Das Hotel war in Ordnung. Das Bett war für westliche Verhältnisse etwas hart, aber alles war sehr sauber. Ich kann gar nicht genug Gutes über Herrn Micheal Chen sagen, dessen Englisch außergewöhnlich und seine Höflichkeit unglaublich waren. Er half uns sogar, unsere Fährtickets nach Gulangyu zu buchen! Wenn Sie ihn treffen, fragen Sie nach Fawlty Towers! 🤣 Das Gleiche kann man von einer Dame, die am Frühstücksbuffet arbeitete, nicht sagen. Ich bekam einen Teller Brot zum Teilen und mir wurde gesagt, wenn ich Brot so sehr mag, dann verkaufen sie es!!!! Es kam mir so vor, als würde sie uns jedes Mal mustern, wenn wir etwas essen gingen. Ich bezweifle, dass sie das zu irgendjemandem mit einem Teller voller Knödel sagte. Wir fühlten uns jedes Mal unwohl, wenn wir danach zum Frühstück gingen, und das ist kein Zeichen für ein gutes Hotel. Ich werde nicht nach Xiamen zurückkehren, aber wegen ihr würde ich, wenn ich es täte, ein anderes Hotel wählen.

Dienst: Der Service ist großartig! Es ist ein dreifaches Volk, jeder ist sehr freundlich. Es gibt einen Transferstationsdienst, das ist mein beliebtestes Element, weil es normalerweise eine öffentliche Verkehrsmittel oder ein Autosport gibt, aber Sie müssen alle Arten von Strecken sehen, die Sie noch warten müssen, Sie können sich auf den Kopf nehmen, aber wenn Sie eine Transferstation haben, sind Sie verrückt und so weiter, ich mag es sehr 🥰! Es bietet auch eine Vielzahl von Frühstücken, sehr reichhaltig. Umgebung: Es ist ein eigenes Zimmer in einem Dorf, aber die Dekoration ist sehr gut und die Lage ist sehr groß. Really grateful for the free airport pickup. Added their number to my wechat and called them using wechat. Was given directions where to be picked up and asked to send a picture of how I look like. waited at the pickup point and even message them at exactly which location I'm at. Received a call later to ask where am I and also messaged me the car plate number. As the pickup point only allow 8mins of wait time, the driver was pretty pissed when I arrived. I mean, couldn't you have sent a picture of the car and the car plate number earlier? Driver was smoking all the way while driving and I'm unfortunately seated behind him, breathing in all his smelly smoke. He opened his window but that didn't help, the wind has kept blowing the smoke into my face. Luckily it was a short drive. I feel that the hotel should educate their drivers not to smoke while driving. This is so selfish. I got upgraded to a bigger room because they wanted me to give a good review. My room has a big window with the street view. Room was clean and nice. Slippers given. Toilet was badly designed. the shower head faces the toilet bowl and the sewage system is not good. After showering, the toilet flooded. I only realised the next morning that there are some buttons that you can switch on for ventilation in the toilet. The toilet was still flooded in the morning but I think if I have known about the buttons earlier, it would have been dried in the morning. The buttons are in chinese characters. Ask for help to decipher them. The room has a projector but nothing was watchable. You need to have accounts to sign on to their various content provider. The hotel is near a small street market with awesome and cheap food. There was also some supermarkets opened late into the night. Cannot expect much from sound proofing as dead into the night, you can still hear food delivery rider delivering their food to occupants. The driver in the morning did not smoke but when I told him that nobody asked me which terminal I'm going to, he insisted that it is impossible for them not to ask. I also cannot be bothered to argue. Why would I sabotage my own departure plans? Suggest that before the driver drives off, stressed which terminal you are going to. Terminal 3 for International flights, Terminal 4 for domestic flights. And they are not close to one another apparently. Otherwise, the bed was quite comfy. The socket above the bedside table is almost falling off the wall.

The apartment is located inside a modern high rise building (with four elevators) in the middle of what appears to be a middle class neighborhood. The building is within walking distance (I estimate 10-15 minutes tops) of the Fuzhou-South railway station. However. When me and my friend arrived there we decided to take a cab due to heavy rain - and we got yelled at because the driver was unhappy about the destination being so close to the railway station We yelled back and the driver apologized. We later realized that it would have been smarter to order a DiDi as cab drivers have to wait in line long time to get a railway customer and it is understandable that they want a customer who wants to go to the city center. Still. He had no right to yell at us. This is what the minimum fee is for. Anyway. It is one of those high rise buildings that is built around a huge mall. Plenty of shops, drug stores, markets, restaurants (outside the mall) are within 5 minute radius. A mall entrance is within 3 minute walking distance. Very very convenient location. Not only so. Every day after 10:00pm there is a night market down the street where you can buy all sorts of delicious snacks even grilled oysters and steak. Me and my friend had no issue locating the apartment because upon arriving at Fuzhou-South we got in touch with the owner. The owner then befriended me on WeChat, sent us the address, pictures of the entrance, description of how to open the main apartment door and the key lockers. Piece of cake. TBH I initially did not understand how to enter the code into the electronic door lock and so the owner came to assist. She was there within minutes after we asked for help. The apartment is basically a bedroom with huge screen, beamer, queensize bed, workplace with sink, water cooker, washing machine, dining table and a nice, big fridge. Naturally you also have your own bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Everything was very clean and me and my friend were super happy with our choice. I initially thought that the mattress was too firm but then I slept very well on it. You have to take a cab or DiDi to the city center but its not far so it is not expensive. The A/C works very well. The view from the 18th floor is amazing. Would I stay there again? Given the good location, hygiene and price I would absolutely stay there again.

The room is spacious and wonderful. They have two toilets here but unfortunately only one bathroom. Kitchen set with all things needed if you need to reheat or Cook a simple meal. Gym was very nice so does the swimming pool (the one meant for swimming). They have all the noodle pools, swim board etc that needed for kids. Do not forget to bring the swim caps, it is a compulsory. We got free 3 hours kids club each day/stay but we did not manage to play. It was not so big but enough for kids 5 years and below. 5 minutes walk to Zhong Shan lu pedestrian street and a mall. Short drive to the Ferry terminal as well. The breakfast selection are wide, fitting for Asian or intercontinental type of breakfast. We bought the package with breakfast already, but if you have not, on the day of check-in they cahrge 100rmb/person if you needed, and it becomes 180rmb/person if you are buying the breakfast on the day. Definetely one of the best choice for family to travel with ease.

We stayed on the 3rd floor in a family suit with 5 people - two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, spacious. Excellent location to explore Yunshuiyao and visit both Hakka houses Huaiyuanlou and Heguilou along the river within walking distance. Excellent service - free afternoon tea and fruits in the evening. Restaurant also is very good. Reception helped us with the car for to visit Tianluokeng cluster.

酒店比較新，衞生情況好，服務熱情，位置好，能看到西湖，又是小白車的終點站，離古城不遠，但是又不會像古城一樣擠或者堵，離木偶劇院、常逛的博物館也都不遠，是個不錯的選擇。不過房間裏沒有冰箱，要去前台取放。

This is the our first visit to Fuzhou. I traveled with my husband and my mum. I booked 4 different hotels for a total of 9 nights in Fuzhou. Narada is the second hotel. We stayed for two nights at the private hot spring wing. Was given free upgrade upon checking in. We were then driven to our rooms by the lovely front desk lady, Xiao Li (前台小李). She is very professional, super helpful as the moment we got out of the cab, she carried all our baggages. Throughout our trip, she is always there to answer all our questions and is very warm and personable. The next morning, we then called the front desk for the buggy to pick us up to the main hotel side for breakfast. The spread is very good with both Chinese and Western cuisine. The chefs are very nice and approachable. I want to take this chance to thank the restaurant waitress, Chen Hong (陈虹). Every morning we were greeted by her superb service. She shared with us about the culture, food and places to go in Fuzhou. She really go out of the way to make us feel welcomed. Checking out was a breeze too. We just called the front desk and leave our keys in the room and head off. We then made our way to next hotel nearer to the city centre. We were shocked by the condition as the surroundings and the exterior of the hotel looked so rundown and dirty. We then decide to go back to Narada. We were again served by Xiao Li (前台小李). The moment she saw us, she immediately came to us asking if there’s anything she can help us with. We told her about our horrific encounter at the other hotel and she helped us arrange for 2 rooms at the main hotel side. She even brought us up to see the rooms before committing the stay. We also met Chen Hong (陈虹) while waiting for the rooms, she was empathic and recommended other local places and events. We were so impressed by the rooms, the hospitality and the impeccable service by Xiao Li (前台小李) and Chen Hong (西餐厅陈虹) that we decided not to move in to the city centre and stayed here for 7 more nights before our flight back to Singapore. Big thumbs up to Narada Resort & Spa, Shoukai, Fuzhou. The people there are truly amazing. Thank you very much!

Die Hotelumgebung ist gut. Das Stadtgebiet von Fuzhou ist überfüllt und unordentlich. Es ist wirklich schön, eine Nacht in den heißen Quellen zu verbringen und sich eine Weile zu entspannen sehr enthusiastisch und der Service ist sehr rücksichtsvoll.

單人旅遊巨推薦的民宿，定的迷你房，淡季一晚不到100，但是民宿的環境可以同享，服務可以同享，極其便利的地理位置同享，真的巨棒。 圖一圖五是民宿裏面的環境，圖二是迷你房，圖三也是公共區域一角適合朋友打牌聊天，圖四外面看着平平無奇。 民宿的方姐很熱情，讓我一度以為是老闆所以自己的事業這麼用心也正常，結果衹是網紅毛毛與阿姨似的惺惺相惜。 因為泉州的美食還有這間民宿，改簽了早上動車多呆了半天，泉州人民不知道是佛系還是夜生活，很多店都是10點11點有些甚至下午才開門，哈哈哈哈。
