Nicely renovated hotel. Unfortunately staff are new and surprising not many front desk staff can converse in English.  Breakfast was good with many choices. However, we couldnt eat most of the time as my family has to go for activities early like skiing and local tours. The cafe  staff allows us to start breakfast before the opening time but an English speaking lady with a coat turned up one morning and stopped us from starting breakfast early before the opening time. She was so rude and told us wait till 630 before we can touch the food! I dont see why we cannot start with cereals that was already on display.  I will return to stay as the hotel is new, rooms are large and the onsen is clean and comfortable. There was a gym and laundry facilities too

A great overnight luxury transit hotel within 7 - 8 mins walking distance from JR Hakodate. Good service rendered by friendly highly trained staff. Worth a stay to experience Another 10 mins walking distance to the Red Brick House 🏠 for awesome retail shopping spree 🛒🛍️ to buy the local 🇯🇵 Hokkaido delights & savour local cuisine. The Hakodate Morning Market is right across the street with succulent fresh king crab affair feast awaiting 👑 🦀. A must visit destination for all in Sapporo not to be missed 🐙🦀🪼🦞🐠🦐🐳

We stayed at Hotel Mystays Sapporo as a family traveling with a baby. The location of the hotel is excellent, very convenient for getting around Sapporo, with many attractions, shops, and restaurants nearby. This made our stay much easier and more enjoyable, especially when traveling with a baby. When we first entered our room, we unfortunately faced a few issues. The phone was not working, and part of a wall fixture was coming off, which raised safety concerns for us as parents. It was disappointing to receive a room in this condition, especially when traveling with a baby where safety is a priority. However, we would like to highlight the very professional reaction of the hotel staff. Once we reported the problem, they responded quickly and seriously. They upgraded us to their biggest room and fixed the issue, making sure we felt comfortable and reassured. Their attitude and willingness to solve the problem made a big difference and turned a negative first impression into a positive experience. Another strong point of the hotel is the restaurant inside the hotel, which was excellent. The food quality was very good, and the convenience of having such a good restaurant on-site was invaluable for us as a family. We ended up eating there almost every night. Overall, while we were initially disappointed with the condition of the first room, we were very satisfied with how the staff handled the situation, the great location, and the quality of the restaurant. Thanks to their responsiveness and professionalism, we still had a pleasant stay and would consider returning in the future.

Ausgezeichnet für Familienaufenthalt, mit bunken Betten und einem Waschmaschine im Zimmer! Es war sauber und sehr geräumig, mit einem angemessenen Wohn-/Essenbereich auch. Nur eine Tad weit von den Bahnhöfen entfernt, aber für den Platz wert in der Gegenleistung.

Es lag ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Sapporo, sodass man sich mit einer Tragetasche gut fortbewegen konnte. Auf dem Rückweg gab es ein Tokyu-Kaufhaus, und in der Nähe der Unterkunft gab es einen Lawson, einen Family Mart und einen Seicomart – ideal für einen kleinen Einkaufsbummel! Der Blick vom Zimmer auf den Fernsehturm von Sapporo war wirklich schön. Als ich an der Biei-Furano-Tour teilnahm, war der Treffpunkt der Odori-Park, nur einen Häuserblock entfernt. Daher war es ideal, früh morgens hinzugehen. Allerdings war es etwas weit von Susukino entfernt, sodass ich laufen musste. Etwa 15–20 Minuten? Wenn ich viel zu tun hatte oder mein Gepäck schwer war, war ich etwas müde? Aber im Allgemeinen war es okay zu laufen. Und es war wirklich schön, dass ich früher einchecken durfte. Das Zimmer war geräumig, anders als in anderen japanischen Hotels, und die Dusche war angenehm, nicht wie die typischen Raumschifftoiletten. Es fühlte sich nicht stickig an. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sprach gut Englisch. Der Haartrockner war nicht spannungsfrei, sodass ich ihn auch bei kurzen Englisch-Eindrücken verstehen konnte. Sie haben mir sogar einen gemietet. Das Beste von allem: das öffentliche Bad! Ich gehe jeden Tag über 15.000 Schritte und bin müde, aber wenn ich abends ins öffentliche Bad gehe, mich einweiche und den Fernsehturm betrachte, ist es so schön, dass ich es bereue, keine Fotos gemacht zu haben, weil es ein öffentliches Bad ist. Es war schön, dass ich den Andrang im öffentlichen Bad von meinem Zimmer aus vorher überprüfen konnte. Wasser gab es auch in Kanistern, also konnte ich mich darauf verlassen! Ich war in vielerlei Hinsicht zufrieden. Wenn ich das nächste Mal wieder nach Sapporo komme, würde ich gerne wiederkommen und es meinen Mitmenschen empfehlen. Es war ein sehr zufriedenstellender Aufenthalt.

Lage: Innerhalb des Flughafens International Terminal. Kurz indoor walk from Arrivals. Very convenient. Atmosphäre: Ruhig, ruhig und freundlich. Warm willkommen. Voll von künstlerischen Eigenschaften. Zimmer: Gut eingerichtet, unspottbar sauber. Räumlich. Ruhig. Komfortable Betten. Ausstattung: Bibliothek. Tea House und Onsen Frühstück: Liebe Frühstücksausbreitung. Gemütliche Fenster. Wir würden gerne zurück sein.

Room is spacious and bed is big and comfortable. Love the memory foam pillow as well. Onsen is basic with just one 'pool'. Breakfast is the highlight of this hotel. You get to choose between 2 restaurants - buffet or Japanese dining. We stayed 2 night so we get to try both. I personally prefer the buffet as the variety and quality of food is really good. My husband prefer the Japanese dining it is less chaotic compared to the buffet restaurant as it has less people. Location is great. Walking distance to a few tourists attraction.

Die Lage ist in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Sapporo, also ideal für eine Biei-Tour oder einen Tagesausflug nach Otaru!! Das öffentliche Bad war klein, aber sehr nett. Das Personal war alle freundlich und ich werde beim nächsten Mal wieder eine Reservierung vornehmen Nach Sapporo!! Vollkommen zufrieden!! Wasser wird standardmäßig nicht bereitgestellt, aber ich bleibe mehrere Tage. Wenn Sie Ihr Zimmer nicht reinigen, werden zwei Flaschen Wasser bereitgestellt.

The service at this hotel was excellent. The staff were very warm and helpful, and there were always plenty of employees in the lobby ready to assist guests. Parking was a bit expensive, but the location of the parking area was very convenient, which made it easy to come and go. The only downside was the bathroom in the room. Perhaps because the hotel has been open for many years and the rooms are on very high floors, there was a very strong sewage smell coming from the floor drain in the bathroom. It was extremely unpleasant. Since we were only staying for two nights, we didn’t bother asking to change rooms. Instead, we had to keep the bathroom door closed every night before going to sleep and whenever we left the room, otherwise the smell would spread throughout the entire room. Aside from that issue, the staff and overall service were very good.

Ich hatte schon früh morgens gefragt, ob das Abendessen um 20:30 Uhr serviert wird… aber wegen einer Flugverspätung kam ich erst um 20:15 Uhr im Hotel an. Wir parkten am Haupteingang, zeigten unsere Pässe zum Einchecken vor und sagten nichts weiter! Der Mitarbeiter sagte uns ohne viel Aufhebens, wir sollten unsere Essensgutscheine holen und essen, um den Rest würden sie sich kümmern! (Ich hatte schon überlegt, das Abendessen ausfallen zu lassen… also habe ich es einfach gelassen 😥). Das war ein riesiger Pluspunkt für uns! Die Thermalquellen sind nach Geschlechtern getrennt, und Fotografieren ist nicht erlaubt… definitiv ein Erlebnis der Extraklasse! Die Außen-Thermalquellen bieten die Möglichkeit zur Sternenbeobachtung. Wenn Sie Ihr Auto am Eingang parken, hilft Ihnen jemand beim Einparken. Das Ambiente im Innenbereich ist sehr luxuriös 🌟
