From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Maria, who instantly made me feel welcome with her warm and friendly demeanor. Maria's exceptional customer service skills stood out throughout my entire stay. Her attention to detail and genuine desire to ensure my comfort and satisfaction were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to meet my needs and provide assistance whenever required, leaving a lasting impression on me. The hotel itself was fantastic. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully furnished, creating a comfortable and inviting ambiance. Fantastischer Aufenthalt. Personal extrem freundlich, besonders. John und Dominic, die hinter der Bar arbeiten. Die Zimmer sind fabelhaft, die Duschen fantastisch. Ich würde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen, wenn Sie für eine Reise nach Nottingham kommen.

Der ganze Aufenthalt war großartig, ich musste irgendwo bleiben, während die Arbeit in meinem Haus durchgeführt wurde. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und haben Badewanne, es gab ein großes Arbeitstisch für mich zu arbeiten und der Internet-Anschluss war perfekt, ich hatte mehrere Videokonferenzen und es war nie einmal abgestürzt. Die Annehmlichkeiten waren sehr gut, um zu überprüfen, ob ich jeden Tag etwas benötigte, und das Rezeptionspersonal war sehr freundlich. Direkt neben einem massiven nationalen Vertrauensvermögen hatte einige schöne Herbst-Wanderungen Allerdings gibt es absolut kein Telefonsignal (Vodafone) offensichtlich nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun es ist nur zusätzliche Informationen über die Gegend!

My stay was for work and it was lovely. I slept really well in such a comfy bed. I was disappointed by the spa area, the pool water was cold and the jacuzzi water was also cold and not even the slightest bit warm. The breakfast was lovely with such a range to enjoy from. The food in the restaurant just seemed like it’s trying to be too fancy. For the price,there really wasn’t much on the plate and it could have been seasoned more. The bar menu gave more promise than the restaurant so was a shame to have a nice setting but the food just didn’t live up to it. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would return to this hotel. The service was great and the staff were excellent. Thank you for a lovely stay!
