Overall experience was okay, can be better. The pools were very well maintained and clean, the beach was fantastic, they have multiple activities to provide to their guest and the hotel was amazing! The spacious room we booked an accommodate up to 8 people ! Our overnight stay was not crowded compared to to the holidays, not much people but the downturn we experience was the service we received was slow. We used one of their pools and requested for a beach towel, after waiting and following up for more than 30 mins, we gave up and walk to our hotel shivering. The life guard who helped us followed up of our request said that the housekeeping was slow and many excuses though there were not much people. Second one was on the Naya restaurant bar and grill, as we observed the restaurant was not full yet our orders took an hour before it was served….. Overall, the facilities was fantastic!

Das Hotel liegt nur neben schönen Cafés und Restaurants (versuche Beanery, eine bessere Alternative zu Starbucks, die auch wenige Schritte entfernt ist) und nur wenige Minuten Fahrt zum Stadtplatz. Auch wenn das Hotel freundlich alt ist, ist die Einrichtungen immer noch ok, da der Preis vernünftig ist. Ich hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt! 👍🏻

the place is clean but the air-cinditioning unit is not functioning enough to keep the room cold. area is along the highway and you could hear the noise of the vehicles.

The Aurora Subic Hotel is typically new, opened last yr Aug if I am not mistaken. Hotel had few poor quality food options. Service was bad. Elevators have finger and hand prints. Aircon in the lobby drips. Will not come back. Hotel price is not worth it. The only saving grace is the house keeping head Ms RICA. She compensates for the poor management of the hotel. I must say this hotel should have many Ricas that provildes good service.

Stay at Widus if you want a staycation with kids, they will surely enjoy the pool with slide. Food prices are reasonable. Ms. Jean at front desk offered a free cake upon seeing my birthday on my ID upon check in.

Vielen Dank für das große Personal an diesem Ort. Wir fühlten uns während unseres Aufenthalts die warme Gastfreundschaft. Der Ort ist majestätisch und die komplizierten Details der Holzarbeit werden Sie den Ort lieben. Es ist ziemlich luxuriös, auch wenn es kleiner ist im Vergleich zu einigen der luxuriösen Resorts in Bataan (d. h. Las Casas, Montemar, Anvaya). Es ist sehr ruhig, so dass Sie überall entspannen können. Das Bett ist auch sehr gut, so dass Ihr Schlaf schön sein wird. Die einzige große Verbesserung ist das Essen. Ich denke, die Auswahl ist begrenzt, da viele nicht verfügbar waren. Der Geschmack ist auch nicht wert der Preis. Es ist zu teuer für Pinoy Hauskochmahl. Es gibt auch Tränen, aber das ist tragbar und wir sind auch in einem Bauernhof, so dass Bugs und Tränen unvermeidlich sein werden. Alles andere als das Essen war großartig!

Overall, we had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient as it was near everything. The amenities were also close to complete, if not complete -- it had a pool, function room, restaurants, fitness center, etc... Although breakfast was just average, we really enjoyed dining at Legend Hong Kong Seafood Restaurant, which was located within the hotel. Everything they served was delicious. As for the rooms, it was spacious enough to accommodate two, maybe even three, people. The hotel was considerate enough to grant us a late check-out to compensate for the delay in giving us our rooms for check-in. We appreciated this gesture very much. We'll definitely be back.

Das Hotel ist fantastisch und hat alles, was Sie brauchen. Liebe die Dachbar/Club Pool-Bereich besonders für Tage, wenn Sie nicht weit gehen wollen, um eine tolle Zeit zu haben. Das Essen war erstaunlich und der Spa- und Fitnessraum hielt mich für mehr Behandlungen und große Trainings, um das Extra-Essen zu arbeiten. Ich empfehle diese Lage sehr, da sie in einem großen Ort über die Keller oder für diejenigen, die das Gebiet mit vielen Dingen in Spazierweiterung erkunden möchten. Liebe es so sehr, dass ich es bereits für meine nächste Rückreise wieder reserviert.
