Zum zweiten Mal innerhalb von 14 Tagen in diesem Hotel, diesmal mit einem Zimmer-Upgrade und doppeltem Stadtblick. Es ist schwer, in Yangon ein Hotel mit einem besseren Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis zu finden. Es ist ein 5-Sterne-Hotel, aber man zahlt wie in einem 3-Sterne-Hotel! Das Frühstück war wieder einmal hervorragend. Das Restaurant ist ausgezeichnet und bietet sowohl À-la-carte-Gerichte als auch ein reichhaltiges Buffet. Der Pool und der Massagebereich laden zum Verweilen ein.

LOCATION Excellent location. In the immediate vicinity of the central train station. A 15-minute walk from Sule, with all its bus lines. A good starting point for exploring the city on foot. Shopping centers are in the immediate vicinity. A 30-minute taxi ride from the airport. SERVICE Excellent welcome and service. Excellent attention at every moment, whether from the housekeeping staff, restaurant staff, concierge, or the gym/spa/pool staff. PS: Please note the $200 USD security deposit required for some reservations. This should be anticipated, although it is payable by credit card (check if this option is worth according to your bank's terms and conditions applied for transaction in Myanmar). ENVIRONMENT Quiet and safe neighborhood. Elegant and comfortable hotel. Harmonious and high-quality layout. Impeccable maintenance. ROOM Superior King Bed Room: Perfect for one person, with a desk area and a small sitting area. Bright. Well laid out. Comfortable. Very good quality bedding. Clean, high-quality linens. Spacious and clean bathroom. Hot water with good pressure. Very good Wi-Fi. Conveniently placed electrical outlets. Excellent lighting. Luggage storage available (for one bag). Pleasant city view. Central air conditioning system. It worked perfectly, but I didn't find the adjustments very user-friendly. BREAKFAST Large dining room. Well-spaced buffet area, open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Elegant dining room. I preferred the back of the room for its quietness, privacy, and comfort. Attentive and courteous staff. A well-stocked and varied buffet. Yet, there was a noticeable difference in quality between the buffet, the kitchen staff, and the buffet presentation between weekdays and weekends. Some of the glass-fronted areas in the dining room were not clean at all: cobwebs, long-standing dust, and general grime. This needs improvement, as it's not what you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. The buffet occupied most of my mornings; however, I'm not sure I would have wanted to pay an additional $20 USD for it if it wasn't already included in the reservation. FACILITIES *The hotel has all the facilities one would expect for a hotel of this standard. In conclusion, I benefited from a very good price offer through Trip.com, which accurately reflected the hotel's value for money. I was truly delighted with my stay and will keep the PARKROYAL on my list of favorites for a future trip.

Beim Einchecken schien es ein Problem mit der Schlüsselkarte zu sein, was den Eincheckenprozess lang dauerte. Nach dem Einchecken schien alles normal, aber letztendlich funktionierte die Schlüsselkarte nicht. Ich verstehe nicht, warum das Personal die Gäste nicht über die Systemstörung informiert hat. Ich konnte nicht in meinem Zimmer zugreifen und musste zurück gehen, um das Personal zu informieren, was bedeutete, dass sie mich in mein Zimmer begleiten müssen. Das Personal hätte mich von Anfang an informiert haben sollen.

In particular, I really loved the view of Shwedagon Pagoda from my room. You have an excellent location as well, and the breakfast is hearty and satisfying. I would like to especially thank the following staff: Thinn Zar and Harry — thank you for attending to me and accommodating my late dinner request Thet Aung Linn — I really appreciated his service as a trainee, and I note his potential. I was very impressed with his fluency in Chinese, which is a great asset The cleaning staff were also dedicated and always conscientious

The Hotel cleanliness is really good, and can see a good view of the swedagon Pagoda. Planning to visit again soon.

Das Chatraum Lake View Hotel war eine tolle Erfahrung - ich habe hier zweimal über insgesamt etwa 8 Tage verblieben. Der Prozess von Check-in zum Check-out war zweit bis keiner. Wir liebt das Hotel, große Zimmer mit Blick auf den See, das Frühstück war auch groß mit einer guten Auswahl an Lebensmitteln. Der Service vom Bellboy bis zum Rezeption kann ich nicht wirklich beschweren, da sie auf alle unsere Anfragen antworteten. Wir haben uns frühzeitig für einen Flug nach Mandalay überprüft und haben uns mit einem packten Mittagessen geliefert. Die Pool-Einrichtungen waren großartig - obwohl ich denke, das Wasser braucht ein wenig Chlor für die Reinigung, weil es ein wenig Muskie war - das Hotel war schön und ruhig mit nicht zu viele Gäste, aber der Service war noch da. Ich möchte den Empfänger erwähnen, der immer lächelt und so freundlich und willkommen ist und unsere Reisegeschichten und Anfragen hört - La Min und Herr Simon waren so hilfreich, aber ich kann mich nicht an die anderen Namen erinnern. Eines zu beachten - wenn Sie kein Auto haben, dann ist es nicht so zentraler zum Zentrum der Stadt, aber Sie können leicht einen Grab nach Shwedagon Pagoda oder das Zentrum, Sie können auch zu Kandagwyi See Graden gehen und genießen den Sonnenuntergang - das ist nur 15 min Spaziergang und es gibt ein Mall dort, auch mit einem großen Supermarkt. Wenn Sie Geld wechseln müssen - das Hotel empfohlen 126 Grocery Store - große Preise keine Pass braucht nur neue Crisp USD Notes. Es ist in der Nähe von Myanmar Plaza. Ich werde definitiv dort wieder bleiben. Wir blieben im Seeblick, aber wenn Sie die Morgensonne auf Ihrem Balkon bevorzugen, dann können Sie die Pagoda-Ansicht nehmen. The hotel overall is great with good swimming pools sauna and restaurants but one things is that we woke up early and went down to have the breakfast buffet which is included in the booking. The staff told us that we are not allowed to go in with pyjamas but with selected dress code. Once we arrive inside there were several foreigners and locals wearing pyjamas..

Weve been upgrade to higher room, highly appreciate it. Since all corridors carpet, ABIT smelly. Elevator smell weird. We got compliments snack for dinner. Old colonial building 98 years , so romantic lobby area. Good spot for photos.

Sehr zufrieden mit einer Unterkunftserfahrung, zum ersten Mal kommen Sie zum Licht, und ich fürchte, die Sprache ist nicht verständlich, selbst Englisch ist allgemein. Resultat: Die Rezeption kann ohne Hindernisse Chinesisch kommunizieren, wie im Inland Hotel, ist dieses Hotel auch mehr Chinesen leben

Neues Hotel in der Stadt mit Whirlpool, aber der Innenpool ist etwas kleiner als erwartet. Kissen und Bett sind fantastisch. Das Frühstück ist ehrlich gesagt nicht sehr gut.
