During my stay at Sleep in Guarulhos in São Paulo, Brazil, booked through Trip.com, I encountered exceptional service from start to finish. The reception staff demonstrated impeccable customer service, promptly addressing a small issue with my booking without any hassle on my part. Their efficiency and professionalism ensured that my stay got off to a smooth start, allowing me to relax and enjoy my time at the hotel. As a parent travelling with my 4-month-old, I was particularly impressed by the thoughtful amenities provided by the hotel. They provided a cot for my baby, which was not only of excellent size but also incredibly comfortable. It's always a relief to find accommodations that cater to the needs of families and Sleep in Guarulhos exceeded my expectations in this regard. Of course, one of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet, which offered an impressive array of options to suit every palate. From continental favourites to hearty breakfast dishes, there was something for everyone, and the quality of the food was outstanding. Overall, my experience at Sleep in Guarulhos booked through Trip.com was nothing short of excellent. From the exemplary customer service at the reception to the comfortable accommodations and delicious breakfast options, every aspect of my stay was memorable and enjoyable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to fellow travellers looking for a wonderful experience in São Paulo.

Liked: • wonderful front desk personel , restaurant staff, waiters/waitresses, baggage handlers, super helpful! • excellent bed, shower, sheets, towels. • great breakfast buffet. Dislike: • the bathroom sink needs a better aerator on the faucet to control the flow so that it doesn’t spray outside of the sink. • the water in the pool didn’t seem to be constantly filtered. There were small debris and bugs on top.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Flughafens. Sie bieten kostenlose Shuttle-Service zum und vom Flughafen. Der Shuttle läuft bis spät in der Nacht. Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig. Insgesamt ein gutes Transithotel.

Ehrlich gesagt, außer dem Trip.com-Service ist sehr gut, aber die Aussicht auf das Hotel ist wirklich schlecht. Wenn es nicht nahe dem Ausstellungszentrum liegt, wird es hier nicht reserviert. Es gibt keinen Ort, hahahahahahahahaha, das Zimmer ist sehr alt, die Bettwäsche schläft auf dem Körper, das Zimmer braucht Wasser ohne Wasser, Papier ohne Papier, Keine Trage, zwei Einzelbetten scheinen wieder in die Universität zu sein, die Betten sind nicht komfortabel, das Badezimmer ist sehr klein, das Warmwasser ist für einen halben Tag zu halten, meine Naivität ist zu schlecht, das Frühstück ist nicht gut, viele Arten von Menschen, der andere private Rezeption Service ist nicht gut, kann eine Woche Gepäck auch gut sparen.

Además, estuve en el octavo piso y tenían el sonido del motor de no sé de algo en la terraza que no quiere fastidiosa, nunca me sirvió la televisión A pesar de qué pedí la vengan a verla, vinieron a ver no la pudieron

The hotel was nice, to he breakfast was delicious. However, we tried to contact the hotel prior to our arrival asking about the shuttle from the airport but we didn't get a response about the timing so we ended up taking a taxi! The hotel gave us extra time to check out because of this inconvenience so I am thankful for that.

Die Hotelumgebung ist schön und der Service ist behutsam. Untergeschosses Essen und Reisen sind bequem. Die Tragestellen im Hotel sind sehr gut! Die amerikanische und chinesische Wirtschaft ist nicht ausreichend, um das Hotel herum zu bauen, der Ton ist zu groß!!!

1. 位置: 距離GRU是大約一個小時車程（全程不堵車），打的是大約200里亞爾=270人民幣（目前匯率1.35）。從周邊高樓來看，應該是聖保羅市中心了，但是離GRUA是真的遠。 2. 費用: 1500-1800一晚，這價格，上海北京也能住五星了吧? 費用相當高。 3. 房間: 居中吧，偏舊一點，馬桶按鈕，不回彈，得把整個蓋子抬起來促使主動回位。是紅色桌子，感覺偏舊。房間不大，一個床，一個沙發，一個掛壁電視，一張桌子，一個衞生間，留出來的步行區域就不多了，沒有大塊空白區。 4. 至少巴西酒店內，沒有免費瓶裝水。 5. 從外面打酒店電話，極難打通。 6. 早餐: 這個不錯，沒有適合中國口味的菜，但以本地菜而言，品種豐富，味道不錯，水果也不錯。 7. 大堂有樂隊和鋼琴表演，不錯。 8. 附近有麥當勞和本地快餐廳，沒敢去找有沒有中餐館，吃飯挺方便。不遠處有個加油站裏的便利店，買東西也還行。 9. 總體來説，跟國內比的話，沒得比，不要抱太高期待。而跟巴西本地比的話，跟機場旁邊700一晚的comfirt機場舒適酒店比，也沒有到達2倍的差異。性價比不是很高。 10. 巴西的消費是真的貴，不論是聖保羅市，還是聖保羅州北部，還是里約。
