"Rein, neues und komfortables Zimmer, direkter Zugang zum Pool. Gute Gastfreundschaft von allen Hotelmitgliedern aus dem Front Desk, Sicherheit und Bellboy. Meine Sorge ist ihr Essen, sehr schlechte Ausführung und Qualität. Wir essen und es gibt keine andere Suche es nimmt 30-50 Minuten. Der Reis ist zu Mush, überkocht sautete Gemüse und sehr wirtschaftliche Protein-Portion mit dem Preis. Bei Bfast schmeckt der Buffet gut, aber einige Lebensmittel brauchen mehr sauber und fühlt sich wie gestern über. Brot-Abschnitt nur nicht appetitvoll, sehr hell und klar. Westliches Essen braucht mehr Auswahl, Sausage schmeckt schrecklich, und die gebratene Kartoffel wie die alte Mann Haut 🫣"

"I had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this resort. There was a small cockroach in the cabin, but it wasn't unexpected since the resort is nestled in a forest surrounded by nature. What I loved most was the cool weather, peaceful atmosphere, and beautiful natural surroundings. The campfire in the evening created a warm and memorable experience, while the BBQ was enjoyable and the jacuzzi was the perfect way to unwind after a long day. I also upgraded to the Golf View cabin (Cabins 1609 & 1611), and it was absolutely worth it. The view was beautiful, and there was a lovely chilling area near the lobby where we could relax at night. The breakfast was superb, offering a great variety of delicious food, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. There are also plenty of nearby activities to enjoy, such as ATV rides, paintball, and other outdoor adventures, making the stay even more exciting. If you're looking to escape the busy city and enjoy fresh air, nature, and a peaceful glamping experience, this is definitely a fantastic place to stay. Despite the minor issue, I truly enjoyed every moment of my visit and would happily return again. Highly recommended for anyone who loves nature and glamping! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Our honeymoon stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage from March 31 to April 2, 2026, was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt the warm hospitality that Bandung is famous for. 1. The Room (Room 306 - A Must-Request!) Following some recommendations I saw on social media, I specifically requested Room 306 on the 3rd floor, and the hotel was kind enough to fulfill it. The highlight of this room is undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the Dago Heritage Golf Course. Waking up to the misty green valley right from our bed was magical. But the real ”showstopper” is the bathtub. Soaking in the tub while overlooking the lush greenery was the ultimate relaxation experience. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were complete. 2. Exceptional Service & Honeymoon Arrangement I had been in coordination with the reservation team (shout out to Ms. Ririk!) weeks before our arrival. They were very responsive and helpful. Upon entering the room, we were greeted with a lovely honeymoon setup that made my partner, Ayu, very happy. The staff throughout the hotel—from the front desk to the restaurant—were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. 3. Facilities & Dining The infinity pool is a dream! Even though Dago can be chilly, the water temperature was comfortable enough for a morning swim. As for the breakfast, the variety was impressive—ranging from traditional Indonesian dishes to international selections. Everything tasted fresh and high-quality. 4. Location Located in the upscale Dago Pakar area, the hotel offers a serene atmosphere away from the city's traffic, yet it’s still very close to famous cafes and nature spots like Tahura and Tebing Keraton. Verdict: If you are looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful staycation in Bandung, look no further. This hotel offers the best value for money with views you won't find anywhere else. We will definitely be coming back!"

"Liebe deinen Sandpool und eine Vielzahl von Kindern Aktivität. Der Spielplatz war sauber, riesig mit wenig Arcade. Die Lage war perfekt neben der Trans Mall. Nur zweite Sache Vorschlag für dieses Hotel : 1. Ihr Frühstück war gut, aber sehr besetzt am lange Wochenende auch Sie haben bereits eine Partie zum Frühstück gemacht, aber ich konnte noch nicht zuerst einen Sitz finden. Ich fand ein leeres Essen wie Carbonara, aber es gibt keine Refüllvorrichtung dafür. Sie ändern das Menü zu Bolognaise. :( Die Leute vor mir sind noch im Restaurant so sehr sehr besetzt. 2. Ihre Lobby ist ein Rauchraum, das ist wirklich kein Kindfreundliches Hotel sicher. Wenn ich auf die Kontrolle warte, kann ich einen dicken Rauch auf meiner Nase stinken. Insgesamt war Ihr Personal wunderbar. Vielen Dank und hoffentlich wird der Vorschlag dieses Hotel verbessern."
