Wow, what a view in this hotel. It's really nice! The hotel is located next to the cable car going up the mountain. This mostly benefits you at the end of the day, as you can take the service exit at the cable car right to the hotel. In the morning, though, you'll have to go up the other way to get to the entrance where you can buy tickets. No worries, though as the hotel owner can take you there by car in a few minutes. You can take a bus from Enshi station, or get a DiDi taxi for about ~150 yen. I chose the latter as it's not that expensive and they drove me right to the hotel without waiting. If you take the bus, you can ask the hotel owner to pick you up from the scenic center parking lot. I recommend to make sure WeChat is installed and works, as it's the easiest way to communicate with the owner, thanks to the built-in translation feature. He helped me set it up when I arrived which was great! I had dinner at the hotel as I was there quite late, the food was delicious and the portions were large. The price was good, given you're an hour and a half away from civilisation. Same with the included breakfast, it was cooked fresh on the spot when I woke up at eight in the morning, it was more than plenty to start the day, and one of the best breakfast on this trip! In the evening during dinner, I planned the day with the owner and he explained the routes on a map, very convenient. You can ask him anything at any time on WeChat and he'll help out right away. I was there in November when it can be quite cold, but the AC heating function works great, and the shower was nice and hot. In all I had a lovely time here, thanks to the great service of everyone at this hotel.

First of all, the homestay environment is beautiful compared with other nearby homes. Outside the house, a comfortable atmosphere is created for you, so that every traveler can settle down and stop to enjoy the beauty that is no longer a moment. Two soup springs where we can take a bath let us enjoy the warmth brought by nature in the hot spring. What is the taste of Enshi? Perhaps it is the smell of bacon and pig's trotters and the salty flavor of heavy-tasting food, the sour taste of sour beans and pickles, or the warmth brought by a bowl of pickled cabbage and bacon noodles. Finally, I must emphasize that her family's service is really like that of any star-rated high-class hotel, and she can pick up the car at the scenic spot. Bei einem Aufenthalt von zwei Nächten hat das Hotel eine gute Lage in der Nähe der Flussuferpromenade und es gibt auch einen Pier für Bootstouren auf dem Jangtse. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Denkmal mit der Inschrift des Vorsitzenden Mao Busbahnhof und East Lake. Aber es ist etwas weit von der U-Bahn entfernt. Das Frühstück ist recht reichhaltig. Das Abendessen im Hotel ist etwas teuer und die Auswahl ist begrenzt. In der nahegelegenen Cai'e Road gibt es einige kleine Restaurants zur Auswahl. Nachts können Sie die Lichtshow auf der anderen Seite sehen.

Once again a great Somerset experience! The room was very spacious and clean. There were even toys for our daughter. The breakfast was a good selection, both Chinese and Western. The fitness centre and children's playground were also impressive. The location above a mall and the metro is unbeatable! The staff spoke very good English, which is not usual in China. We would love to come back! All in all a very good performance, please keep up the good work!

Wir sind zwei ältere Menschen aus Singapur, die nach Wuhan reisen. Das erste, was ich loben möchte, ist die freundliche Einstellung des Personals an der Rezeption. Es gab auch einen Gästebetreuer, Jiao, der wusste, dass wir zum Bahnhof gingen und das Hotel darüber informierte, dass es einen Service für 65-jährige Senioren gab, der sie zur U-Bahn-Station brachte. Er schickte uns sofort zur U-Bahn-Station Nr. 4 und fuhr mit der U-Bahn zum Bahnhof Wuhan. Er war sehr begeistert und trug unsere Kartons für uns in den Bus und wieder heraus. Es sollte gelobt werden. Zweitens können Sie die Lichter des Yellow Crane Tower sehen, wenn Sie nachts in die 12. Etage des Hotels gehen. Drittens stellt das Hotel Waschmaschinen, Trockner und Waschmittel zur Verfügung. Schließlich war das Frühstück im Hotel reichhaltig und lecker. Kurz gesagt, ein Aufenthalt im Kailaixi Hotel ist die beste Wahl, wenn Sie nach Wuhan kommen.

Even though Yichang is not very famous city in China, it has a lot to offer. Very long walking area next to Yangtze River, flavors food, cultural diversity are only some of the things you might be able to experience when coming here. However, that is not all. When we arrived to the hotel we were warmly greeted by Xue Liya who was kind enough to offer us an upgrade to a better room and free breakfast for two days. Check-in was fast and they didn’t even let us to carry our own luggage. The room was spacious, clean and well decorated. We got a river view and a balcony to enjoy it. Any questions that we had or any help we needed, Alice would step in and be at our service. Breakfast was really good; combination of Chinese and western food at its best. Everyone would be able to find something he/she likes. The only regret I have is, not staying a bit longer. Everything else was extremely satisfying.

Ich bin sehr dankbar für den Service des Hotels, als meine Eltern am Bahnhof ankamen und jemanden brauchten, der sie abholte. Das Hotel stellte nicht nur Personal zur Verfügung, um die älteren Leute vom Hotel abzuholen in kürzester Zeit, aber sie brachten sie auch auf ihr Zimmer, was sehr rücksichtsvoll war. In den ersten Tagen nach meiner Ankunft in Wuhan regnete es, sodass ich zum Glück nicht rausgehen konnte, die Umgebung des Hotels war sehr schön und es war sehr angenehm, mit einem Regenschirm herumzulaufen.

Zunächst war Wangwang (0006) im Vordertisch sehr nett, geduldig und hilfreich für mich die ganze Zeit. Sie gab mir Eis amd DVDn dachte, sie war am nächsten Tag nicht arbeitslos, sie konnte mich immer noch prüfen. Das Resort verfügt über eine so wunderbare Einrichtung, leider sehen einige Bereiche unaufgemerkt aus und einige Pools sind geschlossen. Ich blieb in einer Kabine, die den See ansah, es war sehr gemütlich und komfortabel, aber der Schwimmbad in der Nähe war geschlossen, so dass ich um 10-15 Minen zu gehen zu einem anderen Schwimmbad musste. Überraschend war der offene in der Gegend, wenn sie einige Zimmer neu gestalten, so war es schallend mit Hammern und Bohrungen den ganzen Tag. Nicht gut, wenn Sie dort nur entspannen. und das wurde nicht überall im Hotelbeschreibung oder kleinen Brief erwähnt. Es ist ein gutes Ziel für Familien mit Kindern, da es einen Wasserpark inne hat. Ich würde zurück gehen, sobald ich weiß, dass die Renovierung abgeschlossen ist.

The hotel eventually resolve the issue by relocating me to another, better room. But the room they initially gave me had heating problems, such that it would heat the room up to 80° without a way to stop the heat from coming in. At the same time, there was some mold growing in the grout in the shower area. The room they relocated to is a more expensive room and much better. The part that was infuriating was that they were trying initially to explain to me that that’s the way the heating system would work. Eventually, I had to call Trip.com to complain, and that was when Trip.com called the hotel, and then they relocated me to another room.

Really nice and helpful people who did their best to look after us in the week we stayed. Accommodation was well equipped with washer/dryer to clean your clothes and kettle to make tea. Air conditioning worked fine. Only thing I can criticise was that it could have been cleaner, and that the sofas and chairs were not very comfortable. Beds were quite comfortable.
