Отель шикарный, новый, на территории есть бассейн. Утром подготовили ланч бокс, так как я рано выезжал и не успевал на завтрак. Подушки ужасные - единственный минус

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Obwohl es 4 Sterne bewertet, bietet es Einrichtungen und Service vergleichbar mit einigen 5-star Hotels. Unser Zimmer war geräumig, mit einem Balkon, einem Bad ohne Spott und vier Flaschen Wasser, obwohl wir ein Paar sind. Das Rezeptionpersonal war freundlich und hilfreich, organisieren unsere Privatbesuche zum SPA und zum Schwimmbad, das wir gründlich genossen. Das Frühstück war lecker, mit einer größeren und besseren Auswahl als einige der nahegelegenen 5-star Hotels. Die einzigen Nebenwirkungen waren die Lage der Zimmer, die vom Hauptgebäude getrennt sind, das Fehlen eines Aufzugs und offene Korridore, die die Zimmer mit den Speisen und SPA-Gebieten verbinden. Dies kann während kalter Monate wie Februar unbehaglich sein, so dass warme Kleidung empfehlenswert ist. Dieses Hotel ist sicherlich der Beste Deal, den Sie in der Gegend finden können, und es ist nur 10 Gehminuten von der Hauptattraktion in Samarkand entfernt.

Hotel itself was amazing. Very clean & posh. Breakfast was wide of selections. Swimming pool & spa was fun way to relax.  When we ask, they happily made us late check out. Very grateful! Vey much enjoyed staying.  Only downside was location, although it's close to a park, we found it hard to find yandex. It was quite expensive & took 10-15 mins to arrive. Since we have been using yandex many different cities, this time was the most hassle.

Top Hotel, eines der besten in der Stadt, mit geräumigen Zimmern, Restaurant, Schwimmbad (innerhalb und draußen), Fitness und alles, was Sie brauchen. Der Ort war sauber und wir hatten eine komfortable Erfahrung. Ich würde empfehlen.

Gem in Samarkand , love the service , ambience and cleanliness. Room is huge , bed comfortable. The staff attitude is marvellous and customer oriented. Love this place. To the right of hotel , there is barbeque restaurant , cheap and delicious. Both staff that i attached served me , they are humble and very helpful.

Wir haben in Samarach die Nacht verbracht. Die Bequemlichkeit ist auch reich. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist auch lecker. Das Restaurant vor dem Hotel ist auch lecker. Es gibt auch Bequemlichkeitsgeschäfte, also denke ich, dass es eine ideale Wahl für Tourismus ist.

The hotel is next to historical landmark Shah-i-Zinda necropolis. Registan Square is a 20-minute walk or 10-minute drive away. Taxi drivers need to be given the exact location of the hotel, which is on an uphill road, otherwise they may be dropped off in front of Shah-i-Zinda Cemetery. Hotel room is well equipped and wifi is stable. Staffs are really helpful. Fruits provided for breakfast are juicy.

We are so happy and satisfied with this hotel until the day we checked out. We were accused of taking the laundry bag which is worth 300k Uzbek SUM. I went up with 2 staff and it turned out it was in the drawer all the time (the funny thing is I never even touched it.) I don’t blame these 2 staff as I know it is their responsibility to make sure nothing was missing/stolen (though next time it would be appreciated if they can check it more thoroughly.) What truly pissed me off is the attitude from another female staff at the reception named Zarifa. From the moment we checked out, she just looked grumpy and when my friend said “we never used it”, she reacted with “I am sure you did” in a very rude way! Even later on, it turned out to be in the drawer in the room, she was not even apologetic (the other 2 staff at least said “sorry for the mistake.” This is one of the 2 five star hotels in Samarkand and I just hope what we paid at this hotel is equivalent to the amount of respect you show to your customers. The hotel really NEEDS to put more training in your staff’s service. By the way, we had a really nice chat with another staff named “Firdav” at the first floor bar (if I remember his name correctly, he is tall and bit skinny). He had worked in Hilton for 2 years and the professionalism and politeness he demonstrated is just another level. PLEASE LEARN FROM HIM THAT HOW A STAFF AT 5 STAR HOTEL SHOULD BEHAVE AND TREAT THEIR GUESTS!!

Unerwartete Hotels, sehr neu, alle Aspekte der Einrichtungen sind neu geprägt, die Hotelservice-Einstellung ist auch gut, aber ich hatte schon frühzeitig gesagt, ich habe am Morgen helfen, das Frühstück zu packen und das Kühlschrank zu paken, und ich habe keine Vereinbarung gesehen.
