"Super schönes, modernes und sauberes Hotel. Die Terrasse mit Infinity-Pool ist der Hammer, mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet! Sehr empfehlenswert. Einziges Manko: In den Standardzimmern gibt es keine Hausschuhe, was ich etwas merkwürdig finde, da die nichts wert sind. Der Rest war super, mit dem persönlichen Service, der Ausstattung usw."

"Ich war schon mehrere Male in diesem Hotel. Die Toilettenartikel stammen von einer hochwertigen spanischen Marke und der weiße Tee riecht großartig! Das Zimmer ist nicht groß, aber die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt neben dem Bahnhof, 15-20 Minuten zum Flughafen ohne Stau und 10 Minuten zum Stadtzentrum Passeig de Gracia! Mein Flug war am nächsten Morgen um 6 Uhr, aber ich hatte versehentlich das falsche Datum gebucht. Ich habe vor dem Abflug im Hotel angerufen und mir wurde gesagt, dass sie es für mich ändern könnten, aber weil die Reservierung über die Drittanbieterplattform Ctrip erfolgte, Ich musste noch Ctrip kontaktieren! Dann habe ich mich sofort an den Ctrip-Kundendienst gewandt. Ich möchte dem Ctrip-Kundendienst mein besonderes Lob dafür aussprechen, dass er so schnell wie möglich mit ihnen kommuniziert hat. Als ich aus dem Flugzeug stieg, sagte ich, sie hätten gut kommuniziert und seien einfach zum Hotel gegangen."

"A short stay for of 2 days was booked with Triip.com for one adult and 2 children under 10, to join us who were booked in a day earlier for three days. Our three day booking was direct with the hotel, half board. The hotel is marked 'adults recommended' and they sure discourage children, by seeking to charge per occupancy rather than simply on a cost per room. The Trip site quite fairly offered the room at the rate for two adults, with children under 12 free, so this is what was paid. Half board was added but at the rate for two adults, which would be greater than the actual hotel rate for one adult and two children, but I was happy to have reserved restaurant secured. Things got messy at check in, the hotel insisting that the room was occupied by three 'persons' as they put it and should therefore be 50% extra, though the room was the same type as the twin we had for two adults. The Hotel also insisted that only breakfast was provided, and tried to argue that the B2B rate from the third party (Trip) was insufficient. I politely pointed out that the discounts provided to third party agents was no concern of the customer, and referred to my booking voucher which clearly stated I had booked a twin room, into which was going 1 adult, two very small children, and that breakfast and dinner was paid for, with the rate for 1 adult being greater than twice the local charge for a child. They were impossible to deal with, and I left the reception angry and upset. I contacted the Trip representative and by that evening it was sorted. Full marks to Trip, zero to the hotel. As for our stay, the hotel is excellent, but with room to improve. Dinner in the Buffet only commences at 8.00, resulting in quite the bunfight if the restaurant is busy. It was on that Thursday, a national holiday, and it was impossible to order wine and beverages after we seated, with a single service person taking orders. We ate our food dry, and finally placed an order for wine and water while eating dessert, some 40 minutes after seating. The same bottleneck occurred the next morning at breakfast, with the four snail paced Nespresso machines totally incapable of dealing with the coffee demands. Worse, all 4 machines overheated and went into 'service mode'. Worse again, these obviously unsuitable barista machines were the only source of hot water for Tea or infusions, but with no seperate hot water dispenser faucet. You had to stand for almost 2 minutes while the machine slowly dispensed through the coffee outlet, a single mug of hot water, to the frustration of the queue behind. This needs sorting, it took ages to get a breakfast beverage every morning, and on the second day I had to return 4 floors to my room and fill my cup from the in room Nespresso maker. I'd advise to bring a travel kettle with you. Otherwise, a fine hotel, but the restaurant problems and discriminatory pricing for children are an issue, so not a hotel for children."

"¡ Wie wunderschön sind die Aussichten! Sowohl aus dem Zimmer als auch aus dem Essen, die Landschaft hypnotisiert Sie von Anfang an. In diesem Sinne, denke ich, ist es der beste Halter, den ich je hatte. Die Zimmer sind auch ziemlich gut, ohne ausgezeichnet zu sein. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielfältig und von guter Qualität, mit lokalen Produkten, wie es die Politik dieser Einrichtungen ist. Das Restaurant ist auch ziemlich gut. Wir haben zwei Nächte gegessen und beides gebeten. Was wir am meisten gefallen hatten, war das Kalbsohle, obwohl die übrigen Gerichte auf einem guten Niveau waren. Die Pflege des gesamten Personals ist sehr freundlich und überraschend schnell im Essen und Frühstück. Der Außenparkplatz ist kostenfrei und verfügt über 6 Ladepunkte für Elektroautos zu 11kwh. Es ist sehr glücklich, diesen Paradies für unseren Aufenthalt im Aarontal zu wählen."

"I recently stayed here from May 29 to June 1 and had a deeply disappointing experience. First and foremost, there was ceaseless, disruptive noise inside our room due to construction work taking place right outside. When we brought this to the front desk's attention, the receptionist's response was completely unacceptable. We were dismissively told, ”That’s just how it is in Barcelona.” This kind of excuse is entirely unreasonable and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the hotel's amenities and services were subpar: Poor Breakfast: The breakfast selection was extremely poor and lacked variety. Definitively not worth it. Pool Restrictions: We were shocked to find out that guests are restricted to only two hours on the pool sunbeds! Limiting relaxation time like this is ridiculous. No Pool Service: Furthermore, absolutely nothing is served at the pool bar until 13:00, leaving you without any service during the morning hours. We expected a high standard of hospitality, but instead, our stay was severely disrupted. I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you want a relaxing vacation."

"Ein gutes Hotel auf der zweiten Linie vom Strand. Familienzimmer auf den vier kleinen, es gibt einen Kühlschrank und Balkon, wo Sie Badeinrichtungen trocken können. Frühstück ist sehr gut, es gibt heiße Gerichte und kalte, Backen, verschiedene Früchte, spitzen Wein. Es gibt ein Animationsprogramm im Tag, am Abend gibt es verschiedene Shows, Konzerte, Karaoke. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und ein Hypermarkt in der Nähe."

"Ganz zufrieden und insgesamt gut, aber Verbesserungspunkte sind in zwei Punkten erforderlich. Der seltsame Geruch im Duschezimmer muss entfernt werden. Der Lachs für ein großes Frühstück riecht etwas schlecht und halte nicht essen. Alle unsere Familien waren am Nachmittag hungrig. Es schien ein Management zu sein, das eine Bedauern hinterließ, dass ich mit einem Hotel 100,000-point absichtlich einen Abzug zu essen beschlossen hatte."

"Das Hotel ist großartig, die Umgebung ist sehr gut und alle Arten von Aktivitäten. Die schlechte amerikanische und chinesische Einstellung ist, dass die Rezeption im Allgemeinen gebildet wird, Englisch ist nicht gut, ich hoffe, dass es später verbessert wird."
