The room was fine, though it was dusty and there were old toothpaste stains in the bathroom. However, that is nothing compared to the major safety and privacy violation we experienced. The service and management were completely unacceptable. Our room's mini fridge was broken. We called maintenance, but after waiting for 30 minutes, no one showed up. Since we had a strict dinner reservation, we had to leave, keeping our 'Do Not Disturb' (DND) sign clearly displayed on the door.Later, the staff called us saying they were at our room. I explicitly asked them to wait 3 minutes for us to return. Instead, they entered our room without permission while the DND sign was up and changed the fridge. This is a severe breach of privacy and security. If anything goes missing from our room, who is going to take responsibility? Very unprofessional and untrustworthy.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay – Clean, Comfortable & Great Service I had a very pleasant stay at Fraser Place Puteri Harbour. The overall experience was excellent from check-in to check-out. The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They were professional and always ready to assist whenever I had any questions or needed help, which made the whole stay feel comfortable and hassle-free. The room was clean, tidy, spacious and well maintained. Everything was properly prepared when I arrived, and the room felt comfortable and relaxing. The facilities were also in good condition, and I really enjoyed the peaceful environment and beautiful surrounding views. The location is convenient and the overall atmosphere of the property is quiet and relaxing. I especially appreciated the cleanliness and the good service provided by the staff. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and definitely good value for money. I would happily stay at Fraser Place Puteri Harbour again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and relaxing place to stay in the Puteri Harbour area. Stayed a night for convenience as Aeon is right opposite. Location is perfect and super convenient. We were allowed early check in too. We dropped our baggages and left the room before returning after dinner. To our horror, we noticed at least 6 baby cockroaches in the room... requested a change of room right away - staff initially wanted to just send staff to take a look but we insisted a change of room which they ultimately agreed. The room looks clean so we're not sure how the room can be infested with cockroaches.. probably the first and last time we'll stay here

Der Gesamtzustand ist gut, alles hat meinen Erwartungen an ein Standard-Hotelzimmer entsprochen. Eine Sache ist mir allerdings nicht ganz recht: Ich hatte ein Zimmer für drei Erwachsene gebucht, aber die Ausstattung ist nur für zwei Personen (zwei Paar Hausschuhe, zwei Zahnbürsten, zwei Handtücher usw.). Da es keine Telefonnummer gibt, unter der man die Rezeption erreichen kann, bin ich persönlich hingegangen, um die Situation zu melden. Das Personal versprach, die fehlenden Gegenstände später auf unser Zimmer zu schicken, aber es kam niemand.

Chance to experience first class suites on airplane with full king size bed without paying a premium. This is the place where you should go with family! Small hotel with 2x Boeing 747 cargo planes converted into suites. Each plane comes with 10 rooms and hotel building block has another 20+ rooms. With less than 50 rooms, you won’t experience over crowding like other hotels with 100+ rooms. Other words quiet and more privacy. Which gives you the premium feel. Not to mention the high end finishing in common areas and in room. 5 star quality hotel in a secluded area which you rarely can find. Other than the airplanes main attraction, the children water park playground pool was a blast for the children. They also have 4 different swimming pools located at ground floor and 3rd floor. Children pool, beach pool with real sea white sand, adult pool, and jacuzzi pool. Food option was very limited. 1 Japanese restaurant in hotel and 1 Chinese restaurant outside of hotel, walking distance a stone throw away. Each room comes with 2 pax complimentary Japanese Ala carte breakfast. Airplane suite rooms design is too low the ceiling to floor height. At 178 cms I need to bend my head 70% of the time. Knocked my head a dozen times due to low height ceiling. Unsuitable for 175 cms and above height. Is like walking in hobbiton house or some tight cramped cave. Take note for slightly above average height people. Definitely not for foreigners. Phone in room wasn’t working. Could call front desk and house keeping. Had to manually walk out to front desk to ask for assistance. 90% of hotel staff cannot speak English. Security guard, cleaners, and pool towel boy. You’ll definitely have a tough time if you cannot communicate in Bahasa Malaysia. Only front desk staffs could speak English. Maybe their market cater for local Malaysians who speaks Bahasa only. Very poor directions. No signage at all for hotel and lobby. No hotel staff at lobby most of the time. They have 2 wings of lobby. A little confusing. All the Grab drivers got lost as it’s a new area. Use Chao Shan Lou restaurant as pick up and destination in Grab app. Check in was at 1st floor. You need to ask around and pray someone is at lobby to inform you. Don’t feel very welcome from first impression. Management ought to do something about this. Had bad experience with hotel cleaner at toilet in lobby area. Wet floor from washing toilets, the water flow out to common area outside of toilet. Both my wife and I slipped and almost fell. Very slippery fall hazard. Cleaner didn’t place wet floor signage at all when floors were still wet. On black marble tiles you cannot see the water. Management should look into their cleaning policies. This could have been very bad if it was an elderly who fell. Safety of guest must be the utmost priority. Plenty of parking around as all the shop houses within vicinity are still empty vacant.

Resort has a private beach and excellent view from the room balcony. Beautiful sun rise with beach and sea view. Enjoyed the swings, sand, sea breeze and listening to the waves! Kids love the sand. There are various sea activities and horse riding available. Separate charges. Swimming pool has a 0.6m section for kids to have some water play. Indoor mini playground for the little ones. They had great fun. Free parking if you drive. Breakfast spread is good enough. Nasi lemak is a must-try. The pastries can be heated up which made them great! Eggs selection excellent! Juicy watermelons! You can enjoy sun rise while having breakfast. The resort has a chalet feel. They should look into their aircon as it doesn’t seems to cool well. The facilities are aged. Wash basin water drain a little slow. Overall, we love this place for the view! Hope the next time we return, the facilities would have improved.

Overall, location is good. - Free parking and open carpark for you to choose - Beach is just behind - Two swimming pool, one playground style and normal swimming pool - Few restaurants to choose from (Korean, Seafood, Malay cuisine, Fast food) - Mini golf course for kids to experience golf - Retail shop for almost everything you need for travel and swimming - Birds like chicken, duck, goose, peacock are in the location for kids to view as well - One dry playground - One vending machine with almost all kinds of medicine you need Just issue with cleanliness for me, first night, I had lizard issue, can hear the sound of it. Housekeeping damn fast when I report the next day, they came to check but cannot locate it. Second is ants, but it disappeared after like 15mins. But I reported it after I check out since when I saw it, it was in the night already.

Das Eckzimmer verfügt über eine eigene übergroße Terrasse und auch die Einrichtungen im Inneren des Hauses sind sehr neu und sauber. Die beiden Schwimmbäder sind jeden Tag sehr beliebt, wirken aber nicht zu überfüllt. Das Essen ist hauptsächlich malaysisch und mit allen Ländern kompatibel, vor allem beim Frühstück bin ich sehr zufrieden. Abgesehen davon, dass die Wellen in der Saison zu hoch sind und man nicht ans Meer gehen kann und die öffentlichen Fahrräder etwas abgenutzt sind, sind der Service und die Verpflegung rund um die Uhr sehr gut.

Wir hatten unseren ersten Auslandsurlaub mit unserem alten Baby 6-month in Westin Desaru, da wir unseren vorherigen Aufenthalt hier genossen hatten, als meine Frau schwanger war. Das Übernachten im Westen mit einem Baby war eine wunderbare Wahl, es fühlte sich sehr wie, von einem Paar zuverlässige alte Hände zu betreuen. Essentielle Babyausstattung wie ein Baby-Cot+Matratzen+Bumper, Badewanne und Badewanne wurden bereitgestellt. Das Zimmer war v geräumig und hatte gutes Soundproofing. Die Gastfreundschaft war unverschämt und kleine, aber bedenkliche Gesten wie die Sicherung unseres Babys ruhiger, als wir es im Restaurant verließen und die zusätzlichen Meile, um uns während der Frühstückszeiten einen Innentisch geben, waren sehr geschätzt. Wir können nicht warten, dass unser Kind Teil des Westin Kids Club sein, wenn er älter wird. Danke Westin Desaru für den Top-Notch-Service und für die besten Gedankenzufriedenheit an erstmals Eltern!!

Das ist ein guter Aufenthaltsort. Obwohl es für einige langweilig sein kann, aber wir kommen immer wieder in dieses Hotel. Pros 1) Großes Zimmer & sehr geräumig 2) Großer Pool für Erwachsene und Kinder 3) Groß für Golfer 4) Es ist sehr grüne.. gut für die Augen 5) Ich liebe die Tatsache, dass sie hier Waschbecken selbstservice haben, aber nur im Auge ist es ein bisschen preiswert Kons 1) Wir hatten ein Zimmer, das nicht gut gepflegt ist, aber Sie können sie immer bitten, das Zimmer zu ändern oder es besser zu reinigen 2) Nichts Besonderes über das Frühstück, aber es hält Sie voll! 3) Das ist ein altes Hotel, so haben einige Erwartungen auf die Rundowns 4) Es ist weit von den Geschäften, so dass wenn Sie ausgehen wollen Sie entweder fangen oder ausfahren können
