Erstaunliche Lage und schönes Hotel. Aber das Hotel ist eindeutig sehr stinkend auf dem Personal. Es gibt nicht genug und die, die sie haben, sind überhaupt nicht qualifiziert oder erfahren, um den Service zu bieten, den man für den Preis und ein Hotel wie diese erwarten würde. Die meisten der Arbeitnehmer sind auf einem Urlaubsvisum und es ist sehr offensichtlich, dass sie diese Arbeit nur tun, um etwas Geld zu verdienen und nicht eine Karriere zu machen, so gibt es einen enormen Mangel an Service (kann nicht wirklich die Mitarbeiter, Wir hatten auch kein WLAN in unserem Zimmer und es dauerte 3 Tage, um mit der Idee zu kommen, das WLAN-Ei zu teilen, das sie haben.... auch mehrmals gab es einen Stromausfall im Hotel. Insgesamt, wie schön die Lage und das Hotel ist, würde ich nicht zurückgehen, da der Service am besten gleichwertig ist mit einem Hostel...

Wir haben unlängst auf Novotel Perth Murray Street und insgesamt geblieben, es war eine angenehme Erfahrung. Das Hotel bietet anständig geräumige Zimmer, die modern, gut konzipiert und komfortabel waren. Die Sauberkeit war unvermeidlich und das Zimmer ist bei unserer Ankunft sauber. Wir hatten jedoch eine Service-Frage, die etwas von der Gesamterfahrung abgezogen wurde. Der Körperwaschmittel in unserem Badezimmer war am ersten Tag leer, und trotz seines bemerkenswerten Mangels war es während unseres Aufenthalts nicht wieder gefüllt. Wir sind uns nicht sicher, ob dies eine Übersicht oder eine Ablehnung, um zu reservieren, aber es ist etwas, das verbessert werden könnte. Das heißt, die zentrale Lage des Hotels und hervorragende Zimmerkomfort machen es eine große Wahl für Reisende. Mit etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit auf solche Details wäre der Aufenthalt ungenau gewesen.

Dies ist mein zweites Hotel in Perth. Ich habe zuvor in einem Hotel in Melbourne übernachtet. Drinnen war es aufgrund der großen Fenster auf beiden Seiten sehr kalt. Direkt nach dem Einzug in das InterContinental Hotel fühlte es sich warm an. Eine weitere Erkenntnis ist, dass auch die Raumtemperatur in Hotels mit hohem Standardisierungsgrad standardisiert ist. Ich habe im InterContinental Hotel in Hongkong übernachtet. Die alte Hotelkette weist einen hohen Standardisierungsgrad auf und die sanitäre Umgebung und die Serviceeinrichtungen sind beruhigend. Es liegt in der Nähe des Theaters. Obwohl es keinen Blick auf die Berge und das Meer gibt, sind die kleinen Straßen und Gassen nicht weit entfernt, so dass Sie bequem einkaufen können. Die Temperatur war niedriger als erwartet, 16 Grad Celsius, und es regnete von Zeit zu Zeit (es regnete viel und hörte auf, als ich ausging). Als ich rausging, gab es eine örtliche Herrenbekleidungsmarke. Das war sehr modisch und erschwinglich. Ich habe zwei Baumwollpullover für meinen Mann gekauft. Leider habe ich keine Zeit, mir ein Theaterstück oder eine Oper anzuschauen.

Das Hotel ist sehr groß, das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet, es hat eine Mikrowelle mit Kühlschrank in der Küche, aber alle Küchengeräte und Geschmacksmuster müssen sich selbst tragen. Der Supermarkt hat einige einfache Küchengeräte, aber sehr teuer, die erste Reihe von Meerblicksräumen ist so wunderschön. Jeden Morgen um 7:45 Uhr gibt es eine Piratenschutz- und -ausführungsaktivität. Dann spielen Piraten am Strand des Hotels eine Morgens. Mit einem Kunststoffboot haben Sie die Möglichkeit, eng mit dem Piraten in Kontakt zu kommen. Es ist absolut das erste Hotel, das Sie gewählt haben.

Overall good experience with this hotel. However was waken up by the noise at 8am in the morning. As the assigned room is on 8 floor, there are men at work on the roof. This has spoilt the morning.

Recently came back from a 2-day staycation at Crown Towers. It was my first time staying here and I was mostly impressed. Location: not in the city centre, but easily accessed by public transport and car (there are a number of carparks, I used the free one, but it just involved a little more walking). Since it is not in the city, there is not much in walking distance, but there is much to do within the Crown complex which includes numerous restaurants and bars, the ******, and walking along the river was quite pleasant. Room: it had a luxurious feel and was pretty spacious. Since I booked the cheapest room type, I was told at check-in that there would be no view, and that proved to be semi-true, I mean, I had a view of a roof, a carpark, some apartments, and a tiny sliver of the river. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were soft like clouds. The robe was also very soft and quite thick - there was only one included in my room which was fine but I called reception to let them know so they could make a note of it. The room was appointed with all the usual toiletries and coffee/tea with the Nespresso machine being a nice touch. I was pleased that there was a decaf pod, however it was not replenished on the 2nd day and I resorted to the instant decaf. The bathroom was huge with separate compartments for the toilet and shower, there were 2 sinks and the bathtub was big. The room controls were done by a tablet which was handy, except that it mostly didn't work. Luckily there were wall controls for the lights and the curtains. One side of the curtains (drapes) did not work so it had to be pulled across by hand. The tablet also displayed the various restaurants and bars in the complex (as well as up to date menus) and other things that were available (such as the pool, gym, spa etc). You could also order room service from the tablet without needing to call. Room service was a little pricey as you would expect with a $7 delivery charge. A mini bar was also available but this was quite expensive. Housekeeping also seemed to come quite late in the day. Staff: the staff I interacted with were friendly and professional and I didn't have any issues. Check-in/check-out: on checking in, there was a bit of a line and it took nearly half an hour before I was able to get to the front, but once I got there, check-in was quick and efficient. On checking out, there was still a bit of a line but it moved quickly. There was also an option for express checkout. Amenities: There was a pool, gym, spa etc. but I didn't make use of any of these. Other things: I recommend TWR bar as they served some quite nice cocktails in a beautiful setting, food at the Merrywell was tasty, but you need to order food at the counter and then drinks at the bar. I think an option for a QR code ordering system would be beneficial in this scenario. Food at Junction Grill was also tasty, and the ****** was the same as usual, although I hadn't been in there for quite a number of years. The gaming machines produce cash vouchers now (which can be redeemed at machines), which is much more handy (and hygienic) than having to collect dollar coins. Overall, it was a nice stay and I would maybe stay again, however at this price point I was expecting just a little more.

Arrived and was greeted cordially. Clear instructions on where to go to find our apartment. I couldn't park in the allocated spot undercover due to the neighbour taking up more than one car space. So we had to park further away from our apartment. At least we could park! Our room was upstairs yet I had booked a ground floor. Didn't matter! It was clean and tidy. It was very noisy in the front bedroom due to the wind from the storm that night. My daughter had to swap bedrooms due to the noise. The beds were comfortable and warm. I had an even nicer attendant upon check out. Overall it was a lovely stay. The hotel is not brand new and does look a little tired but it is not as bad as some places I've stayed. I would recommend it for families as it is easy to find and has easy access to Busselton and all it's delights.

Das Haus ist groß und eignet sich für mehrere Familien, und die Dienstleistungen sind grundsätzlich selbst zu unterstützen.

Beautiful hotel, lovely room with huge comfy bed and amazing views! wicked location, lovely breakfast buffet services all though we felt these were expensive. A buffet is great but you realistically only ever eat a normal amount so did it once as a treat but not overall worth the money. We had no prior warning that the swimming pool/outside areas were being renovated so that was disappointing but with the beach right on your doorstep, not a huge issue for us but families may have found this challenging. Wicked location, right in the heart of Scarborough with great selection of restaurants and bars around, supermarket and bus stops right outside.

I would call this hotel ”very average” the only good thing it really has going for it is the location which is great. The hassles started when we had a flight cancelled by Virgin. Despite speaking to the manager, the hotel would not credit is for the 1 night lost (or extend our stay by one night). No negotiation. No refund. We had upgraded our room to a pool view. You can see from the photo that it is more a car park view. I can't say I have seen a bigger car park. It was that big it almost shut out the daylight. I did complain and we did get moved after 1 night to a slightly better room. I overheard a conversation from another customer who was similarly unimpressed. The hotel are being disin genuous with their advertising. It's a large conferment hotel with very basic customer service. The breakfasts are average. The rooms are tired Or room wasnt cleaned one day and when I enquired the answer was ”they were too busy”!!! I summary only stay here if they're is morning else in female.
