A comfortable stay with quality sleep. The staff is very friendly courteous and helpful. Its location is very convenient. Only drawback is that it doesn’t have a restaurant and only a coffee shop. This results in a very restricted menu. The food however is tasty and with reasonable prices.

I have stayed there for 2 nights when visiting Bangalore.
Horel is located almost near the geographical center of the city. And while it is convenient from the trainsportation side of things, there is almost nothing to see in the near vicinity, except maybe gurudwara across the street. However, offices of the several IT-companies are in 10-minutes of walk, so this accomodation may be useful for business trip.
Hotel staff was very nice and helpful, and the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms is impecable. Also, when I was checking in, there was a nise bonus in the form of bar and spa vouchers.
Overall, I have enjoyed my stay in the property and recommend it to everyone visiting the city.

The size of the rooms are extremely large .
Breakfast is amazing as well.
Areas to improve : there is an ironing board, however none of the electrical plug points in the room support the plug of the iron box

Great service and clean. Cleanliness is my priority for choosing hotels. Though I've stayed for 1 night, I'm happy with the room. It's in a good location but I was too tired after my meetings to walk out to have drinks or shop around. Would love to come back again in my next trip.

GGastnutzerWe had a lovely stay at this resort. Best is to have a car to get here. The hotel was very beautiful and lots of greenery. Breakfast was awesome with lots of local cuisine to try. The service was impeccable and of a high standard. The room was large and enough for 3 of us including our teenage child. Everyone was kind and nice. The nature specialist Harish gave us a wonderful talk on kodava people (local folks) and about elephants. He was very knowledgeable and we did this over a bonfire which was lovely. The pool should be warmer during the cooler weather in the evenings especially if temperature control is available. The check in staff were nice but they tried to upsell an upgraded room when we didn’t really need one. We have stayed at countless Mariott properties worldwide and this was the first time someone tried to sell us an upgraded room which I felt was wrong considering that we fit comfortably in our booked room. If u want to upgrade u should provide it as complimentary otherwise don’t try to see something on false pretext as they said we may not be comfortable in our existing booking. Also the bed sheets need to be cleaned better as there were lots of stains. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Apart from this the stay was wonderful and we had a great time. Thanks to all the staff from check in to the buggy drivers to the valet drivers to the breakfast staff. The housekeeping also had a special welcome treat and welcome design in our room. And so kind of the restaurant staff to provide a goodbye cake.

FFernweh_mannuEs ist so ein schönes Eigentum in der Mitte von Bengaluru. Und es ist so schön coz es ist König in Aussehen und basiert auf dem Thema des Königlichen Palasts von Windsor.
Wenn ich über den Service rede, war es Top-Notch, Check-in und Check-out war super reibungslos und einfach. Zimmerservice war schnell und wirklich hilfreich!
Das Essen war mit so ***y großen Restaurants im Immobilien erstaunlich. Ich liebte Essen in Dakshin. Und natürlich gab es ein großes Frühstücksbuffet mit viel Sorte und Geschmack.
Ich liebe meine Gesamterfahrung an diesem Ort! 😍 😍

GGastnutzerGood location near metro. Quiet rooms with good air-conditioning. Staff in the restaurant including the chef was always eager to help and the buffet breakfast as well as dinner were with plenty of varietis and were tasty.

1. Uber doesn’t come to hotel, you have to walk to airport and then stand in a usually long queue.
I think Taj has some arrangements with Uber that needs to be looked at.
2. No indoor swimming pool.

GGastnutzerThe view from the lobby and the indoor pool are what makes this property special. Nothing like it have I ever seen. This is enough to make u fall in love at first sight when u arrive. The rooms are nice but a bit outdated but generally everything was great and lots to do and explore on site as it is large. The service and staff are impeccable and very friendly and kind. Breakfast could be improved and given that most goods needs to be ordered this could be better communicated to guests. Some more activities should be complimentary as cost of room is quite high so by including activities this will make guests more involved and entertained. The outdoor pool could not use as it was cold. But the indoor one is one of a kind worldwide. Awesome fireplace in the room too. We upgraded to the premium villa which was way better than the cottage we originally booked. Space wise all rooms can accommodate 3 easily. They have electric cars to take u around which are unique too. Very environment friendly property
