"Insgesamt hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Der einzige große Nachteil auf meiner Seite ist die Tatsache, dass es an Schallisolierung mangelt. In den drei Nächten, die wir verbrachten, wurden wir zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten (1 Uhr morgens, 2 Uhr morgens usw.) von anderen Leuten im Hotel (Touristen und Teampersonal) geweckt, die sich auf den Fluren unterhielten und uns nichts ausmachten absolut nichts zu tun! Das Gleiche galt beim Auschecken, eine Person aus dem Team ging, um unser Zimmer zu überprüfen. Es fehlten die 2 kleinen Handtücher, die die Mitarbeiter nicht hätten zurückgeben sollen. Wir hatten ziemlich unangenehme Gedanken, als hätten wir sie gestohlen!"

"Sorry for the long review, but I wanted to be as informative as possible and share the information I would have liked to know before booking. This was my 5th trip to Marrakesh and my first stay at Savoy Le Grand. I was quite nervous booking after reading some negative reviews, but overall I had a very pleasant experience. From the moment we stepped out of the taxi, we were warmly welcomed by Salah (concierge) and the Moroccan tea man in reception. From check-in to check-out (4 days later), all staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everyone we encountered spoke Arabic, French, and English, which made communication very easy. The foyer is beautiful, and the grounds are extremely well cared for—even more beautiful than expected. That said, there is ongoing construction and upgrades, which are not mentioned on the website. This is currently their quiet season, and the main construction is above the reception building, which is being extended upwards. Noise started daily around 9:15am, drilling around 9:38am, and finished around 6:30pm. Estimated completion is 1 May 2026. If you request a room near the second smaller pool, the noise is much less noticeable. The noise is louder and echoes more around the main pool due to the square layout. The hotel has four pools: two outdoor and two indoor. One indoor pool is heated and includes jacuzzi jets. There is also an additional indoor jacuzzi at the spa, charged at MAD 250 per person for one hour. There are three à la carte restaurants on site: Moroccan, International, and Italian. Directly outside the hotel are a supermarket, Paul, Chilli’s, and Papa John’s. Please note that outside food is not allowed inside the hotel. There is an ATM in reception and direct access to Menara Mall, which closes at 10pm. Special thanks to Nabil at reception, who did an excellent job checking us in. He listened carefully to my needs and arranged early check-in to a ground-floor room close to the restaurants, spa, and gym, with a garden and pool view. Soundproofing from the pool area was good, although hallway noise does travel. The grounds are beautiful, but the ground-floor rooms occasionally had a sewage smell, which I’ve also experienced at other Moroccan hotels. We did experience a few issues with our first room (heating not working, leaking fridge, slow-draining sink). Without us needing to complain, Soukayna from guest relations came first thing the next morning and immediately arranged for us to move to a beautiful suite. This level of customer service, care, and attentiveness is exactly what you expect from a 5-star hotel. In the evening there’s live entertainment music in the bar and outside a light & water fountain display. The suite was stunning—very spacious, with a separate living area, two balconies, lots of storage, mini fridge, large sofa, king-size bed, two TVs, kettle, coffee machine, safe, bathrobes and slippers. The bathroom had two sinks (standard rooms have one), plenty of toiletries (no washcloths), a large shower with both handheld and waterfall options, and excellent water pressure. There wasn’t much space to hang items, and there is a bidet hose beside the toilet. Thank you to the head cleaning lady for the final touches and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. I’d like to thank all the staff for providing us with a wonderful stay. I love the Moroccan people—they are humble, kind, and always willing to help. Despite the construction, I achieved my goal of relaxation and a short break. This is now my new favourite hotel in Marrakesh, and I will definitely return and recommend it to friends and family"

"Такси до риада нас не повезло, ссылаясь на узкие улицы. При входе в старый город тут же нашлись ”помогальщики”, которые навязчиво нас сопровождали, потребовав за это денег. Спас ситуацию служащий отеля (мы отделались 20 дирхамами), который в дальнейшем нам предоставлял различную полезную информацию. В самом риаде чисто, очень мешал шум с улицы."

"Personnel Accueillant, Souriant, Serviable et à l'écoute du client. Hôtel propre que ce soit le hall de l'accueil, la salle de restauration, la chambre. Merci à tous et continuez ainsi. Juste revoir le personnel du matin en petit déjeuner qui vous débarrasse, juste de demander au client à la table s'ils peuvent débarrasser car venir prendre dans l'assiette directement, c'est pas terrible. Merci aux dames qui préparent les msems, oeufs frais!👏 Le spa revoir avec les dames, qu'elles prennent le temps et surtout laisser le temps au client d'apprécier ce moment de détente car on nous montres qu il faut faire vite et ce changer vite donc au lieu d'un moment de détente complet c'est un moment speed. Il n'y a pas de salle pour ce détendre et récupérer avec un thé et des petits gateaux par exemple. Le tapis dans le hammam en linot pas hygiénique. La salle pour la manucure, ou brushing par exemple c'est comme un placard ou un cajibi. C'est le minimum syndical. Nous avons apprécier les 10% pour le spa offert. Le restaurant de l'hôtel RITZI belle ambiance intérieure, on y mange bien. Le seul point bémol, c'est que les clients peuvent fumer à l'intérieur. Nous qui fumons pas, manger et rentrer du restaurant en sentant la cigarette, c'est désagréable. Nous vous recommandons l'hôtel qui est très bien situé, le personnel de l'accueil, les gardiens à l'entrée et pour le stationnement top même les dames de ménages souriantes, polis. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation."

"Ich habe dieses Hotel besonders als ein freundlicher Fitness-Enthusiast reserviert, ich mochte die Fotos des Fitnessraums auf der trip.com Website und wollte mit meinem Laufen und Gewichtsausbildung weitermachen. Als ich ankam, wurde mir gesagt, es war dort seit langem (Jahre) kein Fitnessraum. Das war kein guter Anfang. Die Rezeptionisten ändern sich oft im Hotel und machen einen großen Unterschied, wenn wir Hilfe benötigen. Einige der Rezeptionisten sprachen hervorragend Englisch und waren so hilfreich. So kam ein Tourbus nicht einmal am Morgen, und der Empfangsmann rief den Touristenbetreiber an und war wirklich hilfreich. Ich wünschte, sie alle hatten gut Englisch gesprochen, da es manchmal ziemlich stressig war, sie zu verstehen und umgekehrt. Die Zimmer brauchen einen TLC und eine Upgrade. Angesichts des Eingangs des Hotels sieht so schön aus, die Zimmer sind ziemlich dismal. Es gab jedoch warmes Wasser für Duschen und die Zimmer waren meist jeden Tag gereinigt. Das Frühstück war großartig mit viel Auswahl und westliche Optionen sowie marokkanische Angebote. Die Kochen machen Omelette zu beantragen und eine andere Dame machte leckere Flachbrett am Morgen frisch. Das Foto ist eine Aussicht auf unser Zimmer. Das Hotel ist sehr gut für die freundlichen und willkommenen Mitarbeiter, die wir von den marokkanischen Leuten, wirklich schönen Leuten im Allgemeinen gefunden haben."

"New Riad ist stilvoll und sehr sauber. Sie können aufsteigen und Dinge an der Tür laden. Der Manager Hamid half, eine Parkplätze hinter der Ecke in einem unterirdischen Parkplatz zu organisieren, für den er sehr dankbar ist - ein sehr angenehmer und aufmerksamer junger Mann. In der Riad ist eine sehr schöne Dekoration, Schwimmbad, Liege, willkommener Tee aus der Straße, auf dem Dach, wo das Frühstück eine chic Blick auf die Ruinen des El Badi Palace ist. Sie können diese Sicht leicht verpassen, weil die Aist ist sichtbar von dem Dach des Hotels. Frühstücke ändern sich nicht täglich, aber trotzdem lecker - frisch Kaffee, frisch Orange. Der Balkon geht auf die besetzte Straße von Medina, sind Sie bereit, die Klang der Stadt bis 12 Nächte zu hören, aber das ist der Preis des Fußlebens Zugang zu allen ikonischen Orten von Marrakesch."
