Great hotel with warm, prompt, and attentive hospitality. I really appreciated the pillow menu, which was a thoughtful touch and made the stay even more comfortable at night. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and overall, it was a very comfortable stay. One small improvement would be having Netflix available on the TV, which would make the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would definitely consider staying here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Fraser Place Iskandar Puteri. The 3-bedroom serviced apartment was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family of 5. We especially loved the location. Marina Walk is just nearby, with Hard Rock Cafe and other dining and leisure options within walking distance. We enjoyed taking leisurely walks around the area, especially in the evenings. It was nice to have everything so accessible while still having a relaxing and peaceful place to stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. We would definitely consider coming back again!

This used to be my favourite hotel in Bukit Indah. However, the price of the hotel has increased but not the service, nor the amenities. The hotel no longer provides a hand towel or the slipper. All these little touches were removed, might be due to cost savings measures.

Der Gesamtzustand ist gut, alles hat meinen Erwartungen an ein Standard-Hotelzimmer entsprochen. Eine Sache ist mir allerdings nicht ganz recht: Ich hatte ein Zimmer für drei Erwachsene gebucht, aber die Ausstattung ist nur für zwei Personen (zwei Paar Hausschuhe, zwei Zahnbürsten, zwei Handtücher usw.). Da es keine Telefonnummer gibt, unter der man die Rezeption erreichen kann, bin ich persönlich hingegangen, um die Situation zu melden. Das Personal versprach, die fehlenden Gegenstände später auf unser Zimmer zu schicken, aber es kam niemand.

Nice hotel and clean room, but hotel does not seem ready for operation or they’ve manpower issues. When we arrived on Friday afternoon there was nobody at the reception area, I had to walk around and finally found a staff outside. He then helped us to contact his colleague, who then told us to proceed to another level. Bfast option was very limited and similarly they seemed understaffed. Location was secluded, there were no amenities around. Overall nice concept (if you like airplanes) and place is clean/new.

Resort has a private beach and excellent view from the room balcony. Beautiful sun rise with beach and sea view. Enjoyed the swings, sand, sea breeze and listening to the waves! Kids love the sand. There are various sea activities and horse riding available. Separate charges. Swimming pool has a 0.6m section for kids to have some water play. Indoor mini playground for the little ones. They had great fun. Free parking if you drive. Breakfast spread is good enough. Nasi lemak is a must-try. The pastries can be heated up which made them great! Eggs selection excellent! Juicy watermelons! You can enjoy sun rise while having breakfast. The resort has a chalet feel. They should look into their aircon as it doesn’t seems to cool well. The facilities are aged. Wash basin water drain a little slow. Overall, we love this place for the view! Hope the next time we return, the facilities would have improved.

Room is big plus the resort is big ! But ada buggy if penat. Although looks outdated but still clean, spacious and have a lot of facilities can be done esp w kids. There are 3 swimming areas, mini gold, arcade, beach side, mini animal farm.

Very disappointed with my stay at Holiday Villa JB. This is my 3rd stay here after trying the first 2 times a few years back and not liking it. So I stayed 3 days here, and while my 1st day here was fine, my 2nd and 3rd days here reminded me why I never returned to this hotel earlier. 1) Unethical and lack of tranpsarency with hotel guests. I booked a Deluxe Room and paid a higher price compared to Superior to get a higher floor (since that was the main difference), but I was given a Superior room without my knowledge. I only realized this after checking out and scrolling through reviews to see others experiencing the same). The hotel did not let me know I was being downgraded, and did not return me the difference of money between the 2 room types. This is unethical. 2) Lack of soundproofing. The soundproof of the room windows are terrible, how thin must the glass be to be able to hear honking and revving of vehicles from the 15th floor (even on my previous stay I was on the 23rd floor and could still hear this), like I am on the road myself. 3) Fire alarm drills. The hotel had fire alarm drills going on and there was no notice, no anmouncements on dates/duration in the rooms or told to us, so hotel guests had no info on how long this would go on for. The drill announcements were repeated at least 10 times at loud volumes through speakers INSIDE of the rooms.The moment the announcements started, there is no way for you to block it out because of how loud it was and how long it lasted. The drill goes on for 8-10 mins before ending just to repeat 3 hours later. This is insanely inconsiderate, because they should have informed guests about this before checking in, so we could plan our day around this. The only silence we got was when we left the hotel. The rooms are fine but it is basic with basic amenities and interior, good size. Their cleanliness is not the best since I saw and caught a few bugs myself. Their showers only had 1 overhead shower, no handheld one, the water pressure is slow. Their service seemed good when checking in, but during our stay it felt like they couldn't be bothered other than anything housekeeping related. To be honest I could ignore ALL these issues if the price was low, but it wasn't. RM305 per night on a weekday is pretty insane to be dealing with all of the issues we encountered during our stay. I even asked for a refund for my 2nd night and they directed me to their manager who gave a long explanation on why they can't. Incredibly disappointing, but at least they gave us a reason to remember more clearly why we should never return.

Das Eckzimmer verfügt über eine eigene übergroße Terrasse und auch die Einrichtungen im Inneren des Hauses sind sehr neu und sauber. Die beiden Schwimmbäder sind jeden Tag sehr beliebt, wirken aber nicht zu überfüllt. Das Essen ist hauptsächlich malaysisch und mit allen Ländern kompatibel, vor allem beim Frühstück bin ich sehr zufrieden. Abgesehen davon, dass die Wellen in der Saison zu hoch sind und man nicht ans Meer gehen kann und die öffentlichen Fahrräder etwas abgenutzt sind, sind der Service und die Verpflegung rund um die Uhr sehr gut.

A truly splendid stay at Westin Desaru Coast! From check-in to check-out, the hospitality and service were truly top-notch. Everything was seamless, and the team made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. A special mention and shout out to Puan Zainab who constantly checked us in at breakfast, who went above and beyond to make sure my daily fixed cappuccino with oat/almond milk was prepared perfectly and scrumptios array of breakfast buffet awaited. The little details like this really made the stay extra special. We also truly appreciated the constant check-ins from the staff — always making sure we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable. The facilities were very well maintained, the room service was excellent, and the overall attention to detail was impressive. We love the beach and how clean it is! It was a splendid stay, well spent, and one that we will remember fondly. Thank you, Westin Desaru Coast, for the wonderful hospitality and exceptional service. Kudos to the entire team! We can’t wait to be back!
