I decided to write this review in English so that as many people as possible around the world can read it, because this hotel truly deserves to be known. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, every single member of the staff was incredibly kind, warm, and professional. Their genuine hospitality made our honeymoon even more special, and we felt sincerely welcomed throughout our entire stay. When they found out we were celebrating our honeymoon, they surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. It wasn’t just an upgrade—it was such a thoughtful and heartfelt gesture that truly touched us. It showed how much they genuinely care about their guests. The room itself was absolutely spotless. I’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels around the world, but I can honestly say this was one of the cleanest and most comfortable rooms I’ve ever experienced. Everything was perfectly maintained, and every detail reflected the high standards of the hotel. One of my favorite details was that the amenities were from Byredo. It was such a luxurious touch and made the entire experience feel even more premium. The biggest surprise came after we returned from sightseeing. Waiting for us in our room was a beautiful and delicious cake with “Happy Honeymoon” written on it. It was completely unexpected and made us feel so appreciated. Moments like these are what turn a great hotel stay into an unforgettable memory. If I ever come back to Rome, I won’t even consider staying anywhere else. I will absolutely choose Nobu Hotel again without hesitation. I also hope more Korean travelers discover this hotel. Surprisingly, it isn’t very well known among Koreans yet, but it truly deserves much more recognition. Having stayed at quite a few luxury 5-star hotels, I can confidently say that this was one of the very best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. For me, it was a perfect 10 out of 10. I genuinely couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. Every detail, every service, and every interaction exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Nobu Hotel Roma, for making our honeymoon so unforgettable. We will definitely be back.

Wurde von der sehr freundlichen dunkelhaarigen Rezeptionsleiterin begrüßt. Sie warf einen kurzen Blick auf die Farben meines Outfits und wies mir ein Zimmer zu, das perfekt dazu passte... Das fand ich später angenehm überraschend heraus. Sie vermutete, dass ich viel Tee trinke und gab mir einen riesigen Luxus-Teekessel mit aufs Zimmer. Manche Leute sind emotionale Genies! Sie dachte, ich hätte das Hotel wegen des Namens gebucht... Also erklärte sie mir die historische Bedeutung von Fiume Icino und seine unglaublich subtile Verwandtschaft mit dem berühmten Rubikon, der bis zu seiner Wiederentdeckung Fiume Icino hieß... Es ist, als ob alle großen Flüsse einander kennen würden! Sie erklärte, dass der Rubikon mit dem Populismus der Kasernen und der Tiber mit der aristokratischen Demokratie und später mit dem Katholizismus in Verbindung gebracht wurde. Das Hotel selbst liegt an der Mündung des zweiten Nebenkanals, der den neuen Hafen des alten Roms speiste, weil die letzten Meilen des ursprünglichen Tiber voll davon waren! Wenn Sie unbedingt den älteren Flusshafen sehen möchten, gehen Sie 15 Minuten Richtung Süden hinüber, bis Sie das Nordufer gegenüber von Ostia erreichen. Nachdem ich das in meinem Kopf gereift war, erklärte sie mir die Bedeutung des Tiber flussaufwärts von Rom … Früher fuhren kleine Boote den Tiber hinauf bis tief nach Umbrien. Der Gedanke daran war unglaublich. Aufgrund seiner Bedeutung als Hotel wird es in ein exklusives 5-Sterne-Luxushotel umgebaut, ganz aus Stein, wie das Waschbecken aus monolithischem Kalkstein, aber mit Steinverkleidung überall wird es ein unerschwinglich teures Luxushotel, aber vorerst ist es noch ein hervorragendes Transithotel … Nach einem guten einstündigen Spaziergang vom Flughafen, besonders nachts, biegen Sie rechts ab und folgen Sie dem Nordufer des neuen Kanals, und Sie werden das Hotel erreichen … Sie können es nicht verfehlen.

I recently enjoyed one of my best vacations ever at Piazza di Spagna 9 Luxury Suites in Rome. From the moment I booked, the team reached out via WhatsApp to offer help with transfers or tours — thoughtful and attentive without being pushy. I immediately felt like a valued guest. The suites sit on the third floor of a charming historic building right next to the Spanish Steps. Despite the unbeatable location, it’s remarkably quiet and relaxing. The concierge service is top-notch — when I was running late for my Pantheon visit, staff quickly arranged to collect my luggage so my husband and I could head out stress-free. Their restaurant recommendations were another highlight. We tried four places from their curated list, each superb and fairly priced, letting us experience authentic local dining away from tourist traps. The team even handled all our reservations. The reception area feels more like an art gallery, with stylish décor and vibrant paintings. Guests can relax in the cozy living or dining areas — a lovely touch. Our suite faced the piazza and was filled with natural light, offering a perfect view of visitors strolling by the Spanish Steps. Being steps away from Via Condotti’s luxury boutiques adds to the convenience. Special thanks to Franco, the owner, for his wonderful restaurant suggestions, and to Gianmarco whose friendly help made our stay extra smooth. The genuine hospitality and personal attention here truly stand out. It’s not just about luxury — it’s about feeling welcome and cared for. I’ll definitely stay at Piazza di Spagna 9 again and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. Simply top rated — the best!

Die Lage ist hervorragend, mitten im Geschäftsviertel und unweit der wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Service ist erstklassig, und das Dachterrassenrestaurant bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf Rom, besonders bei Sonnenuntergang.

The hotel has an excellent location. Walk 3-5 minutes to the Trevi Fountain. Also a very large and varied breakfast! The workers are very friendly! But to change the temperature of the air conditioner in the room, you need to call the reception every time 😳 Because there is no remote control for the air conditioner in the room!!! It's very uncomfortable... Also the bed was terrible. The bed is very small for two, the mattresses are clearly sagging and need replacing. The toilet smells terrible of sewage. But we were given a room with a wonderful small balcony, although it was not stated in the booking!😍

Dies ist mein zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, weil mir der Garten und das Restaurant gefallen, aber dieses Mal war ich ziemlich enttäuscht von dem Zimmer. Ich hatte ein Standardzimmer und wurde der unteren Etage im ersten Stock zugewiesen. Das Fenster war abgedeckt durch Eisenplatten und es gab überhaupt keine Aussicht. . Was noch empörender ist, ist, dass der Mülleimer nicht sofort geleert wurde, als wir eintraten, Papierhandtücher in der Toilette lagen und unbekannte gelbe Flecken auf den Handtuchspitzen waren. Es gab Flecken auf der Bettwäsche, auf den Haaren usw. Es fühlte sich an, als hätte der vorherige Gast nach seinem Aufenthalt die Toilette nicht gewechselt. Obwohl das Hotel mir nach meiner Beschwerde die gleiche Zimmerkategorie zugewiesen hat, war es immer noch sehr unangenehm.

Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt. Ich habe mir allerdings angewöhnt, den Zimmerschlüssel ab dem zweiten Tag mitzunehmen (einen Ersatzschlüssel, den man im Zimmer aufbewahrt; diesen sollte man immer draußen lassen, wenn man das Zimmer verlässt, damit das Reinigungspersonal kommen und reinigen kann). Obwohl ich keine schöne Aussicht hatte, war das Zimmer früher fertig als erwartet und ich bekam auf Anfrage ein Zimmer in einem höheren Stockwerk. Die Lage ist ideal, um Restaurants, den Bahnhof Termini (mit Anbindung an den Flughafenzug und die U-Bahn) und die Spanische Treppe bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Da wir von Rom aus an Bord des Schiffes gehen, ist es bequemer, am Flughafen zu übernachten. Das Executive-Zimmer ist groß und mehr als ausreichend für drei Erwachsene und ein Kind. Aber es ist wahrscheinlich das schlechteste Executive-Zimmer, in dem ich je übernachtet habe. Die Lounge bietet wenig Service, ist sehr klein, hat oft begrenzte Zeitlimits und es gibt nicht viele verschiedene Abendsnacks. Es gab keine Snacks im Zimmer und selbst Wasserflaschen mussten telefonisch bestellt werden. Wenn man aber in drei großen Wohnungen und einer kleinen Wohnung wohnen kann, ist der Preis von mehr als 50 Quadratmetern nicht schlecht.

I had a lovely stay at Leon’s Place! The room was beautiful with high ceilings and very comfortable overall. It could get a bit noisy at times (thin walls, I think), but it wasn’t a huge issue. The real highlight of this hotel is the staff — so friendly and welcoming. They really made the stay feel special. The location was decent. It’s about a 15-minute walk to Termini station and a bit further from the main sights like Trevi Fountain, but there’s a bus stop just 2 minutes away that makes it super easy to get around. The area is quiet and feels very safe, with lots of embassies nearby. Breakfast was okay — not a lot of hot food options, but the pastries were nice. At €22, I felt it was a bit overpriced for what you get. If it was closer to €10–15, I would’ve had it more often. On the other hand, the dinner was delicious and had a great variety. The hotel also offers a free spa area (jacuzzi, sauna, steam room), which is a great extra. Sadly, I didn’t get to try it this time as it was fully booked — but I’d love to next time! Overall, I’d definitely consider staying here again.

Ein sehr, sehr gutes Hotel. Obwohl die Lage etwas weit von der Stadt und dem Hauptbahnhof entfernt ist, kostet ein Taxi etwa 16 Euro pro Tag, aber die Hotelzimmer sind tatsächlich viel besser als die in der Stadt. Vor allem das Bett und die Schalldämmung, die Umgebung ist reine Wohngegend, Restaurants und Supermärkte sind ganz in der Nähe und praktisch. Das Hotel bietet einen Taxiservice für 10 Euro pro Fahrt in die Nähe des Mundes der Wahrheit an.
