Очень понравилось! Красивое гармоничное место, нет шума транспорта и людей. Получилось действительно расслабиться и с удовольствием отдохнуть. Просторный, чистый номер, внимание в мелочах к постояльцам. Территорию отеля вечером обрабатывают от насекомых. Очень вежливый гостеприимный персонал. Есть обмен валюты. Свободный доступ к бассейну, разнообразное меню на завтрак. За всё пребывание в Индии в 4-х городах из 4-х отелей этот самый лучший. Однозначно рекомендую этот отель.

The breakfast which wasn't quite the usual during our last stay there were totally opposite this time... understood there was a face-lift refurbishment work carried out at the restaurant the last time and as such it was excuseable..This time around the hotel had exceeded our expectation for both the service standard and eloborate buffet breakfast readied for the guests. We would like to thank all the restaurant staff in particular the restaurant manager SK Allarakha for making every morning as a start of a pleasant day with all the courteous services extended to us by him and his lovely team..This has prompted my family to celebrate my 60th birthday in the morning of 16/1/2026 before their departure for flight.Thank you for a great and courteous service shown to my family and i.We will definitely choose to stay at the TRT again the next time around. Way2go all... Cheers!
Amazing service in all senses. The food is amazing there. Do try if you visit salem. Highly recommended. The room-service and in-room dining is a hasslefree thing and we can just relax without any tension.
Good amenities, good breakfast and buffet dinners. I booked the hotel car for a day trip to Sadhguru’s Isha yoga foundation. I am impressed by the driver. He is a steady driver, knowledgeable and forthcoming in sharing his knowledge. The Chinese restaurant is great too! Overall, I find the staffs friendly and have a strong interest in fulfilling guests needs.
The stay was comfortable and peaceful overall. The room was quiet, which I appreciated, and I slept well during my stay. The room itself was spacious and adequate for a restful stay.
However, I felt that the service could be improved, as it did not feel particularly warm or welcoming. Another disappointment was during my stay extension. As an existing guest, I would have appreciated a better rate offered directly by the hotel, instead of having to go through the full online booking process again.
Breakfast is another area for improvement, both in terms of food quality and offering more local dishes rather than a largely Western spread.
Am 9. Januar wurde mir bei meiner frühen Morgenreise mitgeteilt, dass ein Feuerfall stattgefunden hatte und dass ich an das Taj Club House überwiesen werde, mit der Zusicherung, dass es einen gleichwertigen Standard war. Nach dem Einchecken wurde sofort deutlich, dass Taj Club House nicht mit Taj Coromandel vergleichbar ist. Ich wurde ein erster Stockzimmer zugewiesen, wo die Halle mit unbehaglichen Geruchen aus Sportschuhe verstreut war und das Zimmer selbst erschien datiert.
Ich habe mich rasch bei Trip beschwert, aber ihr Chennai-Partner war unerreichbar. Nach Angaben des Agenten weigerte sich der Zollmanager Rose, einen Ausgleich oder eine teilweise Erstattung anzubieten, obwohl ich für Taj Coromandel eine Prämie gezahlt habe und stattdessen in einem unteren Grundstück, dem Taj Club House, gehalten wurde.
Liebe den Aufenthalt. Personal und Service sind ausgezeichnet und zuverlässig groß. Die Lage ist in der Mitte der Stadt in einem Hauptgrundpreis, in der Nähe der Tempel für diejenigen, die auf einem Pilgeraufgang nach Kanchipuram besuchen. Der Zugang zur Lage, aber auch die Sichtbarkeit von der Straße verlassen Raum für Verbesserung. Das Essen war lecker und groß, und das kostenlose Frühstück hatte eine detaillierte große Verbreitung. Die Hüblichkeit des Personals, das immer auf Sie Check-in und Sie fragen, wie Ihr Aufenthalt und Essen Erfahrung ist verdient eine besondere Erwähnung. Insgesamt, eine große Einrichtung in Kanchipuram, die dort komfortable und besorgniserregend zu bleiben.
Excellent Stay at GRT Grand Chennai
I had a wonderful stay at GRT Grand Chennai. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and warm hospitality. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very well maintained, making the stay extremely comfortable.
The staff Sabri,Muthu Anna Sharin and Aishek were courteous, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile, which truly enhanced the overall experience. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options catering to different tastes.The hotel’s location is very convenient, providing easy access to major areas in Chennai. Overall, GRT Grand Chennai exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city for business or leisure. I look forward to staying here again.

HHonser TanMy initial stay at this newly launched hotel was excellent. The modern facilities were in perfect working order, and the room was impeccably clean and comfortable. It was a promising start that convinced me to return.
Unfortunately, my second stay was profoundly disappointing and raised several concerns. The first room I was assigned had a strong, unpleasant odor. While I appreciate the staff promptly moving me to a second room, it only partially resolved the issue, as a faint strange smell persisted.
The second room had multiple functional problems:
* Non-Functional Power:** The USB ports and power sockets on the wall faulty.
* Inconsistent Hot Water:** The water heater took an excessively long time to heat up, disrupting my routine.
* Purify water contamination:** There's particles and oil from the purify water. It seems contamination from central filter.
Most alarmingly, at approximately 6 AM one morning, a **very loud alarm sounded from the door area.** This was highly disruptive and concerning, as it was unclear whether it was a security breach alarm or a triggered fire alarm. The lack of any immediate information or follow-up from the hotel staff regarding this incident left me feeling unsettled and concerned about the emergency protocols.
While the front desk staff were helpful in changing my room, the combination of maintenance failures and a confusing safety alarm indicates a significant lapse in operational standards. For a new hotel, this is troubling. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to ensure the safety and comfort of all future guests.
Bbash johnHotel looks old and too far to some locations. Didn't like the room given on the first day. Front office staff Mr Akash was very helpful to change our rooms the next day. And the conceige ( I forgot his name) was very helpful too.

GGastnutzerWe enjoyed our stay in esthell resort. We have been upgraded to newly constructed executive rooms. It was awesome. Amenities, games were enjoyed by myself and my kids. A wonderful place for kids to stay and enjoy.

Es wird auch besser, wenn sie ein Zimmer frischer oder Kerzen mit Geruch verwenden, da das Zimmer keinen angenehmen Geruch hat. Insgesamt ist es nicht so groß für ein Premium-Hotel.

GGastnutzerI had a flight that was postponed to the evening instead of the original morning time schedule. As such I needed a hotel that was near Chennai Airport for me to rest. Radisson Blu was very near the Airport, about 10 mins drive away. The hotel and room was excellent and very clean. The breakfast and lunch buffet had a wide range and very tasty. Most importantly, the staff, from the counter staff at check-in and check-out , to the concierge, the staff and managers at the restaurant and the driver of the car for the Hotel's Airport transfer were very helpful, polite and engaged me in genuine conversations to find out how my stay in the hotel was and if I needed anything. I truly enjoyed the short stay I had in the hotel. The only downside is that the hotel is only near the Airport, and is quite a drive away from the city centre.
But am excellent Hotel nevertheless.

The room given was on the first floor, which was impeccably clean, spacious, with a stunning view of the city.The bathroom was freshly cleaned and well stocked with tissue paper and toiletries .
The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.The Manager , Chef, and Waiter presents a professional and polished image that contributes to the overall dining experience. Manager Selvakumar was always seen talking to guests getting feedbacks and reassuring to our needs. Exclusively the restaurant has a big wooden cart with a young boy serving boiling coffee and tea.
Overall the hotel's attention to commitment to guest satisfaction were evident throughout my stay. This hotel is in the city and convenient location to all local amenities I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable experience.”
MMary1253 nights stay at a luxurious hotel with beautifully appointed rooms. Very attentive front office staff who offered us a flower garland and refreshing welcome drink. Spacious room with all the amenities. Big comfy beds. We love the Japanese style bidet and toilet. Separate cloakroom for luggage and ironing. Delicious in-house dining and I had steak and salad.
