"I need to take the high speed train early morning hence chosen Xueli Hotel as it is near to harbin west train station and it’s above a shopping mall and opposite is the Wanda mall. Family room is big and some free snacks are provided for. Only downside is the room assigned with slight sewage smell."

"The kids LOVE this hotel!!!!!!!!! Everything is perfect, staff was extremely friendly, the only negative is that the location is quite far from city center, so getting to anywhere is quite hard, but who cares, they got programs throughout the day so u get to do it with ur kids, penguin interaction in the morning, feed the polar bear (although quite costly 100rmb for feeding).. The room was amazing, able to watch polar bear throughout the day, one of the best unique hotel we ever stay, my kids actually cried when leaving the hotel as they miss the polar bear.. Breakfast was ok, staff was attentive, able to do laundry onsite. One thing to note is that, they do not have a proper drop off point, so if you have a lot of luggage, u will struggle, with stair and walking on ice during winter time. I will definitely stay with them the next time again"

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with great hospitality by all the staff. On my first day at the restaurant, I mentioned that I am Muslim and avoid pork. What impressed me the most was that on the following days, the staff remembered my preference and proactively recommended which dishes were suitable for me. That level of attentiveness made me feel truly welcomed and cared for. The location of the hotel is also very strategic, making it easy to get around and explore the area. I would especially like to thank Mr. Lin and all the reception staff for taking such good care of me and my family. They were always helpful, responsive, and ensured that all our needs were met. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others."

"Der Nachmittagstee im Hotel war ein Highlight, der Milchtee war hervorragend, und die westlichen Gebäckstücke, Joghurts und Desserts waren bemerkenswert. Die Zimmer sind eher klein, aber sauber und im russischen Baustil gehalten. Die Wasserhähne sind extrem hoch (ich bin 168 cm groß und gelte im Süden als ziemlich groß, aber ich konnte die Wäscheleine im Badezimmer nicht erreichen; für einen so russischen Baustil sind die Zimmer nicht besonders geräumig). Die Innenheizung lässt einen die Kälte draußen vergessen. Empfehlung: sehr nah an der Linie 2 (drei U-Bahn-Stationen bis zur Eis- und Schneewelt, Zentralstraße, Hongzhuan Morgenmarkt, nur wenige Schritte entfernt). In der Nähe gibt es viele Grillrestaurants und andere Snacks. Es wäre praktisch, zwei Zimmerkarten zu haben, damit Touristen nachts leichter zurückkommen. Der Service ist etwas mechanisch, was verständlich ist, da die Einkaufsstraße sehr belebt ist und das Personal möglicherweise überfordert ist. Wenn man zum ersten Mal in Harbin ist, würde ich dieses Hotel trotzdem empfehlen, aber der Service sollte dem Zimmerpreis angepasst werden."

"The room was excellent. It was very clean and the slide was a delight to the kids. It was very safe for my kids although they were a little noisy. But we did not get any complaints from neighbours so it means the soundproofing is great. The hotel was very generous with their service. We asked for help to buy more tangerines but they gave us for free instead. My son was ill on our check-out day and we had a night flight, they were generous to offer an extended stay so that we can nurse our child. There is a handful of halal food options nearby the hotel. My husband mostly walked to the restaurants (mostly less than 1km) to take-away food for us. It is really really close to all the attractions. We mostly walked around to nearby attractions. There is a washing machine and dryer provided for free by the hotel. The detergent is also provided at no cost. Thank you to the hotel staff for the excellent service. I cannot wait to talk about your hotel to my friends and family and highly recommends anyone. No need to have any doubts about this hotel. My kids travels alot and according to them, this hotel is the best onethey have ever stayed."

"True Go Hotel, Harbin – Komfortable und Thinkfully Managed Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und komfortabel, während die Rezeption ein wenig kluger war. Die Lage war hervorragend, nur etwa 200 m von einer Speisestraße entfernt, so dass es einfach ist, Mahlzeiten zu finden und das Gebiet zu erkunden. Das war der Service. Das Empfangsteam war effizient, freundlich und wirklich hilfreich. Obwohl das Hotel nicht groß ist, hatten sie einen Konzert, der uns bei der Ankauf von Attraktionskarten und der Anordnung von Transport zu verschiedenen Interessensorten unterstützt. Es war sehr kalt während unseres Aufenthalts, aber das Hotel hat wirklich die Gäste betreut. Sie lieferten kostenlose Wärmepackungen für diejenigen, die nicht vollständig für das Wetter vorbereitet waren, was ein bedenklicher Touch war. Es gab auch freie Eiscreme an der Rezeption, dass die Gäste sich helfen könnten eine kleine, aber wunderbare Überraschung. Das Zimmer war mit einem Feuchtigkeitsstuhl ausgestattet, was einen großen Unterschied in der trockenen Winterluft gemacht hat. Dank der hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter konnten wir trotz der gefrorenen Temperaturen noch immer Orte wie Tiger Park und Volga Manor besuchen. Insgesamt ist ein warmes und gut verwaltetes Hotel mit bedenklichen Touchs, das den Aufenthalt viel komfortabler machte. Eine große Wahl für jeden, der Harbin besucht, vor allem im Winter."

"Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage an der Central Street. Es ist sehr praktisch, überall hin zu gehen. Zur Sophia-Kirche und zum Morgenmarkt in der Hongzhuan-Straße sind es nur mehr als 10 Minuten 5. Etage, und die Personalabteilung kann kostenlos beim Wäschewaschen helfen. Auch der Service des Personals ist sehr gut. Handtücher und Badetücher sind Einwegartikel, was nicht schlecht ist."
