It is located in the Chia Laguna, one of the clusters of 4 and 5 stars of hotels. Beautifully managed landscapes and access to private beaches make this resort very attractive. However, it is for those who don't care about the quality of the hotel and for those who want to just sleep at night and take the most of the activities outside of the room. In terms of quality of the room, it requires lots of attention. You are most likely to enter your room through the sliding door, and then there is your bed, and there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, bidet, and the sink. The bed is not comfortable, and there is a weird sewage smell coming from the bathroom, we had to spray our perfume and close the bathroom door, and leave the bathroom windows open. Typically, the hotel bathroom is a joy to enter, but this bathroom was one of those bathrooms that wanted to get out as fast as possible, especially with sewage smell. I had to dry my hair outside of bathroom so the sewage smell doesn't get to my hair. (Enough said) On top of our not-so-impressed experience, our neighbor left the TV on loud and party in their room until 3am, we couldn't sleep at all. Contacted the front desk at 1am, but loud noise still continued. Thank God, we only had to stay 1 night. I would have looked for another hotel if we had to stay one more night. Hotel reservations came with 2 meals, breakfast, and a dinner buffet. It was one of the worst food experiences not only in Italy but also in all the places we have ever been. At a glance, the buffet seemed fine and attractive, but as soon as we started tasting the food, we felt right away, we cannot expect much. Most of the dishes were extremely salty, lacked flavors, and the quality of each ingredient was bad compared to the dishes that we experienced in Cagliari. If you only care about the location and the beautiful beach access, this is the place for you, but if you care about all the aspects of what the resort hotel supposed to offer, it might be wise to either spend a bit more money and stay at either Curio or Conrad properties or consider different location or hotels. Good standard hotel with spacious if somewhat dated but clean rooms and a nice pool with bar. Great location if you want to be close to Olbia Terranova train station as it’s next door. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the old town. Rooms do not have soundproofing so not ideal for light sleepers. I arrived at 12:30 and was told the room would be ready between 2and 3p. As check-in officially starts at 2pm I sat down and waited patiently only to see some other guests get a room straight away. At 2:15pm a Dutch guest kicked up a fuss when he was told his room wasn’t ready and he too was then given a room. At this point I protested (having waited for 1hr30) and then also got a room. Whilst the reception staff were friendly this was not a great check-in experience.

Atendimento bom a regular, dependendo dos empregados que nos tenham recebido, sobretudo no balcão principal Instalações boas a excelentes. Os quantos da torre são algo estranhos, com uma casa de banho sobre-dimensionada retirando espaço ao quarto que acabou por parecer-nos de dimensões reduzidas, mas provavelmente deve-se à arquitectura do edifício. Em contrapartida, as áreas comuns eram excelentes Comida OK, mas poderia ser mais focada em produtos regionais Mas experiência boa no seu conjunto

Inkompetenz und Mangel an Professionalität sind die Grundlage dieses Resorts mit der Marke Baglioni, aber von Baglioni gibt es kaum etwas außer dem Logo ... Es ist ein altes Resort namens Paradaise, das so gut wie möglich renoviert wurde und als Falle für ausländische Touristen mit geringen Ansprüchen dient . Personal nicht ausreichend geschult und teilweise zu pedantisch. Die Zimmerreinigung wurde nicht oder eilig durchgeführt, zu absurden Zeiten wie 17.30 Uhr. Ein fettiges, nasses Reinigungstuch und viele Haare bleiben im Koffer zurück ... Dass der Gästeservice die Wäsche kostenlos zur Verfügung stellt... In solchen Fällen würde ich sagen, das Minimum. Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel und noch mehr für ein Baglioni gibt es viel zu tun, um die Dienstleistungen zu verbessern. Besonders hervorzuheben sind Paolo und Antonello vom Strandservice, die alles tun, um die Mängel der Struktur auszugleichen, Francesco vom stets professionellen Restaurant und der Direktor Victoriano für die Modernisierung.

I loved the location - near Lidls (perfect for stocking up for beach trips). Also near Decathalon. But they gave us 2 single beds and we were on a honeymoon claiming I had requested it. Their system is getting orders mixed up, as my actual request they didn't have in their system. Breakfast is decent, scrambled eggs every day which were good, but as someone who doesn't eat meat would be good for more choices. There were croissants, yoghurt, water. I'd stay here again. I also used their turkish steam spa which was lovely - easy to book in your time. Room decent size too.

Sehr glücklich, in Trip.com zu einem solchen qualitativ hochwertigen Urlaubsdorf zu buchen! Wir haben eine Woche gelebt, das Arbatax-Feriendorf ist sehr groß, auf einem kleinen Bergberg in tropischer Stimmung gebaut, unter dem Berg gibt es drei seltsame private Strände, die wir mit dem schönsten Strände leben sollten! Die Wassertemperatur im Nahen Osten ist auch sehr komfortabel, im Vergleich zu der Nordwassertemperatur ist sehr heiß, Sie müssen Tauchen 🤿 Zubehör, tropische Fische 🐠 Meeresgrünland und Meeresschnecken sind zu reichhaltig! Vier Schwimmbads, mehrere Hotels, italienische Gerichte werden Sie nicht enttäuschen! Das Frühstück wird empfohlen, um das zweite Stockwerk auf der Terrasse zu essen, die Aussicht ist unglaublich! Tennis und Padel spielen ist etwas teuer! Aber täglich können die Gruppen-Stipendien kostenlos teilnehmen, der Coach ist eine sexy private Schönheit, die von Florenz kommt! Das Auto kann nicht ins Dorf gehen, es muss einen kostenlosen Bus zum Parkplatz 🅿️ machen! Sie können auch zu Fuß zum Parkplatz gehen, um auf den Berg hinunter zu gehen, um einige italienische Speisen zu verdauen!

Sehr gute Lage, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom stärksten Bereich. Komfortable Zimmer und freundliches Personal Unser Flug ging spät aus und sie haben uns den ganzen Tag die Taschen gehalten und haben uns sogar in die Spa-Zone gelassen, eine Dusche zu nehmen.

The beach is not ideal, water is not directly accessible from the beach due to sea coral, one has to walk down the pier to get into the sea. The staff are very professional and wonderful, very happy with the service, good breakfast with plenty of verity. The rooms are very small, would have been nicer if they were slightly roomier. Pool service could also be improved, more verity, such as fruits etc. Evening drinks are nice with very good live music. Had dinner at the hotel once, food was good, service was a bit slow out of the kitchen.

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Cagliari, ganz in der Nähe von Restaurants, Bars und auch nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Der Kundenservice war gut. Insgesamt liebe ich die antike Inneneinrichtung, besonders den Aufzug und die Zimmerdekoration. Wir möchten uns an dieser Stelle beim Personal an der Rezeption für seinen hervorragenden Service aufgrund unserer frühen Abreise bedanken. Er sagte uns, dass er uns ein frühes Frühstück anbieten könne, da wir das Hotel um 6 Uhr morgens verlassen mussten. Das Frühstück wurde dann direkt vor unserem Zimmer serviert. Sehr empfehlenswert!!! Toller Service!!!

Struttura bellissima, in ottima posizione. Colazione esagerata. Pulizia impeccabile. Anche i servizi pienamente degni di un cinque stelle. Un'unica pecca: sul sito è indicato l'utilizzo gratuito del garage, tuttavia ci è stato chiesto di parcheggiare in un altro sito, per la verità molto vicino alla struttura, inoltre l'indomani ci è stato altresi' richiesto il pagamento per il servizio. Non in linea con il livello, decisamente alto, della struttura. Comunque alloggeremo nuovamente molto volentieri.
