The customer service was excellent. The location, the food, service, just to mention few. Everything was perfect 👌. Will recommend this hotel 100x to my friends and family. I'll be coming back for sure.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich gut. Es ist super bequem, vom Terminal zum Hotel zu kommen. Die Zimmergröße ist gut für Entpacken und Ihre Sachen für die Reise wiederpacken. Da wir nicht das Frühstück in die Buchung aufgenommen haben. Es gibt 2 Alternativen zum Frühstück: 1. Das Frühstück des Hotels für 35AUD/person 2. Deli Cafe. Wir hatten dort einen Sandwich und Muffin. Es ist schnell und einfach, morgens bereit zu werden.

Vergleiche sind verletzend. Ich habe 4 Nächte im Crown Casino Hotel in Melbourne verbracht. Ich habe darüber nachgedacht, andere Hotels auszuprobieren. Ich habe dieses gewählt, weil ich in vielen anderen Hotels 1-Meter-Betten gesehen habe und dieses 1,3 Meter hatte. Allerdings hatte das Bett Rollen und bewegte sich, die Steppdecken machten Geräusche, der Platz war klein und das Badezimmer war durchschnittlich. Ich bin nach einer Nacht wieder zu Crown gewechselt.

T'was my third time here and they don't disappoint. Room is clean and sleek. Breakfast is good quality. Toiletries needs to be requested all the time- it's not always convenient especially that you need it daily and you stay for 2 weeks.

Location: The hotel is situated in a very quiet area, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Nights were serene with barely any car noise. It’s about a 10-minute drive to a nearby mall with Coles, Kmart, and other essentials—super convenient. For travelers, it’s around 40 minutes from the airport, which is manageable. Cleanliness: This was a mixed bag. Upon entering, we noticed a burnt iron mark and several purple stains on the carpet. We made sure to report these to reception immediately due to the $300 AUD bond fee, to avoid being held responsible. Being close to a lake or river meant encountering mosquitoes and some large flies. We also found spiders in the bathroom, but we managed to catch and release them outdoors. Towels provided were an issue—one was dirty when we checked in, and even the replacement towel the next day had stains. However, the beds were spotless, which was a relief. Service: The front desk staff were excellent—friendly, thorough, and accommodating. They explained all the amenities, including the location of the gym and pool, and handled our late checkout request graciously. Facilities: Although I didn’t personally use the gym or pool, the in-room facilities stood out. The smart TV was a bonus, with access to YouTube, Disney+, and Prime Video, ensuring entertainment for the family. Room: The two-bedroom apartment was incredibly spacious, with two bedrooms flanking a central living room. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, complete with an exhaust fan to keep the heat out. The beds were the highlight—so soft and comfortable, providing an excellent night’s sleep. Overall: While the initial issues with bugs were unpleasant (I dislike insects), once we cleared them out, the stay became very enjoyable. The spacious layout, serene environment, and cozy beds made it a pleasant experience overall.

Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt, die Zimmer haben eine tolle Aussicht, das Frühstücksbüffet bietet eine sehr große Auswahl. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, direkt am Fluss, nah und fußläufig zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und zur Tram. Volle Punkzahl! Es gibt sehr viele Restaurants in der Nähe, denn das Hotel liegt in der großen ”Crown”-Mall mit weiteren Hotels, Restaurants, einem Casino, einem Foodcourt ... Das macht den Eingangsbereich des Hotel etwas unübersichtlich und ungemütlich durch viele Menschen und Eingänge. Aber es gibt Übersichtspläne 😅 und eben auch viele Möglichkeiten!

Sehr sauber, großer Raum und die Einrichtungen sind vollständig. Jedes Haus hat seine eigene Garage. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, die Umgebung ist ziemlich gut, der Verkehr ist auch bequem und ist für sich selbst geeignet. Sehr zu empfehlen.

We had a pleasant stay at the resort during our visit to the penguin parade. The amenities were well-equipped and complete, making our time there comfortable and enjoyable. One small suggestion — it would be great if the resort could provide additional trash bags, as the ones supplied were not quite sufficient for our needs. The customer service was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. One improvement that would greatly enhance the checkout experience is the introduction of an express checkout option, such as a key drop-off box, to avoid having to queue at the counter just to return our keys. Overall, a lovely stay and we would recommend the resort to others!

Eigentlich ein tolles Hotel als Apartments, aber man hört immer die Aufzüge. Sobald die Aufzüge sich bewegen hört man ein geräusch und wenn sie stoppen kommt immer ein Klack klack. Extrem nervig. Die Apartments waren sehr geräumig und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr nett und sofort hilfsbereit und es liegt super. Keine 5 Minuten und man ist im Melbourne central.
