"Sehr nahe am Meer und auch an der Metro Station! Herausragend war die Apartment Größe und der Service! Sehr freundliches Personal und auch bei Fragen sehr hilfreich. Leider habe ich das Apartment nicht so sehr genutzt, da ich mehr die Stadt erkunden war, aber man hätte sehr gut Zeit darin verbringen können. Mein Stadtblick fände ich auch sehr gut , da man so den Sonnenuntergang sehen konnte. Wasser und Tee gab es auch kostenlos jeden Tag frisch aufgefüllt zur Verfügung!"

"Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer, neben dem St. Regis Hotel und der Haitian Mall. Es ist nicht weit vom May Fourth Square und MixC entfernt, etwa zwanzig Minuten zu Fuß oder eine kurze Taxifahrt. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und das Meeresfrüchte-Dinnerbuffet bietet ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mit frischen Meeresfrüchten und einer großen Auswahl an Speisen und alkoholischen Getränken. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich; bei der Ankunft halfen sie mit dem Gepäck bis aufs Zimmer und beim Abschied trugen sie es aktiv zum Auto. Bei der Ankunft gab es Laoging-Getränke und kleine Geschenke und es wurden viele Flaschen Wasser zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Zimmerservice reagierte schnell. Als an unserem Abreisetag Straßen wegen eines Marathons gesperrt waren, wurden wir proaktiv informiert, um Verspätungen zu vermeiden. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert."

Die Damen und Herren in der Lobby waren sehr begeistert, erkundigten sich und schoben mein Gepäck. Als ich eincheckte, wurde mir sogar ein Upgrade der Zimmerkategorie mit Meerblick angeboten eine tolle Überraschung! Vom Fenster des Zimmers aus können Sie den Berg Yantai, die Mondbucht, die Chaoyang-Straße und die Stadt auf einen Blick sehen. Es wird dringend empfohlen, diesen Ort zu wählen und zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich habe vorher gezögert, Hilton zu buchen, aber die Lage war ungünstig, also habe ich mich schließlich für Pullman entschieden. Es hat sich gelohnt!"

"Das im Voraus gebuchte Zimmer mit Meerblick war sehr groß. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist recht weit und der Service ist akzeptabel. Das Bett war recht bequem und die Badewanne war groß. Der Wasserdruck war instabil und es gab nur eine Taschentuchbox. Der Inhalt des Kühlschranks wird bezahlt und es gibt kein Willkommensobst. Alles andere ist in Ordnung. Das Frühstück ist besonders gut, mit viel Auswahl und grundsätzlich lecker. Das Frühstück ist für den gleichen Preis ziemlich gut."

"Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, ist aber dennoch ruhig gelegen. Die Zimmerausstattung ist neu, das Bad hat eine separate Dusche und ist sehr geräumig. Vom Stadt- und Meerblickzimmer aus kann man einen kleinen Blick aufs Meer erhaschen. Zum Strand sind es nur etwa zehn Minuten zu Fuß.

"The homestay is conveniently located close to all the main tourist attractions, with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. At first, I was a bit disappointed when I saw the reception (it’s on the second floor), but after changing my room, my experience improved. The shower water tended to get a bit cold after a while, so I had to be careful when using it. Overall, though, I enjoyed my stay, it was comfortable. The staff were also very responsive on WeChat, especially considering they likely had many guests staying at the hotel.
As a small suggestion, I hope they could also clean the windows. :)"

GastnutzerIch kann dieses Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick direkt am Shichangzhe-Strand im Bezirk Laoshan wärmstens empfehlen! Die Lage ist hervorragend, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt und somit unglaublich praktisch. Das Zimmer bietet einen Panoramablick auf das azurblaue Meer und direkt auf den Shichangzhe-Strand. Morgens können Sie den Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer beobachten und abends die sanfte Meeresbrise genießen. Die beiden Einzelbetten sind geräumig und weich, die Bettwäsche sauber und komfortabel, das Zimmer hell und sauber und komplett ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine separate Dusche und ein WC, und Pflegeprodukte sind vorhanden. Die ruhige und friedliche Atmosphäre sorgt für einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Restaurants und Supermärkte befinden sich ebenfalls in der Nähe und sind somit ideal für Sightseeing. Der Service ist aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, und der Preis ist ausgezeichnet. Ich hatte keine hohen Erwartungen, aber dank der Mitarbeiter erwies sich es als eine sehr gute Erfahrung.
Zuerst kümmerte sich Nicky um mich bei der Eincheckung und gab mir ein besonderes Geschenk und Erfahrung.
Und Nicky ist wunderschön.
Kimi war auch ein großes Mitarbeiter für mich während der Abreise.
Er gab mir eine Teddy-Bär.

From a SingaporeanThe positive attitude and service performance of the staff ranging from front desk, concierge/security to breakfast restaurant and house keeping is excellent. The classic hotel personal service with a modern twist makes the stay a memorable experience. On my check-in, Ms Xiao Jiao and Ms Xiao Cong gave me and explained briefly the leaflet on the hotel’s suggested tourist attractions in Yantai. They also enthusiastically exchanged small RMB notes with me. They also gave me a piece of mooncake of my choice (and during my check-out too). The restaurant staff is attentive, replenishing food and drinks and attending to requests promptly. Due to my lack of command of Mandarin and accent, the chef cooked the wanton instead of the mackerel dumplings for me, he immediately served me the dumplings when he realised the miscommunication. The next morning, after serving me the mackerel dumplings, he, I think, recognised me, suggested I could add soup and condiments to the dumplings. I find their fleshly cooked dumplings are even better than the dumplings from the most famous dumplings restaurant in Yantai. The concierge staff on 2 days helped me book taxi using her phone app, paying in advance on my behalf as booking via internet cannot be settled in cash. The concierge/front desk lent me umbrella without question.
After a delayed and tiring flight, Mr Xiao Gao brought me to my room and explained the mechanics of the switches in the room. There was a hand-written welcome note from Ms Liu, with 2 cups of white fungus/goji drink beside it. The drink together with the note and fruits in the room, not only soothed my dry throat but also lifted the mood. House keeping provided fruits, white fungus/goji drink and dried chrysanthemum/rose flowers (to prepare for drinking) and 4 bottles (500 ml) of water daily, with up to 14 bottles at the lift lobby on my floor, and guests can also request house keeping for more bottles. On my check out day, during my breakfast, they left at the door handle, a bag of goodies, fruits and bottles of water and souvenirs (4 key chains with various types of sea shells), together with a hand-written farewell/bon voyage note from Ms Liu. Well done The Center Hotel staff, you are a pride to the hotel, the hospitality industry and Yantai!

Die Umgebung des Hotels neben dem Yachtclub ist sehr gut. Von jedem Zimmer aus kann man das Meer sehen, allerdings aus unterschiedlichen Blickwinkeln. Es ist sehr angenehm, morgens und abends am Strand spazieren zu gehen und eignet sich für ein paar Tage Freizeiturlaub. Ich war vor sechs Jahren dort, obwohl die Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Allerdings ist der Stoff der Stühle im Restaurant offensichtlich fleckig. Dem Garten wurden Kindereinrichtungen und ein kleiner Zoo hinzugefügt, deren Standort jedoch unangemessen ist und den europäischen Stil des gesamten Parks zerstört. Die Qualität des Frühstücks und des Abendbuffets ist nicht optimal, aber die Umgebung und der Geschmack des japanischen Essens und des chinesischen Restaurants sind in Ordnung.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer, neben dem St. Regis Hotel und der Haitian Mall. Es ist nicht weit vom May Fourth Square und MixC entfernt, etwa zwanzig Minuten zu Fuß oder eine kurze Taxifahrt. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und das Meeresfrüchte-Dinnerbuffet bietet ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mit frischen Meeresfrüchten und einer großen Auswahl an Speisen und alkoholischen Getränken. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich; bei der Ankunft halfen sie mit dem Gepäck bis aufs Zimmer und beim Abschied trugen sie es aktiv zum Auto. Bei der Ankunft gab es Laoging-Getränke und kleine Geschenke und es wurden viele Flaschen Wasser zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Zimmerservice reagierte schnell. Als an unserem Abreisetag Straßen wegen eines Marathons gesperrt waren, wurden wir proaktiv informiert, um Verspätungen zu vermeiden. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

GastnutzerFür meine Reise nach Qingdao habe ich mich für das Greenpeak Accord Resort Apartment Vientiane City entschieden – die Erfahrung war absolut perfekt!
Die Lage des Apartments ist einfach unschlagbar: Es befindet sich direkt über der lebhaften Qingdao China Resources Vientiane City, wo Einkaufen, Gastronomie und Unterhaltung keine Wünsche offenlassen und man das Gebäude nicht einmal verlassen muss. Zudem liegt es in unmittelbarer Nähe zu berühmten Sehenswürdigkeiten wie dem Qingdao Stadtregierungsgebäude, dem May Fourth Square und dem Olympischen Segelzentrum, was Ausflüge und Besichtigungen äußerst praktisch macht. Mit der Zimmerkarte kann man sogar direkt von der 6. Etage des Gebäudes mit dem Aufzug zur Vientiane City fahren – das macht Shopping extrem bequem.
Die Zimmer sind hervorragend ausgestattet, gemütlich und komfortabel eingerichtet. Auch die Sauberkeit war tadellos, sodass man sich dort absolut wohl und sicher fühlen kann. Die 24-Stunden-Rezeption ist stets besetzt und löst Probleme umgehend. Der Service ist aufmerksam und umfassend.
Der Preis ist ebenfalls sehr vernünftig, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ausgezeichnet. Wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Qingdao komme, werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten!

Das Upgrade auf das erste Zimmer war eine Überraschung
Das zweite Frühstück ist überraschend lecker, ich muss ihm einen Daumen hoch geben.
Drittens sind alle Mitarbeiter vom Rezeptionsbüro über die Rezeption bis zum Zimmerservice sehr, sehr höflich und professionell.
Auf dem vierten Bild ging ich am nächsten Morgen nach unten, um zu frühstücken, und alle wichtigen Kosmetika waren ordentlich platziert. Einen solchen Zimmerservice habe ich schon lange nicht mehr erlebt in Zimmer 3211 und musste meiner Tante Hähnchenkeulen hinzufügen 🍗
Der fünfte ist, dass unser Verkaufsservice für Xiaogao-Heißluft vorhanden ist.
Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass ich wiederkommen werde. Danke euch allen.

Ich hatte vor dem Einchecken um zwei Buchweizenkissen gebeten und darum gebeten, dass sie vor dem Einchecken aufs Zimmer geliefert werden. Als ich um 4 Uhr eincheckte, waren sie jedoch immer noch nicht da. Ich kontaktierte den Zimmerservice auf dieser Etage, und der Zimmerservice bat mich über die Sprechanlage, die Kissen so schnell wie möglich zu schicken, da der Gast es eilig hätte abzureisen. Über die Sprechanlage hieß es, er würde die Kissen nicht mitnehmen. Diese Antwort machte mich sprachlos. Die Ausbildungsqualität internationaler Hotelketten ist so schlecht. Auf den Schränken im Zimmer liegt eine Schicht Handtuchhaar. Wie viel Kosten sollte man da sparen? Die Wasserleistung der Deckenbrause im Badezimmer ist erbärmlich. Auch die zusätzlichen Einrichtungen und Dienstleistungen älterer Hotels sollten ähnlich sein.
