"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.. it's at ibrahimpasa, a quiet area outside of the main touristy areas of goreme and uchisar. We checked in easily, and we were immediately impressed by the rooms we booked (the deluxe cave suite with jacuzzi). We stayed in Room 404. After the first night, we informed the reception that our jacuzzi wasn't working, and they upgraded our room to the imperial cave suite with jacuzzi and fireplace. It was lovely and we appreciated the kind gesture. They also helped us with luggage as we moved rooms (to Room 401), and it was all a seamless experience despite the mild inconvenience. The rooms we stayed in were always warm even in winter, and we never found anything to be lacking. Just a note for light sleepers, Room 401 is along the stairs/walkway down to the lower levels, so if there guests who come back late at night and are loud, you will most definitely hear it! Breakfast selection was simple but sufficient, with an espresso coffee machine I really appreciated after drinking Turkish coffee for a week! A small note that the bathrooms often smelled a little bad, perhaps it's the sewage system. Not a big problem tho. It's barely noticeable. We rented a car and drove, so getting in and out of town was never a problem. Parking is available at the hotel, and is free, if you drive! The roads leading in to the hotel are a little narrow, so definitely not for non-confident drivers, but we found it ok. I don't really have photos of the room to share but rest assured the photos provided by the hotel are real and accurate."

"We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel in Cappadocia. The first thing that stands out is the gorgeous, panoramic views—truly some of the best you’ll find in the area. Whether at sunrise or sunset, the scenery feels magical. The overall vibe of the property is warm, relaxing, and uniquely Cappadocian, with a charming blend of cave-style architecture and cozy touches. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. Even though there’s no elevator, they were quick to help with luggage and anything else we needed. If you’ve arranged your own tours or airport pick-ups, you only need to tell them your room number—they handle the call for you, which is incredibly convenient. We also appreciated the free water available at reception, a small but thoughtful detail. Another highlight: the pets! The resident doggos and cattos add so much personality and comfort to the place. They’re friendly, cute, and honestly part of the hotel’s charm. The room and common areas were very clean, and the property has a unique character that sets it apart from more standard hotels. Cons (more observations than complaints): Many locals in the area smoke, which can be uncomfortable for non-smokers or anyone with allergies—not the hotel’s fault, but worth mentioning for sensitive travelers. The hotel lists a spa, but during our stay we weren’t offered any spa products or services. We were interested, but ended up booking a massage at a nearby place instead. The restaurant didn’t have its grill available while we were there, which meant three of the main dishes were unavailable—a bit disappointing. Not a downside, but good to know: it’s cheaper to book directly with the hotel, so definitely check that before reserving through third-party sites. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. The views, staff, cleanliness, and the adorable pets make this place truly special. If you appreciate beautiful scenery and warm hospitality, this hotel is a great choice."

"Die geografische Lage ist nicht gut, in einem Dorf ist es sehr bequem, wenn Sie nicht möchten, dass Sie direkt reservieren Gramey Hotel. Aber die Umgebung ist nichts zu sagen, sehr exzellent, ich möchte das wirkliche Höhlenhaus hier nicht erleben; der kleine Bruder der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut. Wir haben nichts zu essen, weil wir heute Abend in der Nähe waren, also ein Abendessen hinzugefügt, 400 Liras allein, es ist nicht gut, türkisches lokales Essen."

"Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber. Probieren Sie unbedingt das Zimmer im Höhlenstil aus. Der Chef ist super enthusiastisch, spricht Chinesisch und ist mit einer chinesischen Frau verheiratet. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Schlosses vom Hotel aus. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt! Übrigens habe ich auch einen türkischen Freund gefunden, danke Orhun~"

"Das Hotel ist halbwegs auf dem Hügel, so dass man auf dem Hügel zu Fuß gehen muss. Begrenzte Parkplatz, Glück haben wir eine gerade vor dem Hotel, wahrscheinlich müssen früh parkieren und dann zum Abendessen gehen. Honeymoon Zimmer ist geräumig, hat Bad und Dusche + Waschbad. Kann überlegen, länger für schöne Fotoshooting zu bleiben."

"Der Service war hervorragend und freundlich! Die Zimmer sind fantastisch und entsprechen genau den Bildern. Am Abreisetag haben wir an einer Tagestour teilgenommen und hatten nach dem Beobachten der Heißluftballons und des Sonnenaufgangs leider keine Zeit mehr für ein Frühstück. Die Mitarbeiterin war so nett, uns ein Frühstück zum Mitnehmen anzubieten. Sie war sehr verständnisvoll und hatte Verständnis dafür, dass wir den Bus nicht verpassen wollten. Zum Glück hatten wir so ein Frühstück dabei und waren für die Wanderung, die bis zum Mittagessen dauerte, nicht hungrig."

"Ein kleines, charmantes Hotel. Türkisches Frühstück. Nichts Besonderes. Sauber. Das Zimmer ist gemütlich. Der Whirlpool funktioniert. Das Zentrum von Ugup ist nur eine Gehminute entfernt. Wir waren im April dort, auf dem Weg zu den Heißluftballons in Göreme. Die Lage ist super. Es hat allen gefallen."

"The staff are all nice and greet with sincerety. The male stuff helped us check in and explained about the hotel and the offered us car rental and tour services. The price for car rental is slight more expensive than others in the area but since the rental company will deliver and pick up the car at the hotel we opt for the convenience and rented via the hotel. Our room got upgraded and it was nice a spacious. Living in a cave is a good experience for sure. The room is warmer than I expected. There's only one air con in the living room and hence while sleeping have to open some windows to let the wind comes in. Outside was actually colder than inside. The amenities are quite sufficient. The hotel has spots for nice photos of the hot air balloon in the morning but you really need to wake up almost as early as going to take the hot air balloon since there will be other people there and they sure will hog it. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience staying here."

"Шикарный отель, вкусные завтраки и разнообразные, подача различных блюд. Очень красивая территория. Местоположения рядом с смотровой площадкой, 3 минуты пешком. Отличный спа, бассейн, хамам, баня. По вечерам в соседнем ресторане играет живая музыка. Ни отель, а самая настоящая сказка😍"

"Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Zimmer und Bad sind groß und immer warm. Der Service hingegen ist mangelhaft. Ich hatte morgens eine Heißluftballonfahrt gebucht und wartete in der Lobby, aber ein Rezeptionist meinte, ich könne draußen warten (Hallo? Es ist so kalt, warum sollte ich reingehen?). Ich verstehe das nicht. Ich bezahle doch nur für das Zimmer, nicht für die Lobby! Als der Fahrer dann jemanden für die Ballonfahrt abholte, der nicht auf meiner Liste stand, meinte er, das sei mein Reiseleiter und ich solle mit ihm fahren. Ich sagte ihm, nein, das sei nicht mein Reiseleiter, da mein Name nicht auf der Liste stehe. Er fragte nach meiner Zimmernummer und bestätigte, dass mein Reiseleiter mit ihm fahren solle. Schließlich fuhr ich mit der falschen Person, der Fahrer musste mich zurück ins Hotel bringen, und ich wartete wieder auf meinen Reiseleiter. Das war reine Zeitverschwendung. Ich gebe dem Rezeptionisten am Morgen null Punkte. Falls Sie wissen möchten, wer von Ihnen am 2. Dezember 2025 zwischen 6:20 und 6:45 Uhr die Überwachungskameras in der Lobby überprüft hat…"
