First time travelling with my baby boy and the experience at The Risonare was wonderful. Full of fun activities, beautiful environment. The view was spectacular , my husband and I even got some time to pamper ourselves . Our room was spacious but the living room and corridor was quite old though. Given the price of our room, this is the only one thing we didn’t enjoy so much .

It’s a destination resort you should really plan for it however from the moment you have met the driver from Setsu at the Kutchan station and everything is beyond your expectations and impeccable service. Love the private Onsen experience yet the public Onsen is also not so busy at this time.  However I will definitely go visit and stay again during the winter time.  Two three four or more thumbs up 👍

I recently stayed at a hotel that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. The location was incredibly convenient, situated right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The facilities were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable and pleasant stay. One of the highlights of my experience was the breakfast. It was plentiful, with a wide variety of high-quality options to choose from each morning. I also thoroughly enjoyed the on-site hot springs. They were relaxing and provided the perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Additionally, my room offered a stunning view, which added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel provides an excellent base with great amenities. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Booked a room with private onsen and shared amongst 3 friends. There is valet parking upon arrival, and complimentary drinks and simple snacks at the welcome lounge between 3-10pm. They had a harpist perform at the lounge and dinner sometimes, it was very peaceful! Room was nice and comfortable, facing a nice view of lake Toya. Would have liked to be even closer to the lake as it turns out there is a field between the hotel and the lake. Temperature and size of private onsen js good, room facilities also great. Breakfast and dinner was wonderful, for dinner they serve a 6-7 course French styled meal on both nights made by Japanese ingredients. They had western and Japanese main plate options for breakfast with a buffet alongside too. Choices were plentiful and delicious. Staff generally very courteous and helpful, we had an issue with the hot water in our shower which they work very hard to fix. There was a random incident where one of the staff Yusaku was very rude to us at the Lumiere restaurant, he pretended not to understand English when taking our order for tea/ coffee, and even challenged us when we asked for lemon in tea, he said ‘what colleague?’ And ‘you want a piece of tea?’. Completely unacceptable for a hotel like this. The rest of the staff were nothing like that.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect — just a 2-minute walk to the Hirafu Welcome Centre, making it extremely convenient, especially for catching the direct bus from the airport. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, giving us a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. The service was excellent. The staff were attentive, helpful, and made everything very smooth for us. The room was super clean, well-maintained, and came with a washing machine, which was incredibly convenient for our trip. What impressed us the most was their pick-up and drop-off service to the Hirafu Welcome Centre. It made our arrival and departure completely hassle-free. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hirafu!

先説説大堂吧 很小 像是精品酒店，然後再來説服務 ，前台服務態度還可以 但是真的速度效率非常非常慢 我定了四間房 checkin在大堂硬生生拖了半小時左右 我不知道流程到底是怎麼樣的，餐飲部整體服務遠好於前台，特別是有個小姑娘會中文的，整體服務有温度 我半夜想下樓喝一點 但是關門了，我打算上樓了 她還是讓我坐着先 她來想辦法。 酒店湯泉應該比柏悦的好，但是如果再次去的話 二世谷我應該衹選擇柏悦，這家麗思卡爾頓就一棟小樓與四星級的精品酒店沒有什麼差別…… 柏悦不論從雪場還是服務又或者是餐飲都遠好於麗思，如果不信邪的可以去試試，本人萬豪鈦金 凱悦是環球客 兩家的待遇及硬件相差太大 其他不多説了 我上圖片

We stayed for a night and this property exceeded expectations. It is spotless and you dont need to leave at all. It is so well run and the service is so personalized, from which bus you are taking back into town to what allergies you have, all staff members take note of your preferences. Especially want to thank ***** for making this stay so memorable! Food is also very wholesome and seasonal. Could not fault this place if you tried!

太完美的酒店了，高級，奢華，大氣是這個酒店的標誌。2019年開業遇到的旅遊最暗淡的日子，這麼頂級的一家酒店就差點糟蹋沒了。 這家酒店裡，一切都如此完美，不考慮地段，很多方面我甚至可以稱它為全日本最好的酒店之一，起碼超越了東京和京都的安縵，更是把虹夕諾雅甩出3條街。 在這裏，喝酒，小吃，甜品，飲料甚至簡餐都是免費的。 巨大寬敞的高端房間，室內浴場，優美的風景，各種高端的附屬設施，都讓我衹存贊歎。 太棒啦，這家酒店，很多人説這裏的餐食不好，我覺得衹是對比這12000的價格而已，其實不差，衹是中規中矩的餐廳出品，確實和酒店頂級設施不太匹配。

Our reservation for this hotel was done at the last minute. I managed to get the last room available after we missed our flight as a result of a snowstorm. Our travelling companions were less fortunate, and their reservation glitched out, likely due to the increased network traffic. However, thanks to the kind assistance of Yi Lin (who was a terrific polyglot fluent in both English, Japanese, and Chinese!), we were able to get things in order, and we had a very smooth check-in and reception. The rooms were very comfortable and the amenities provided were more than sufficient. We had a great view of the airport runway too. We were provided with ample drinks and snacks through the minibar, and our hotel meals, surprisingly, ended up being a highlight of our trip. We were more than satisfied with our rooms and the service provided to us by all the hotel staff. Cleanliness was immaculate, too.
