"I am very impressed how beautiful Riad Belikoss pool and spa. I highly recommend to everyone who wants to go and visit Morocco Marrakech to stay in this riad.  The Staff Heba, Marwah, Mahmod and the one who manage the place was amazing, their service was good and very accommodating to their guests.  They work with honor and dignity and care to their guests.....  I appreciate how they maintained the cleanliness of the room and the place.  The food was great too, air-conditioned room duting the peak summer season, pool was cool to dip into, the lounge was relaxing to stay and watch football. 😊 The place is located to the heart of Riad❤️ evrything are nearby."

"Ich habe einen Upgrade zu einem größeren Zimmer, es war gigantisch. Massives Bett und Badezimmer, 2 Balkone, TV, Kühlschrank, Desk und 2 Sofas (sie waren jedoch ziemlich niedrig, wie Futons). Das Personal an der Rezeption war brillant. Da es sich um ein Boutique-Hotel handelt, gibt es nicht viele Zimmer, so das Frühstück war sehr grundlegende. Ich war nicht ganz gut, das Personal hat mich um 2 Uhr kostenlos auschecken lassen, was sehr geschätzt wurde."

"Ich war sehr enttäuscht über meine Erfahrung in diesem Hotel. Vor meinem Aufenthalt habe ich das Hotel mit einer spezifischen Frage e-mailt und eine klare „Ja“ als Antwort erhalten. Auf dieser Bestätigung habe ich die Buchung gemacht und Geld auf den Aufenthalt verbrachte. Als ich jedoch ins Hotel kam, wurde mir gesagt, dass sie meine Frage missverstanden hatten und dass das „Ja“ sie mir gegeben haben, nicht wirklich auf dem Verständnis, was ich gestellt habe. Wenn das Hotel nicht sicher war, was ich frage, hätten sie es vor der Bestätigung geklärt haben müssen, statt mir ein Ja zu geben und mich erst nach der Ankunft zu entdecken. Das war sehr frustrierend und meiner Meinung nach kein akzeptables Niveau der Kommunikation oder des Kundendienstes. Auf der positiven Seite war die Sauberkeit ausgezeichnet, und die Lage war gut. Leider, die schlechte Kommunikation und die Art und Weise, wie diese Situation behandelt wurde, beeinflusste meine Gesamterfahrung erheblich.  Ich bin nicht zufrieden mit dem Service und würde von einem Hotel bessere Kommunikation und Rechenschaftspflicht erwarten."

"Sehr vergebens, sehr einfach zu verbrauchen! Aber das Fenster des Schlafzimmers war nicht geschlossen, und ich verbrachte die Zeit mit Sorge. Dann, aus irgendeinem Grund, ist der Sitz des Kühlschranks abgestürzt und der Boden ist überflutet. Ich glaube, die Reinigungskräfte haben sie abgenommen. Bei の の Menschen の Ton が, Struktur いた. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, und wenn ich einen Glas mitbringe, geben sie mir warmes Wasser, sehr freundlich! Danke!"

"Très bon séjour au Taj Atlas Wellness. Un grand merci à Marya pour son aide précieuse et sa disponibilité tout au long de notre séjour. Le service est irréprochable et les repas sont excellents. Le cadre est magnifique, avec un calme absolu et beaucoup de verdure, idéal pour se détendre. Les chauffeurs sont également très polis et courtois. Seul petit point d’amélioration : les chambres mériteraient un rafraîchissement et un peu plus d’entretien technique. On remarque quelques finitions approximatives, mais cela reste tout à fait raisonnable et n’a pas nui à la qualité de notre séjour. Nous recommandons cet établissement pour un séjour paisible à proximité de Marrakech."

"!!!注意，這個民宿留的212 Derb el Cadi這個地址在google map上搜的地點不對，這個點在城的西邊，但民宿在城的東邊，要用Dar Hilana這個搜尋，坐車就到Bab aylan這個大門，再走500米左右。這個民宿應該是剛開的，設施都比較新，總共三層，頂層還有露台，視野不錯，整體的裝修風格很有當地特色，民宿外面就是當地人的生活區域，有水果店、零食店，但沒有吃飯的餐館，我們一般都在景區附近解決；早餐挺豐富的，酸奶、蜂蜜、麪包、煎蛋等，味道挺不錯的；老闆和員工都挺友好的；不過感覺民宿佈置太追求文藝，不注重實用性，後面估計運營維護的成本會挺高的，比如浴室牆壁沒鋪磚，直接是白灰牆，很容易長黴或脱落"

"Very nice stay. Helpful and kind staff. Beautiful riad! Included average breakfast: many types of bread, a yogurt, coffee. The bed was a bit too firm for my liking and the shower had water pressure and hot water but was difficult to regulate. The location is very close to the main market streets in the Medina, but a bit separated and down a quiet alley. The location felt safe, but also a bit strange to walk there in the dark."

"Sorry for the long review, but I wanted to be as informative as possible and share the information I would have liked to know before booking. This was my 5th trip to Marrakesh and my first stay at Savoy Le Grand. I was quite nervous booking after reading some negative reviews, but overall I had a very pleasant experience. From the moment we stepped out of the taxi, we were warmly welcomed by Salah (concierge) and the Moroccan tea man in reception. From check-in to check-out (4 days later), all staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everyone we encountered spoke Arabic, French, and English, which made communication very easy. The foyer is beautiful, and the grounds are extremely well cared for—even more beautiful than expected. That said, there is ongoing construction and upgrades, which are not mentioned on the website. This is currently their quiet season, and the main construction is above the reception building, which is being extended upwards. Noise started daily around 9:15am, drilling around 9:38am, and finished around 6:30pm. Estimated completion is 1 May 2026. If you request a room near the second smaller pool, the noise is much less noticeable. The noise is louder and echoes more around the main pool due to the square layout. The hotel has four pools: two outdoor and two indoor. One indoor pool is heated and includes jacuzzi jets. There is also an additional indoor jacuzzi at the spa, charged at MAD 250 per person for one hour. There are three à la carte restaurants on site: Moroccan, International, and Italian. Directly outside the hotel are a supermarket, Paul, Chilli’s, and Papa John’s. Please note that outside food is not allowed inside the hotel. There is an ATM in reception and direct access to Menara Mall, which closes at 10pm. Special thanks to Nabil at reception, who did an excellent job checking us in. He listened carefully to my needs and arranged early check-in to a ground-floor room close to the restaurants, spa, and gym, with a garden and pool view. Soundproofing from the pool area was good, although hallway noise does travel. The grounds are beautiful, but the ground-floor rooms occasionally had a sewage smell, which I’ve also experienced at other Moroccan hotels. We did experience a few issues with our first room (heating not working, leaking fridge, slow-draining sink). Without us needing to complain, Soukayna from guest relations came first thing the next morning and immediately arranged for us to move to a beautiful suite. This level of customer service, care, and attentiveness is exactly what you expect from a 5-star hotel. In the evening there’s live entertainment music in the bar and outside a light & water fountain display. The suite was stunning—very spacious, with a separate living area, two balconies, lots of storage, mini fridge, large sofa, king-size bed, two TVs, kettle, coffee machine, safe, bathrobes and slippers. The bathroom had two sinks (standard rooms have one), plenty of toiletries (no washcloths), a large shower with both handheld and waterfall options, and excellent water pressure. There wasn’t much space to hang items, and there is a bidet hose beside the toilet. Thank you to the head cleaning lady for the final touches and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. I’d like to thank all the staff for providing us with a wonderful stay. I love the Moroccan people—they are humble, kind, and always willing to help. Despite the construction, I achieved my goal of relaxation and a short break. This is now my new favourite hotel in Marrakesh, and I will definitely return and recommend it to friends and family"
