It’s not the Four Seasons but can’t  beat the location in the center of the Village. Close to gondola, restaurants and shops.  All within couple minutes walk.  The king studio was huge.  Bed was very comfortable. Great having a kitchenette for toast and coffee in morning.  Would stay again without hesitation.

Ich genossen meinen Aufenthalt im Stoke Hotel. Das Zimmer war komfortabel, ich war neben dem Wasch-/Wartungsraum und bemerkte einige Lärm am Tag, aber nicht in den Abenden oder Nächten, es störte mich nie. Mein Zimmer war neben dem Heißräder und ich hörte einige laute gute Zeiten, aber es störte mich nicht und es war ruhig bei der Bettzeit. Das Frühstück hatte so viel Auswahl. Waffle, Eier, Kartoffeln, Bacon, Sauce, Oatmehl, Getreide, Yoghurt, Äpfel, Grapefruit, Oranges, Muffins, Bagels und verschiedene Brote und Cookies. Die heißen Lebensmittel werden wechselnd, nur so viele Optionen, es war fantastisch und für langsamen Morgen manchmal gemacht. Das Frühstückspersonal war sehr willkommen, großartig bei der Lagerung und dem Auffrischungsstuhl. Der Busshuttle-Stopp war in der Nähe und das Front Desk gab Bus-Gutscheine, als ich fragte. Es gab auch einen kostenlosen Shuttle-Service im Zentrum, zum Regent Hotel, nur eine Frage nach 5:30 Uhr. Everything was fantastic. We were greeted by a very friendly gentleman at 130 am. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Highly recommend if your plans are to stay in Abbotsford

Die Lage des Hotels war super. Der Central Park war ganz in der Nähe, und es gab viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut gepflegt, was sehr angenehm war. Allerdings war die Bedienung des Warm- und Kaltwassers in der Badewanne nicht intuitiv. Beim Einchecken unterlief dem Mitarbeiter ein Fehler bei meiner Zahlung, ohne dass er sich entschuldigte. Das Frühstück war für meine Kollegen und mich etwas zu salzig, und die Anweisungen des Frühstücksmanagers waren unklar und verwirrend. (Bei einem erneuten Besuch werde ich das Frühstück nicht mehr bestellen.)

I am writing to formally express my very serious dissatisfaction regarding the condition of my room and the overall standard of service during my stay. To be completely honest, the situation is far below what any reasonable guest would expect from a hotel of this category and price level. There is clearly long-term dust accumulation on the exhaust fan and in multiple corners of the room. This is not a matter of minor housekeeping oversight for a day or two it reflects a prolonged lack of proper maintenance and cleaning standards. Such conditions are unacceptable for a property that presents itself as a luxury establishment. Even more concerning is the foul, rotten odor coming from the sink water. Every time I brush my teeth or wash my hands, the unpleasant smell is immediately noticeable and deeply disturbing. This raises not only comfort issues, but also serious concerns about hygiene and water safety. At this level of accommodation, guests should never have to question the basic quality of the water provided in their room. I strongly believe this matter requires immediate professional inspection. I chose to stay at your hotel and willingly paid a premium rate because I expected a premium experience including cleanliness, attention to detail, and reliable service. Unfortunately, what I have encountered so far reflects a significant gap between the price charged and the quality delivered. In addition, despite leaving a tip for housekeeping and placing a written note clearly requesting replenishment, my shampoo was not refilled. I was eventually forced to go into the corridor to find another staff member for assistance. Cotton swabs were also not replenished for three consecutive days. These are very basic service expectations that should not require repeated reminders from guests. Taken together, these issues have had a substantial negative impact on my stay and overall impression of the hotel. I find this situation extremely disappointing and frankly inconsistent with the reputation and standards your brand claims to uphold. I would appreciate it if management could review this matter seriously and provide a clear and appropriate resolution.

Overall, it is a pleasant hotel for a short stay in downtown. Despite the Karma Lounge currently being under renovation, the hotel arranged a room dining service for breakfast as an alternative, which is acceptable and yummy. The hotel staff are helpful and kind. The location is close to down town, 5 to 10 minute walk to Robson Streetfor shopping, 1 block away has a supermarket and some nice reastieant eg The keg steak house.

Die Lage ist etwas von der Innenstadt von Downtown Vancouver entfernt, aber es ist nahe Costco, neben Rogers Zentrum, und 10 Minuten von Chinatown entfernt. Liebe, dass das Zimmer mit schlechtem Kaffee kommt, anstelle der regelmäßigen k-Pods, die so ein erstaunliches Touch ist. Insgesamt ist der Service fabulös, und das Zimmer ist sauber und geräumig für die 4 von uns. Aber, Restaurant-wise ist das Gebiet ein wenig müde.

Firs of all, the receptionist was very friendly and had a big smile on her face during both check-in and check-out (it was the same lady), warm and nice lobby. Second, the room was smaller than I expected, smaller than what the website showed but it was clean. Third, when I arrived it was almost impossible to find a parking spot (see pic 4) because there were several hotels in the same area. I had to wait in my car for about 20 minutes until someone finally left so I could park and check in. Fourth, hotel parking is quite expensive $34 per night for self-parking and $39 for valet. The underground parking lot is right next to the garbage room (see pic 5) which was disgusting and horrible. I also saw two guys working in the parking area and they seemed really unfriendly. If they ever film another Conjuring series this could be a perfect location. To be fair, I did notice that several other 4 star hotels in Whistler have similar parking conditions: dark, old and dirty. Fifth, it was a bit cold at night and I tried to adjust the room temperature but it didn’t work. I mentioned this to the lady when I checked out. If you asked me if I would stay there again, probably NOT. The price is okay for the room and the location is very convenient there’s an Old Spaghetti Factory inside the hotel and several bars, restaurants and shops are just 5–10 minutes away on foot.

Divya Sutra is the best hotel deal in town as far as rates and amenities. You won't find anything cheaper. You do get a lot for what you pay. My stay was during the off season and I found an even better deal online so I went ahead with the booking and was glad I did. I was hesitant after reading some negative reviews but have found nothing to really complain about. My room was clean and there was no sign of bed bugs anywhere. Before I moved in they cleaned the carpet thoroughly. Although the furniture was a bit dated, the beds were comfortable and the TV was huge with lots of channels. One thing to be aware of however is that the location is right in the middle of town and there is occasional traffic noise that some may find annoying. I got used to it right away and it honestly was not bad at all and my room was just a few floors up. The staff here are very friendly and very accommodating. There are two ice machines and two filtered water stations in the lobby which is awesome and it also looks like they are going to put a fancy coffee machine in the lobby as well. There's a sauna, hot tub, and pool and changing room and shower. The bar and grill is still closed which was a bit disappointing but there are many restaurants nearby. Overall, definitely a great place for both short and long stays.

Unsere Familie blieb am letzten Tag des Arbeitstags am Wochenende lang, so dass wir uns weniger betätigt fühlten. Es ist ein guter Aufenthalt für den Weg zum Botanical Beach in Port Renfrew. Der Ella Strand in der Nähe ist atemberaubend für Sonnenuntergang. Das Zimmer ist für vier von uns geräumig. Wir freuen uns, viele kleine Fische und 6 Siegel im privaten Hafen im Hotel zu sehen. Wir haben nicht den Hotelpool coz es nicht so sauber erscheint. Allerdings genossen wir den komplimentären 1 hr Tandem Kajak sehr viel. Siehe viele wilde Leben.
