Will I stay here again? Absolutely yes! It's flawless and by far the best hotel i have stayed in China and in my life. Firstly, when i stepped in, the front desk lady (小慧）was so friendly and patient to bribg me through the check in process smoothly and professionally. She patiently explained all the details and services available such as free meal services delivered by robot to room, free airport shuttle, breakfast timing and free laundry services. Secondly, when stepped into the room, the room was so modern, sparkling clean and hi-tech. There was no foul smeel and smoking smell. Fruits (banana and madarain oranges) and some snacks were provided for free. The curtain can be open or close eith a press of the button beside the bed. The warm pressure and temperature are just right and functioning well almost instantaneously. The toilet bowl is also high tech and equipped with sensor and remote control that can heat up your cold butt in cold winter and wash your butt after your business. Thirdly, there's a cute little robot that can accurately deliver meals to your roon! So cool! Lastly, the breakfast buffet was sumptuous and amazing. Also the best i have had staying in China. Many varieties from small xakes, pastries, dim sum, vegetables, noodles, rice, salad, tea leaves, coffee, fruits, yogurt, juices, porridge and etc. The dining ambience is also relaxing and nice although it will be perfect if smoking is disallowed there. Finally i also wish to extend my thank to the other frontdesk ladies who were on duty onthe night of 2 Jan 2024 and 3 Jan morning as they were also super friendly, polite and attended to my queries well. I offered a small tips of 10 yuan but they turned down as they insisted they are not supposed to accept tips. I am sad but still they are doing their job professionally and i am impressed. ❤️💜💖💙💛💚🤍 Truely a 5/5 stars hotel. Thank you.

Alles war vor meiner Ankunft perfekt vorbereitet, zusammen mit meinen beiden Kollegen. Zimmer ist sauber, ruhig und komfortabel. Hier möchte ich Miss Hu aus der Rezeption ausdrücklich danken. Nicht nur, weil sie mir half, die 30kg-Versand zu arrangieren, sondern sie half mir auch, ein spezielles Werkzeug online zu kaufen und in 20 Minuten geliefert. Das hat mir viel Zeit und Kopfschmerzen gerettet. Ohne ihre Art von Hilfe würde ich in Schwierigkeiten geraten. Deshalb möchte ich mich besonders für Hu danken. Natürlich sind auch andere Mitarbeiter des Hotels mit warmem Herzen. Kurz gesagt, es ist ein schöner Aufenthalt und Reise in Ihrem Hotel. Ich freue mich auf Ihren Hotel in naher Zukunft wieder zu besuchen.

Die Service und Erfahrung waren insgesamt gut. Sie lieferten Hilfe in Wechat für sofortige Unterstützung, so dass ich auch dann kontaktieren kann, wenn ich nicht im Hotel bin.

This hotel/retreat is an incredibly special place, and I feel so grateful to have come across it in my travels, as it will hold a special place in my memory! I have a strong feeling that I will be back (possibly many times!) in the future. I cannot say enough good things about it, whether it be the beautiful architectural design of the buildings and landscaping of the property, the gorgeous cafe, the zen-like room aesthetic, the calm and nourishing atmosphere of the whole place, the incredibly kind staff, and the nourishing and delicious food (which is made with great attention and care paid to the ingredients (most of which are grown on the farm), and their healing principles according to the elements and Chinese medicine nutrition)). There are free evening healing offerings too, including sound healing, card reading, and other thing, which bring guests together to experience collectively as well, in a beautiful retreat center room. The cafe/lobby building is such a pretty and welcoming space, one could easily spend hours enjoying a conversation or reading a book, or petting one of the many adorable cats that roam the property. Even walking along the meandering path to the hotel from the main road is a beautiful experience, winding through tea fields in this magical valley at the base of steep mountains surrounding it. I have stayed at a number of hotels in China during my travels, but this place is by far my favorite of all of them, for its authentic feel and heartfelt warmth. It truly is a uniquely powerful place for healing and restoration, nestled in such a picturesque, quiet hillside of Wudang mountain!!

Dies war meine zweite Reise nach Wuhan, und dieses Mal übernachtete ich in einem anderen Fünf-Sterne-Hotel. Ich entschied mich für das etablierte Shangri-La. Mein Gesamteindruck: Der höhere Preis spiegelt die Fünf-Sterne-Klassifizierung wider, die sich aber vor allem im Service zeigt. Ich suche nicht unbedingt die neueste oder luxuriöseste Ausstattung; sonst hätten mich die vielen Bewertungen, die veraltete Einrichtungen und Möbel erwähnen, schon abgeschreckt. Es gibt jedoch definitiv Verbesserungspotenzial: Beispielsweise fehlten Steckdosen an beiden Seiten des Bettes; der Fernseher konnte nicht per Streaming übertragen werden und war nicht digital, das Bild war extrem unscharf und die Senderauswahl begrenzt. Das ist noch erträglich, aber das größte Problem ist die miserable Schalldämmung! Ich konnte deutlich Gespräche im Flur, im Obergeschoss und im Nachbarzimmer hören, sowie spielende Kinder. Diese Schalldämmung ist in der Hochsaison, wie beispielsweise an Feiertagen, katastrophal. Wie bereits erwähnt, ist der Service wahrscheinlich das größte Plus des Hotels. Ein Kellner begrüßt die Gäste vor dem Aufzug im ersten Stock; beim Frühstück fragt eine Kellnerin nach Ihren Getränkewünschen, schenkt ein und bringt es an den Tisch. Das Frühstück ist übrigens wirklich gut. Ich habe schon in vielen Fünf-Sterne-Hotels in China übernachtet, und dieses hier ist wohl eines der wenigen – außer vielleicht in Shanghai –, das weißen Reis zum Frühstück anbietet. Ideal für alle, die gerne Reis (und Natto) zum Frühstück essen. Fazit: In der Hochsaison und an Feiertagen ist dieses Hotel für alle, die Wert auf einen erholsamen Aufenthalt legen, möglicherweise nicht die beste Wahl. In der Nebensaison hingegen lohnt es sich, es in Betracht zu ziehen, wenn man Fünf-Sterne-Service erleben möchte. Da fragt man sich schon, was an dem im Internet kursierenden Spruch dran ist: „Wuhan – eine Wüste der Luxushotels.“

Kein Bastard, nur ein Tourist Keine Prahlerei, Gesamtbewertung: Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist zu niedrig 5.2 Preis: 1924 pro Nacht mit Frühstück, Hochhauszimmer mit Flussblick Die Erfahrung war nicht gut. Ich habe nicht viele Fotos gemacht, ich war zu faul, um Fotos zu machen. Umgebung: Wir wohnen im 15. Stock mit Blick auf den Fluss aus einem großen Winkel und der Parrot Island Bridge aus einem kleinen Winkel. Die Landschaft draußen ist in Ordnung, aber die Umgebung im Zimmer ist Ganz gewöhnlich. Die Fläche ist groß, aber recht gewöhnlich und sachlich. Die Lichter sind schwach Ausstattung: Das Hotel ist 16 Jahre alt und die Einrichtungen sind zu alt und der Fernseher ist sehr verschwommen. Das Schlimmste ist, dass der Wasserhahn im Badezimmer mit Dusche sehr schwer zu bedienen ist und nicht angepasst werden kann Angemessene Temperatur. Entweder ist es sehr heiß oder sehr kalt, diese Anlage ist den Preis von 2.000 pro Nacht und die Marke Hilton wirklich nicht wert. Hygiene: Hygiene ist gut, aber weil die Einrichtungen zu alt sind und das Licht schwach ist, sehen Toilette, Badewanne und Bett alle alt und schmutzig aus. Service: Volle Punktzahl für den Service. Das Einzige, was ich loben kann Frühstück: Es ist nur durchschnittlich. Das Frühstück, das ich heute Morgen in anderen Hotels hatte, war viel reichhaltiger. Ich weiß nicht, ob ich es nicht gesehen habe, aber ich habe es nicht gesehen Toastmaschine sowieso, die Speisenvielfalt ist nicht reichhaltig, kann nur als durchaus zufriedenstellend angesehen werden. Lage: Die Lage ist gut. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe, um den Parrot Trail zu erreichen, wo es viele Snackbars bis spät in die Nacht gibt. Zusammenfassung: Ich werde nicht wieder hier übernachten, es sei denn, es kostet 500 Yuan pro Nacht. Ich habe am 1. Mai in drei Hotels übernachtet, und die anderen beiden waren zu kostengünstig; Wenn Sie an den Einrichtungen interessiert sind, ist das Erlebnis vielleicht nicht so toll, aber es ist ein altes Hotel, also kann ich es verstehen.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, ruhig und dennoch wohlhabend. Es gibt einen Supermarkt in der Nähe, Impression City liegt auf der anderen Straßenseite und es gibt auch eine Lebensmittelstraße namens Enshi Street. Das Zimmer ist komfortabel und verfügt über eine Bluetooth-Funktion? Sie können Ihre Lieblingslieder spielen Das Schlimme ist, dass ich, als ich nachts ins Hotel zurückkehrte, versehentlich den blauen Serviceaufzug nahm, um nach oben zu gelangen. Es gab immer Karren, die Handtücher schoben, um mir den Zugang zu erzwingen, und ich wusste nicht, dass ich die Gäste zuerst hineinlassen sollte ? Nach dem Verlassen des Hotels leistete der Hotelbutler Yuanyuan einen rücksichtsvollen Service und kümmerte sich um die Gäste, was ein Lob verdient.

We loved our stay at Westin Yichang. A new hotel opened in 2025. It is located at the riverside with stunning river view. A bit away from the city centre but we used didi to travel around with no problem. We absolutely love where we stay. During the day we were on tour bus or away for sightseeing, in the evening we would take the kids for a swim at the indoor swimming pool. The pool is super clean and warm and its huge. You would need to wear head cover which they sell around 3 yuan. After swimming, we would catch didi to a restaurant. Didi ride is super cheap too. The room is huge (we booked 2 beds - 2 adults and 2 kids). Beds are comfortable. The pillows might be a tad too fluffy for my liking - but thats just personal preference. Daily housekeeping and amenities replacements which we appreciated. Services are amazing - everyone is very friendly and kind. They dont speak much English but they tried real hard to help. Should not have any problem communicating if you download the translator apps (we did not 😅) We loved everything about Westin Yichang - but the real star is the swimming pool for the kids to swim around in the evening. The downside: The dining options are a let down. It took too long to wait for the food (we were the only guests that night). And the food did not impress us. Overall: love Westin Yichang and would stay there again next time.

A flawless one-night escape, exceptional in every way! I recently enjoyed a one-night stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Wuhan, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable – warm, attentive, and genuinely personal without ever feeling overbearing. Every staff member seemed to anticipate my needs before I could even express them. The room itself was fantastic: beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail was evident in everything from the luxurious bedding to the thoughtful layout and stunning city views. It truly felt like a private sanctuary. What really set this stay apart, however, was the personalized welcome letter waiting for me in the room – signed by the General Manager. It wasn't a generic form letter; it felt sincere and added a wonderfully personal touch that made me feel like a truly valued guest. If you're looking for a world-class luxury experience in Wuhan, even for just one night, The Ritz-Carlton delivers on every level. I cannot recommend it highly enough and am already looking forward to my next visit.
