Had a wonderful stay, nice rooms, decent location, my stay was so great due to the staffs they are so welcoming and helpfull. And they have 2 dogs Max and Maya which is damn cute.
The roof top restaurant is insanely pricy in my opinion, 17USD for friend rice which taste just ok nothing specially and plus we in india so like im just shocked.

Dieses Hotel ist mit alten Schulen-Charm verpackt. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und schön eingerichtet und die Grundstücke des Hotels sind wunderschön. Das Personal war alle sehr hart und willkommen, trotz uns spät auf dem Abend nach einem verspäteten Flug. Das Frühstück war gut. Restaurantpreis ist auf der preiswerten Seite im Vergleich zu Außenfüttern (wie erwartet mit Hotels) aber smackvoll und großzügig, wir genossen auch wirklich ihre besondere Xmas Eve Abendessen. Die Lage ist etwas weiter aus dem Taj-Bereich, aber es war sehr einfach, um mit Uber Auto (Rickshaws) zu kommen und das Hotel’s Gartenbereich + Poolbereich machte es fühlen sich wie eine schöne ruhige Oase aus besetzten Agra, so dass wir gut schliefen. Sie arbeiteten während der Zeit, als wir da waren, auf dem Dach, so dass wir die Terrasse nicht nutzen konnten - eine Schande, da die Ansichten erschienen großartig.

Ich hatte einen außergewöhnlichen Aufenthalt im Hof von Marriott in Agra, Indien. Von dem Moment, als ich ankam, waren die Gastfreundschaft und der Service hervorragend. Das moderne und elegante Design des Hotels ist perfekt mit dem kulturellen Charme von Agra gemischt, so dass es ein entspannender und luxuriöser Rückzug ist. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet, bieten eine komfortable und friedliche Umgebung nach einem Tag der Sehenswürdigkeit.
Einer der Highlights meines Aufenthalts war der unverschämte Service, den das Personal angeboten hat. Sie waren immer aufmerksam und wünschenswert, zu gewährleisten, dass ich alles hatte, was ich brauchte, vom Vorderbüro bis zum Restaurantpersonal. Das Essen war ein weiterer Highlight – Ich genieße die internationalen und lokalen indischen Gerichte gründlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ein schöner Anfang jeden Tag, mit einer großen Auswahl an frischem Obst, gebackenen Waren und traditionellen indischen Frühstücksartikeln wie Parathas und Dosen.
Die Lage des Hotels ist auch ideal, nur eine kurze Fahrt vom ikonischen Taj Mahal entfernt. Der Dachpool bietet einen großen Blick auf den Taj Mahal, der ein perfekter Ort war, um in der Nacht zu entspannen.
Insgesamt empfehle ich den Hofhof von Marriott in Agra für jeden, der eine Kombination von Luxus, Komfort und außergewöhnlicher Service in dieser schönen Stadt sucht.

we had booked a half board package and the stay and the food were excellent.the reception staff was very attentive and always eager to see to the comforts of the guest. particularly the duty manager Ms Prachi was very helpful and supervised with keen interest and came forward to see that the guests were never inconvenienced. the restaurant staff were always on their toes and in spite of large number of diners , was seen serving with smile and there was no delay in executing the orders. the cooks were also eager to help and prepared dishes that were not placed in buffet. the dinner was good with lots of varieties and was very tasty.

We chose this hotel as it was well placed to walk to Taj Mahal for sunrise (15 mins). There was a good spread at breakfast. They had a travel desk to organise drivers which was handy (we stopped by Akbars tomb on the way to Delhi). There was a pool and spa but we had no time to use it. There was a shop inside the hotel with good quality marble pieces and his prices were fair - check it out!
Sheets had stains and duvet cover had holes - that could have been better.

The room and amenities were really great but I had a bad experience checking out. They didn’t have a proper process for billing with Trip.com, they held me 3 hours and the payment still couldn’t come through. Don’t know who’s fault it was but from what I saw, Radisson Blu seemed at fault. While they made me ask Trip.com reps to calk them, their operator wasn’t taking calls properly. I had to call on their number infront of them to show that their operator isn’t taking call thats why Trip.com isn’t able to get through. Their business emails were messed up and because of it Trip.com wasn’t able to send the payment, finally I paid physically. One expects Radisson Blu to have a better process to handle bookings from online platforms, but it seems this one is just for marriage parties and not tourists.

Überprüfen Sie die Abfertigung, aber niemand kommt, um mit dem Gepäck zu helfen, obwohl es erwähnt wurde, werden sie die Unterstützungsperson in 5-10mins n schicken, bis die zweite Erinnerungsreception nicht störte, den Kerl zu schicken.

Danke für die Jungs in Frühstückssitzung für ihre schnelle Antwort n Aufmerksamkeit für das, was für meine 78-jährige Mutter n nötig ist, machte sie bequem für ihre Wahl von Nahrung .

GGastnutzerDriver steals customer money!!! first of all, We had no big issues with Radisson Hotel Agra while staying there for three nights, but we have a story we like to share with future hotel customers to prevent what happened to us happens again to you. after Agra, our next destination is Jaipur, so we asked hotel travel desk to help us arrange car transportation to Jaipur, thinking hotel driver should be more reliable. the travel desk is working with agency called 707 Tours, and they booked a car and driver from Jaipur called Sameer-Travels. we requested stops before Jaipur, one is at Fatehpur Sikri, and second one is at Chand Baori stepwell. the first part of our journey was non-event, but at our last stop at Chand Baori, the driver told us bags were not allowed at the site, and he insisted that we have to leave all bags in his car and he would lock the car and it was safe for us. at the stepwell site, we noticed everybody else carried backpacks with no issue. after 20 minutes visit and back to the car, we noticed right away that our bags were opened and searched, we kept our money in three different places, and each place's money were missing some. the thief tried to make the steal un-noticeable but we noticed it right away. we confronted with the driver and he denied everything. we reported this to Radisson hotel, its travel agency and our hotel in Jaipur. We want to share our story so you will be more careful in your next India journey. I add two photos here for your reference.

Zu dieser Gelegenheit war das Hotel Gastgeber einer Veranstaltung, und sehr laute Musik wurde bis 3.00 Uhr gespielt. Ich bat den Manager, sie zu bitten, die Musik zu stoppen, aber sie weigerten sich, etwas über die Störung zu tun. Viele Leute klachten, aber das Hotelpersonal konnte nicht festhalten und die Musik ausschalten. Ich hatte am nächsten Morgen um 8 Uhr einen Flug und es hat meine Arbeit am nächsten Tag beeinflusst. Sehr enttäuschend, die Situation von dem Manager zu behandeln.
