Dieses Hotel liegt über 2 Meilen vom internationalen Flughafen Birmingham entfernt und ist nicht zu Fuß entfernt. Es dauert 10 Minuten oder so in einem Taxi, das kostet £16. Es ist £5, sobald Sie in den Taxi gelangen. Ich habe drei Lust auf Aktualisierung gebeten, da ich wegen der Lage in der Genauigkeit ungünstig war. Man kann aufgrund der Doppelstrecke nicht einfach zum Hotel gehen. Der Schwimmbad war nicht in Betrieb, außer der Lage hat das Hotel gute Einrichtungen.

Everything is nice with loads of services. One minor thing is that the bathroom is the old kind of separate taps but that doesn’t bother a lot.

It’s a huge hotel used for conferences and weddings. The corridor carpets and decor looked tired, however I was pleasantly surprised by the recently refurbished room. Nice fresh decor, and new carpet, fridge, Bosch coffee maker, large screen TV, iron, ironing board and trouser press. There’s a pool and leisure centre there also, although I didn’t have time to check that out. Plenty of parking as well. Don’t expect to get a lay in though, there was quite a bit of noise from people in the corridor from about 6:30 with guests from coach parties and workmen up an off early and cleaning staff talking at normal volume outside the door. Check out is also before 10am. Worth the £45.56 it cost me though.

Mercure Birmingham west hotel is easy to locate, easy to check in, I and my husband loves the facilities, the pool, the gym, steam room and sauna, it was my first experience in the steaming room, the jacuzzi spa was amazing, the hotel is neat, I try to change my room but there were lot of guest, I was communicated to about it and it was clear, we love the services including the amazing breakfasts buffet 🥰🥰

Das Hotel ist nicht in einer schlechten Lage für Ausflüge... Aber das Hotel braucht viele Verbesserungen! Das Frühstücksbuffet, das Sie verlassen warten, um die Lebensmittel zu füllen , Sie müssen die Mitarbeiter fragen, wo sind die Tassen für Tee, da niemand ersetzt wurde es Warteschlange wegen der Lage des Toasters, Seien Sie vorsichtig, wenn Sie um Wasser in einem Zimmer bitten, wie ich bestellt wurde, aber dann erhalten Sie eine Erstattung nach Beschwerde.. Das Exekutivzimmer war gut, aber ich weiß, die Standardzimmer sind nicht groß. Das Personal war gut, aber es braucht eine bessere Organisation. Das Pool-Gebiet datiert und keine Zeit scheinen sie zu wählen und wählen offene Zeiten. Wir hatten ganz wenige Fragen nicht alle hier erwähnt, die wir uns über Empfang erzählten wir waren nicht glücklich und andere Kunden bemerkten, die sich beschweren.. Wir würden nicht wieder bleiben und sicherlich nicht 4 Stern 3 am meisten .. kann nicht kommentieren Spa Behandlungen wie nicht verwendet, aber auf der Spa schauen Ich bin sicher, es gibt bessere um. Golfplatz 9 Loch in guter Lage, aber außerhalb des Hotelbereichs müssen ein bisschen schränkig.

About a 30 mins drive to Birmingham city centre but is right next to the local town - 10 minute walk. Decent hotel.

Nice hotel. Booked the superior king room. Nice room with some issues. The ceiling is quite low in the bathroom so when you’re standing in the bathtub, my head was quite close to the ceiling. I’m around 6 ft 2. The shower itself is quite good. There was a crack on the wall in the shower which needs to be fixed. Maybe installing a walk in shower would be better. The room was otherwise clean and spacious. They use two beds and stick it together to make one king size bed. Uncomfortable when sleeping as the beds tended to separate slightly when sleeping so you’re slightly sinking in the middle. They should have made this clearer. It would be much better if they have a proper king size bed. The view was really nice from the room. Breakfast was extra and it was very good. It’s a buffet style breakfast. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Although I did t use it, the spa facilities were included in the price which is nice. Lots of parking available and safe. The hotel close the gates at midnight but you can press the buzzer and they’ll let you in. The hotel itself is a listed building so no lifts, but you can probably ask for help if with bags. Hotel itself is beautiful. Would I visit again? Yes

Nice clean rooms, nice staff, sadly breakfast was a let down, food ran out so had to wait for food to be cooked again.

Großes Hotel zu bleiben, wenn Sie für Arbeit reisen. Pool und Jacuzzi ist immer ein Bonus. Großes Essen im Burgundy Restaurant, aber bestellen Sie nicht Tiramusu (es ist zu grässlich, kein Kaffee oder Alkohol - sehr schlecht)! Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, lassen Sie uns eine extra Stunde bleiben, was schön war.
