Decent hotel in a prime location if you're leaving very early in the morning. The room was boiling hot as the hearing was coming from one side of the room and if you want to lower it, the AC kick in from the other side, so both things work against one another.

Das Hotel ist freundlich, das Hotel und das Zimmer waren sauber.
Das komplimentäre Frühstück war gut mit untenlosem Kaffee.
Mein Zimmer war sauber, aber die Dusche suckte, und die Plattenglas-Duschetüren waren gehärtet und sehr schwer zu bewegen, auch fehlte ein Luftwind.
Das Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage und der Thermostat auf der Wand hat nichts kontrolliert! ??

Good stay. Pool and hot tub were great. A few of the other amenities could use attention, though. One of the washing machines wasn’t working, and breakfast was cold. There is also an omelette station that apparently only operates when it’s not “slow season”
The service is always incredible, and the hotel location and cleanliness was top notch. Maybe just call ahead when you’re booking so you know what to expect for breakfast.

Check-in war sehr einfach! Zimmer sind groß und renoviert. Sie haben großartige WLAN und es war sauber. Pool war groß und Spaß nur am Wochenende unten musste ein Stunden Zeitslot reservieren, um den Pool zu nutzen. Ich würde nochmal reservieren!

The hotel was very clean. Our room had a king size bed and a mini fridge and a very clean bathroom. There was a number of events with lots of teenagers and they put us in the far end and we never heard anything from anyone. We slept great . Breakfast had a ride ran of cereals, eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, and fruit, fruits, as well as yogurt, etc. it was as good as a busy place could Have. If need be, we would stay there again

Das Hotel befindet sich in einem Einkaufszentrum im Süden der Stadt, umgeben von Safeway, Walmart und McDonald's. Es gibt eine japanische Gardon gut in der Nähe, aber nicht. Das Hotel hat einen kostenlosen Parkplatz und einen Innenpool. Das Zimmer ist gut sauber. Frühstücksgebäck mit Eierbrot und Milchmilch. Es ist sehr gut zu schlafen. Die mangelnden Klimaanlagen sind groß und beeinflussen die Ruhe.

We had a wonderful time at the Lake Louise Inn, and id fully recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area. The restaurants were great (try the pizza) and all the staff from the Front Desk to Housekeeping were so friendly and helpful. One thing to note before you go is that they’re currently renovating the rooms, so while some have great new amenities, some are still waiting for upgrades, and this can lead to some oddities in your room. (Our king room for example had a box spring that didn’t fit the mattress, so it felt like you were sliding off the bed in your sleep.) If that’s not a problem for your trip, you couldn’t pick a better place to stay. We’ll be back for sure.

GGastnutzerI recently stayed at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise for three nights. While the location is undeniably beautiful and there were a few memorable moments during our stay, the overall service experience unfortunately did not meet the expectations I had for a hotel at this price point.
When we arrived on the first day, check-in felt somewhat rushed. The young female staff member assisting us (an Australian staff member) informed us that our room was not ready yet, which we understood as we had arrived a little early. However, she did not walk us through the hotel facilities, available activities, or provide much orientation to the property. Since the hotel is quite large, a quick overview would have been helpful for first-time guests.
We had a spa booking at the nearby Fairmont Spa at the Basin, and because our room wasn’t ready, we were advised that we would need to change there. That was a bit inconvenient as we had been hoping to freshen up in our room before heading to the spa.
We were given our room key cards anyway, but when we went upstairs to try accessing the room, the key cards didn’t work. We had to come back down to reception again to have a new set of cards issued, which added further inconvenience.
Later that evening, I called to request fresh milk for tea. Eventually, milk was delivered later, which I appreciated.
On the second day, housekeeping was another area where things fell short. By around 1:00 pm our room still hadn’t been serviced, so I called to request housekeeping. When we returned at around 5:00 pm, the room appeared to be only partially cleaned. Glasses and mugs were still dirty, and the tea bags and coffee pods had not been refilled. I had to call again to ask for the room to be properly tidied up.
We also stopped by the outdoor bar one evening and ordered hot alcoholic drinks. Unfortunately, it arrived only lukewarm. It appeared to have been pre-made and the staff simply poured it from a thermos rather than preparing it fresh. Considering it cost around $25, it didn’t feel particularly worth the price.
On the third night of our stay, the power in our room went out. As a result, we were unable to watch TV or charge any of our devices. Since the phone in the room was not working, my partner had to go to the front desk to report the issue. After waiting for nearly an hour, a technician eventually came to our room and informed us that the power would be restored soon.
Considering the price of the stay, I expected a more consistent level of service and attention to detail. Additionally, the bathroom was smaller than I anticipated for a property of this caliber. I had originally planned to stay at Fairmont properties in Quebec and Ottawa over the next two weeks, but this experience has made me reconsider.
That said, there were still some highlights during our visit. We celebrated our anniversary with dinner at Walliser Stube, which was a lovely experience overall. The steak and chicken dishes were slightly on the salty side, but the staff were attentive and kindly offered complimentary drinks to make up for it, which was a nice gesture. We were also given some honey, which was a thoughtful touch.
One of the best parts of the trip was the snowshoeing walk organized by the hotel. Our guide, Kelvin, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience very enjoyable. It ended up being one of the highlights of our stay.
Overall, the property itself is stunning and the activities are well worth experiencing. However, given the premium price point, I was expecting a higher and more consistent standard of service throughout the stay.

The location is perfect, a straight 10 or so minute walk downtown so you avoid the hassles of trying to find parking downtown. If walking isn't an option for you ( physical limitations, lazy holiday...or hangover) there's a bus stop right outside. There's an attached restaurant if you just want to stay in once in. Our room was large and clean with microwave fridge and coffee. Was it brand new? No, (but neither am I) and at the price, absolutely fine!

Es begann, als das Front Desk unsere Buchung nicht gefunden konnte - zweimal ! (aber ein Telefonanruf 2 Stunden vor dem Einchecken). Er musste meine Fahrerlizenz nehmen und “ irgendwo mit jemandem im Rücken zu sprechen” gehen - dann kam er zurück (nach 2 oder so
minute) und „magisch“ die Reservierung gefunden. Unnervös für meine Identifizierung zu verschwinden von meinem Blick. Keine Erklärung angeboten.
Wir waren wieder frustriert, wenn der Büroberuf versuchte, uns für etwas von der Snackbar in unserem Zimmer zu belasten - wir hatten unsere Zimmer 2 Minuten zuvor buchstäblich verlassen. Könnte uns nicht sagen, welches Produkt wir „verbraucht“ hatten (wir hatten nichts verbraucht - vor allem zu diesen Preisen!) und dann, wenn sie gefragt, wie sie möglicherweise innerhalb von 2 Minuten wissen konnten (von uns aus unserem Zimmer) dass ein Objekt verbraucht wurde - sie wurden sehr verteidigungsfähig und konnten nicht wirklich die Frage ”wie wissen Sie, was uns zu belasten” beantworten, und die Antwort war ”es ist für den Bericht am Ende des Tages - niemand sagt, dass Sie tatsächlich etwas genommen haben”. Except that’s exactly what the desk cleark said the charge was going to be for - “an item from the snack bar for a total of $4.20”.
Nachdem wir die Gebühr angefordert hatten, wurde uns gesagt, dass keine Gebühr auf die Kreditkarte übertragen werden würde.
Es war so, als hätten wir etwas „ gestohlen“, als wir um weitere Klarstellungen zu der Anklage gebeten.
“Keine Entschuldigungen oder danke für den Aufenthalt bei uns.”
Enttäuschend.
Seite Note - Service im Casino war großartig - einschließlich des Restaurants.

SSyed MWe had a great 3 night stay here. We got the room with the balcony where you can see the mountains too. I really appreciate their room service. When we use to return to our rooms after a long day, the room and bathroom would be tidied up and provided fresh towels. The room was a decent size, it had an iron and microwave. The beds were comfy. The breakfast was awesome. It opened at 7am. We would leave the hotel for a long day with our bellies full. The staff was constantly refilling and cleaning the tables. The varieties were great and tasty. I loves their eggs, hash browns and seasoned potato wedges. They also had orange, apple and pomegranate juice. They have a nice conveyor toaster which I thought was convenient for everyone. We never had trouble with parking. The waterslide and pool is great fun. They also have a hot tub and sauna. I really appreciate the shower/restroom they have by the pool so you can shower and change before heading back to your room. There’s plenty of pool towels too. The location is near to several restaurants and gas stations. I would recommend staying here.

A special thank you to Marilyn, who provided exceptional service. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. Her professionalism and kindness made the entire experience even more enjoyable.
The location is excellent, close to downtown Banff and surrounded by stunning natural scenery. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Banff.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit im Lake Louise Inn und können es jedem, der in der Gegend übernachten möchte, wärmstens empfehlen. Die Restaurants waren großartig (unbedingt die Pizza probieren!) und alle Mitarbeiter, von der Rezeption bis zum Reinigungspersonal, waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein wichtiger Hinweis vor Ihrer Anreise: Die Zimmer werden derzeit renoviert. Einige Zimmer verfügen daher über tolle neue Annehmlichkeiten, während andere noch auf Modernisierungen warten. Dies kann zu kleineren Unregelmäßigkeiten im Zimmer führen. (In unserem Zimmer mit Kingsize-Bett passte beispielsweise der Lattenrost nicht zur Matratze, sodass man im Schlaf das Gefühl hatte, aus dem Bett zu rutschen.) Wenn Sie das nicht stört, gibt es keine bessere Unterkunft. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

TTravel KweenWir hatten im Grünbuch ein großes Familienzimmer, das sich bequem neben dem Spa befindet. Unser check-in war super freundlich und das Zimmer war groß und sehr geräumig. Die Küche war wunderschön mit vielen besonderen Kontakten.
Wir hatten ein paar Fragen mit dem Zimmer, wir buchten ein Familienzimmer Bad und es gab keine Toilette. Leider war die Abwasserentsorgung im Dusch unglücklich, und die Fliesen wurden gebrochen, wir baten um ein anderes Zimmer, aber sie hatten nichts zur Verfügung. Wir wurden gesagt, wir könnten im Spabad duschen. Das Spa war nicht arbeiten und als wir in die Dusche kamen sie aus Duschegel.
Das Sofabett ist für niemand geeignet, da es sehr unkomfortabel ist. Unser sehr kleiner Teenager versuchte, auf ihm zu schlafen und sie spürte jeden Frühling.
Trotz unserer Fragen empfehle ich dieses Hotel, da die Lage gut war, das Personal wunderschön und das Frühstück angemessen war.
