I recently enjoyed one of my best vacations ever at Piazza di Spagna 9 Luxury Suites in Rome. From the moment I booked, the team reached out via WhatsApp to offer help with transfers or tours — thoughtful and attentive without being pushy. I immediately felt like a valued guest. The suites sit on the third floor of a charming historic building right next to the Spanish Steps. Despite the unbeatable location, it’s remarkably quiet and relaxing. The concierge service is top-notch — when I was running late for my Pantheon visit, staff quickly arranged to collect my luggage so my husband and I could head out stress-free. Their restaurant recommendations were another highlight. We tried four places from their curated list, each superb and fairly priced, letting us experience authentic local dining away from tourist traps. The team even handled all our reservations. The reception area feels more like an art gallery, with stylish décor and vibrant paintings. Guests can relax in the cozy living or dining areas — a lovely touch. Our suite faced the piazza and was filled with natural light, offering a perfect view of visitors strolling by the Spanish Steps. Being steps away from Via Condotti’s luxury boutiques adds to the convenience. Special thanks to Franco, the owner, for his wonderful restaurant suggestions, and to Gianmarco whose friendly help made our stay extra smooth. The genuine hospitality and personal attention here truly stand out. It’s not just about luxury — it’s about feeling welcome and cared for. Ein komfortables und sauberes Hotelerlebnis. Das Zimmer war sehr ordentlich, und alle Einwegartikel, inklusive Hausschuhe, waren vorhanden. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel bietet außerdem eine Gepäckaufbewahrung, was für unsere Reise am letzten Tag in Rom sehr praktisch war. In der Lobby gibt es an jedem Sitzplatz eine Steckdose. Nach unseren Aktivitäten, bevor wir zum Bahnhof fuhren, konnten wir dort schnell etwas aufladen. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.

Dies ist mein zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, weil mir der Garten und das Restaurant gefallen, aber dieses Mal war ich ziemlich enttäuscht von dem Zimmer. Ich hatte ein Standardzimmer und wurde der unteren Etage im ersten Stock zugewiesen. Das Fenster war abgedeckt durch Eisenplatten und es gab überhaupt keine Aussicht. . Was noch empörender ist, ist, dass der Mülleimer nicht sofort geleert wurde, als wir eintraten, Papierhandtücher in der Toilette lagen und unbekannte gelbe Flecken auf den Handtuchspitzen waren. Es gab Flecken auf der Bettwäsche, auf den Haaren usw. Es fühlte sich an, als hätte der vorherige Gast nach seinem Aufenthalt die Toilette nicht gewechselt. Obwohl das Hotel mir nach meiner Beschwerde die gleiche Zimmerkategorie zugewiesen hat, war es immer noch sehr unangenehm.

Das Frühstücksangebot ist beeindruckend, bietet eine Vielzahl von Optionen, darunter eine Eistation. Es ist besonders für Gäste mit frühen Touren, die ein schnelles Essen benötigen. Das Zimmer ist komfortabel, mit einem gemütlichen Bett, sauberem WC und angemessenen Toiletten. Vorsicht bei der Verwendung des Badezimmers, da es ziemlich schleifend sein kann. Die Lage ist hervorragend, in der Nähe von Roma Termini und mit Busshalte in der Nähe verschiedene Attraktionen. Es ist auch sehr einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Da wir von Rom aus an Bord des Schiffes gehen, ist es bequemer, am Flughafen zu übernachten. Das Executive-Zimmer ist groß und mehr als ausreichend für drei Erwachsene und ein Kind. Aber es ist wahrscheinlich das schlechteste Executive-Zimmer, in dem ich je übernachtet habe. Die Lounge bietet wenig Service, ist sehr klein, hat oft begrenzte Zeitlimits und es gibt nicht viele verschiedene Abendsnacks. Es gab keine Snacks im Zimmer und selbst Wasserflaschen mussten telefonisch bestellt werden. Wenn man aber in drei großen Wohnungen und einer kleinen Wohnung wohnen kann, ist der Preis von mehr als 50 Quadratmetern nicht schlecht.

I had a lovely stay at Leon’s Place! The room was beautiful with high ceilings and very comfortable overall. It could get a bit noisy at times (thin walls, I think), but it wasn’t a huge issue. The real highlight of this hotel is the staff — so friendly and welcoming. They really made the stay feel special. The location was decent. It’s about a 15-minute walk to Termini station and a bit further from the main sights like Trevi Fountain, but there’s a bus stop just 2 minutes away that makes it super easy to get around. The area is quiet and feels very safe, with lots of embassies nearby. Breakfast was okay — not a lot of hot food options, but the pastries were nice. At €22, I felt it was a bit overpriced for what you get. If it was closer to €10–15, I would’ve had it more often. On the other hand, the dinner was delicious and had a great variety. The hotel also offers a free spa area (jacuzzi, sauna, steam room), which is a great extra. Sadly, I didn’t get to try it this time as it was fully booked — but I’d love to next time! Overall, I’d definitely consider staying here again.

Ein sehr, sehr gutes Hotel. Obwohl die Lage etwas weit von der Stadt und dem Hauptbahnhof entfernt ist, kostet ein Taxi etwa 16 Euro pro Tag, aber die Hotelzimmer sind tatsächlich viel besser als die in der Stadt. Vor allem das Bett und die Schalldämmung, die Umgebung ist reine Wohngegend, Restaurants und Supermärkte sind ganz in der Nähe und praktisch. Das Hotel bietet einen Taxiservice für 10 Euro pro Fahrt in die Nähe des Mundes der Wahrheit an.

Great and wonderful I had a memorable trip to Rome and stayed at the Dharma Boutique Hotel & SPA ar Jan 2025. The hotel has a limited number of rooms but is exceptionally clean, beautiful, and well-equipped, with great attention paid to the smallest details for guests' comfort.The hotel staff are very kind and attentive to guests' needs, and I would especially like to thank Raffa and Giovanni Loca . In the evenings, free snacks and various drinks are served. The hotel is close to major tourist attractions, and you can visit all of them by walking. Additionally, a metro station is just a few meters away from the hotel. Around the hotel, there are many beautiful restaurants and bars. The warm and friendly behaviors of the hotel staff have made me want to encourage my friends to stay at this hotel if they plan to visit Rome. Personally, I can't imagine staying anywhere else. Guests can stay at this hotel without any risk and enjoy its beautiful environment, excellent rooms, and kind staff.

Als wir gegen 21 Uhr ankamen, war das Restaurant noch geöffnet und das Essen war ziemlich gut. Das Bild ist mit den Abhol- und Bringzeiten versehen. Der Zeitabstand beträgt 40 Minuten bis eine Stunde. Der Fahrer ist immer noch relativ pünktlich. Lassen Sie mich über den Abholort sprechen. Er befindet sich außerhalb von T3.
