. Provided breakfast, portions are local but quite filling. Plenty of onsite parking (watch out for coconuts above car). Golf cart with driver available but the walk is really short and mostly flat. Toothbrush and amenities provided. Ants and bugs are typical so not an issue (bug spray recommended for foreigners). Employees welcoming and very responsive and well groomed. Room service (took for all meals). Bad -lack of food menu in room with room service offered, housekeeping called Butler but not. Provided cell phone with load, load expired initially. Updates every 6 hours to phone via text message. 80% of time housekeeping could not be reached. Menu once either found on web site or brought to door many things not available and size of portion not clear. Food cold sometimes upon delivery and or not taste very good, food service is slow. Bar soap provided is nice but small (cut down from a larger bar). A bit of a drive to anything else nearby and not much else found to do here. Ugly -Breakfast order lost on last day to check out, was placed 6PM in person at door night before. If had not called would not have been provided (since we had pet with us, opted for room service) Housekeeping light not working at front door to make up room. Ref compressor noise. Sometimes arcing / hum noise coming from electrical panel. Expectation of vacationer not in alignment with profit margin site manager is attempting to generate from each stay. You are left with a feeling of overpaying for a level of service that was lacking and this felt in relation to how the business just seems to be run. Arrival was overwhelming (good) but departure needs improvement."

"Ich mag dieses Hotel, da die Lage ein Plus ist. Sehr kurze Entfernung zu Calle Crisologo, wenn Sie aus essen möchten. Sie haben auch ihre eigenen Restaurant im Hotel, obwohl sehr klein. Überall mag ich im Hotel bleiben und das ist gut empfohlen!"

"Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war unglaublich enttäuschend. Von dem Zeitpunkt an, als wir angemeldet waren, haben wir mit Komfort und Hygiene Probleme getroffen, die unser Aufenthalt sehr unkomfortable machten. Die wichtigsten Fragen: Unbeständige Bad Duft: Das Schlafzimmer riecht absolut schrecklichwie eine schmutzige Mischung von Abwasser, Erbrechen und Harn für unser ganzes Aufenthalt. Die Blei wird eindeutig unterstützt, und es scheint, sie haben ein schweres Drinageproblem. Der ”Odor Leak”: Der Duft des Badezimmers war so stark, dass wir, wenn wir die Tür offen lassen, sogar für eine Sekunde, die schreckliche Stench würde sofort das ganze Schlafzimmer übernehmen. Musty Room: Auch ohne den Duft des Badezimmers hatte das Schlafzimmer selbst einen schweren, alten und scharfen Geruch, der es unentlüftet und unhygienisch machte. Schwache Klimaanlage (Hat zu fragen, um einen Fan): Um die Dinge zu verschlimmern, war die AC-Einheit kaum funktioniert. Es konnte nicht das Zimmer kalt. Es war so schwach und reichlich, dass wir tatsächlich die Mitarbeiter um einen zusätzlichen elektrischen Fan bitten mussten, um das Zimmer zu verträglich zu machen."

"We had the premier family suite and it fit all 5 of us comfortably. The hotel itself was beautiful. Just like the pictures show. An infinity pool overlooking the ocean with easy access to the beach. The restaurant was also very nice, though I wish they had closed the windows and used air conditioning as it was too hot, even with the ocean breeze. My only complaint is that the air conditioner in the room is set automatically to a min of 23 degrees and could not be set cooler. Their explanation was that it was centralized but I don’t think there was a need for that. I was hoping it would be cooler."

"The place is new and having 3rd party listing in trip. com can get better deal, as if you just walk in will charge you their regular price very pricey as they just next to the wharf marina going to hundred Island, the room is excellent clean and had a nice size bathroom with bedit, hot water and great water pressure, firm comfortable bid and big soft pillow and heavy blanket.  The staff is very helpful and polite accommodating, big size pool not heated but comfortable. I would stay this place again if ever we return to alaminos, its just sad that this war crisis is affecting the business and people livelilyhood."

"Vielleicht das beste Hotel in Bolinao. Ausgezeichnete Landschaft, Schwimmbad, Garten, Kinderbereich. Die einzige und wirklich ein wenig Nachteil ist der Personalservice. Ich geben diese Marke, weil sie wirklich nicht hilfreich sind, um Tourismusinformationen für Marken rund um, und besonders für die Giant Clams - für mich der wahre Schatz rund um in diesem Bereich. Andererseits ist es wirklich ein Ort, um zu gehen und zu bleiben - es gibt kein Hotel um das vergleichbar."
