Das Zimmer ist geräumig und wir konnten 2 große Gepäck gleichzeitig öffnen. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir verließen unsere Gepäck vor der Zeitkontrolle und sie halfen, Gepäck in unser Zimmer zu schicken. Die strategischen Lagen in der Nähe des Sapporo-Station, die uns ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß dauerte. Der einzige Nebenteil ist, dass sie kein Waschraum haben. Insgesamt genossen wir unseren Aufenthalt hier.

There are some bad experiences that do not recommend this hotel: 1. The price of room will be double during the busy season. 2. The recommendation tax fee would be paid when check in. During our 8-day trip in Hokkaido, this is the only hotel that the tax should be paid before we use the room. If this normal work flow that this hotel states, highly recommended they should think about this. 3. The receptionist has bad attitude. The receptionist kept ask the details about the booked room type especially this happened we have already check in before 3 pm and back to hotel, which I believe they can check the booking information through their computer. In addition, when we did not understand the staff saying, the receptionist is impatient and not willing to explain again and slowly. And this kind of conversation happened twice with same service staff. 4. Due to the location of the hotel, it is noisy that hard to sleep. About 5 + emergency cars went through one night. 5. No service staff guide us to our seat when we have breakfast. Others does.

We had a wonderful stay at La Vista Furano Hills Natural Hot Spring. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable, with a relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. The location is also very convenient for exploring Furano. One of the best parts of the stay was the hot spring facilities. The hotel offers both private and public hot spring baths with a very well-organized system. We especially liked that the room TV and the entrance display could monitor the crowd status of the baths, making it very convenient and comfortable to plan our visit. The hotel also provided complimentary supper at night, which was a very thoughtful touch and greatly appreciated after a long day of sightseeing. Another nice surprise was the complimentary ice cream after the hot spring bath and probiotics drinks in the morning, which made the whole experience feel even more enjoyable and welcoming. The room was cozy, well designed, and equipped with good amenities. The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, La Vista Furano Hills exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Furano. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent hot spring facilities in Furano.

Love our stay there. Rooms have view of slope or nature. Just beisde Ningle Terrace and you can walk further down to the winter forest, so magical. Hotel has express bus service and private car services are conveniently bookable. The only disadvantage is it's further to the train stations. However we were able to come here directly by Ski Liner from Tomamu and leave with Lavender bus to Asahikawa, it also goes to Furano and Biei directly. Hot spring resort is so so, not much facilities and a small place. It's pity they don't provide free shuttle bus or free entry to nearby snowlands.

Das Hotel liegt etwa 5 Gehminuten vom JR Hakodate Station entfernt und direkt neben dem Markt mit vielen Meeresfrüchten f&b-Optionen. Es befindet sich auch neben dem Meer und hat eine Ecke am oberen Niveau mit Meerblick. Das Personal ist hilfreich und effizient. Check-in und Check-out (Auto über Maschinen) war sauber. Das Zimmer ist ziemlich geräumig und verfügt über genügend Platz für zwei offene mittelgroße Gepäck. Es hat auch einen teilweisen Meerblick. Das Zimmer ist sauber und gut gepflegt. Der Haartrockner und Duschekopf sind gekennzeichnet und von guter Qualität.

Ich war im Jozankei Onsen, aber... Noboribetsu ist einfach unschlagbar für heiße Quellen! Wenn ihr ein richtig entspannendes Thermalbad genießen wollt, geht unbedingt nach Noboribetsu, einer Schwefelquelle! Meine Mutter war total begeistert! Das Wasser ist, wie erwartet, etwas anders. Der Geruch von gekochten Eiern kitzelt zwar in der Nase, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran! Die Anlage ist sehr weitläufig und bietet viele Freiluftbäder, von denen jedes seine eigenen Vorzüge hat. Meine schmerzenden Stellen haben sich deutlich gebessert. Ich habe alle meine Stutenmilchprodukte ins Badewasser gegeben. Das Stutenmilch-Shampoo hat mir so gut gefallen, dass ich es mir schließlich bei Donki gekauft habe. Meine Haut ist wunderbar weich. Ich bin total begeistert! Wir haben uns am Buffet bedient, und das war eine super Entscheidung. Es gab so viel Auswahl, dass ich einfach das weglassen konnte, was ich nicht mochte, und trotzdem satt wurde. Obwohl es sehr voll war, waren der Bade- und Essbereich geräumig und komfortabel, was wirklich toll war! Wir wohnten im Ostflügel, und das Zimmer war sauber. Die Yukata-Kleidung war allerdings etwas unbequem. Und da kein Mitarbeiter Koreanisch sprach, war es etwas umständlich, aber wir waren trotzdem sehr zufrieden! Ich habe meiner Mutter versprochen, dass wir beim nächsten Mal wiederkommen.

Es lag ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Sapporo, sodass man sich mit einer Tragetasche gut fortbewegen konnte. Auf dem Rückweg gab es ein Tokyu-Kaufhaus, und in der Nähe der Unterkunft gab es einen Lawson, einen Family Mart und einen Seicomart – ideal für einen kleinen Einkaufsbummel! Der Blick vom Zimmer auf den Fernsehturm von Sapporo war wirklich schön. Als ich an der Biei-Furano-Tour teilnahm, war der Treffpunkt der Odori-Park, nur einen Häuserblock entfernt. Daher war es ideal, früh morgens hinzugehen. Allerdings war es etwas weit von Susukino entfernt, sodass ich laufen musste. Etwa 15–20 Minuten? Wenn ich viel zu tun hatte oder mein Gepäck schwer war, war ich etwas müde? Aber im Allgemeinen war es okay zu laufen. Und es war wirklich schön, dass ich früher einchecken durfte. Das Zimmer war geräumig, anders als in anderen japanischen Hotels, und die Dusche war angenehm, nicht wie die typischen Raumschifftoiletten. Es fühlte sich nicht stickig an. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sprach gut Englisch. Der Haartrockner war nicht spannungsfrei, sodass ich ihn auch bei kurzen Englisch-Eindrücken verstehen konnte. Sie haben mir sogar einen gemietet. Das Beste von allem: das öffentliche Bad! Ich gehe jeden Tag über 15.000 Schritte und bin müde, aber wenn ich abends ins öffentliche Bad gehe, mich einweiche und den Fernsehturm betrachte, ist es so schön, dass ich es bereue, keine Fotos gemacht zu haben, weil es ein öffentliches Bad ist. Es war schön, dass ich den Andrang im öffentlichen Bad von meinem Zimmer aus vorher überprüfen konnte. Wasser gab es auch in Kanistern, also konnte ich mich darauf verlassen! Ich war in vielerlei Hinsicht zufrieden. Wenn ich das nächste Mal wieder nach Sapporo komme, würde ich gerne wiederkommen und es meinen Mitmenschen empfehlen. Es war ein sehr zufriedenstellender Aufenthalt.

After checking out from another hotel, we planned a 2‑day, 1‑night trip to Otaru and wished to store our luggage at your hotel beforehand. When we arrived, we were assisted by your staff member, Ms. Hayshi(林）.When we asked whether it was possible to store our luggage, we were informed that storage was limited to one day only. We then explained that we would be returning quite late the following evening and asked if there might be any flexibility or alternative arrangements. However, the response we received felt a little abrupt, including a surprised “Huh?” that left us unsure how to continue the conversation. This made us feel slightly uncomfortable and misunderstood, though we believe it may simply have been a moment of miscommunication. In addition, from the day we inquired about luggage storage until March 4, we noticed that there were still two pieces of luggage stored in the luggage area for several days. We would appreciate some clarification on why those items were allowed to remain for an extended period, as this left us a bit confused about the policy. Das Hotel ist gut unterhalten, der Willkommens-Service ist ansprechend, wenn gleich - aufgrund meiner fehlenden japanisch-Kenntnisse - Englisch eher eingeschränkt genutzt werden konnte. Das Zimmer ist angenehm, nicht mehr das neuste aber in gutem Zustand. Die Betten waren soweit bequem, das Badezimmer hatte einen gewissen Charme. Ein grosses Fenster mit Sicht auf ein Flachdach und einigen Gebäuden der Stadt. Das Onsen-bad wirkt etwas älter, glänzt aber, da es ein seltenes Moor-Onsen ist. Ich persönlich bin mit dem Hotel nicht warm geworden, fand es aber auch nicht schlecht. Vermutlich kommt es darauf an, was man hier plant zu tun.

It was a cute boutique hotel with nice bonus facilities! Room is nicely designed and functional, with warm colors feel homey and comfy. Too bad we didn’t get the bath tub room as they were fully booked. Views from the window is mountaneous area, very nice! Bed and pillows are comfortable. Surface area for stuff are generous and practical, even enough space for sofa. Too bad they don’t give free coffee or at least instant coffee, only tea. No onsen. Music box night was awesome! Feels like a romantic dinner setting, but the smell of lamp oil was too much, gave me headache so I couldn’t stay for long, even though I would love to support the hotels and all of the polite and friendly staff by dining there. Staff are wonderful, smiles and polite and professional! During this trip we felt like Japanese staff in general are becoming a bit cold toward tourists but this hotel’s staff are not like that!
