If you need additional supplies during your stay, they can be purchased from a nearby store at your expense.6. 【Lost & Found】We want to ensure that you have a stress-free check-out process, so please make sure that you take all of your personal belongings with you when leaving. If you happen to forget something, we can certainly ship it back to you for a handling fee of $100 plus the shipping fee (receipt will be provided).7. 【Stay for 30 days or more】If you're planning to stay with us for 30 days or more, we'd like to extend a warm welcome and ask you to sign a lease agreement. It's not just a formality; it helps us ensure your comfort, legal compliance, and a smooth stay. We also require our guest to must have an income of at least three times the monthly rent and a credit score of 700 or higher. Background and credit check is required. Guest may book the date to secure the reservation, but if they fail the background or credit check, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.8. 【Unregistered Guests】All visitors must be registered during their stay. Unregistered guests may incur a $50 fee per person. This ensures safety and quality for all. Please notify us in advance if you plan to have visitors.9. 【Pets are Welcome】We’re happy to accommodate your furry friend! There is a pet cleaning fee of $50 per pet. Be careful entering and exiting the spa to avoid accidents9. If the waterline is approaching the jet exit, please let us know immediately.11.【Burn Ban】There may be a burn ban during certain parts of the year. This is not a ban by us, but by the local fire district. If there is a burn ban at the time of your stay, we will send you a message to give you the most recent information of what that ban entails.
