We booked a suite that was supposed to have a Jacuzzi. After checkout it wasn't listed in the details but too late to cancel. I requested our room to be upgraded and never received a response or acknowledgement and of course we got stuck without one. Couldn't figure out where the pool was or even if they had one but supposedly they should have one. Water in the bath tub constantly dripped and we couldn't get it to shut off. We reported it immediately to the front desk as soon as we entered the room but we suffered 3 days with the nonstop sound of dripping running water because they had no one who could do maintenance. Our room was positioned directly over the lobby and across from the elevator and the soundproofing was almost non-existent. We heard everything. Dogs barking, neighbors arguing, doors closing, every trip of the elevator and every movement of the lobby doors. It was hard to get any sleep. And then the TV was quite old a 20” screen stuck at the ceiling with lots of noise / static across the picture. Hubby wanted to watch the FIFA games but the pic quality was so bad you couldn't even tell where the ball was. The wifi was only accessible on one side of the room and when you had access it was only 0.41mbs. It was clean if you ignore the dog hairs on the sofa and chairs etc. Breakfast was so-so. Nothing was made fresh it was all prepackaged stuff, and it was hot only if you microwaved it. So the stay was ”alright” but we feel like we were overcharged considering all of the issues above. We took a vacay last year to Hot Springs spent the same amount of money per night and that hotel was pure luxury compared to this it was so clean, uptodate, hot fresh breakfast, big tv screen, cook stove, large refrigerator, even had some dishes stocked and a dishwasher in the room. You don't go on vacay for the room but at the very least you should be comfortable enough to relax during your stay especially at the rate they charge.

Wir kamen um 2:30 Uhr und mussten in unser Zimmer, bestellen LYFT und gehen zu einem Treffen geplant für 5:00 Uhr. Die Arbeitsstelle sagte, Check in Zeit ist 4:00, aber würde ck zu sehen, ob ein Zimmer gereinigt und bereit für die Besatzung. Er hat sich vergewissert, dass er bereit war und uns in das Zimmer gelassen hat. Wir waren dankbar für das Reinigungspersonal und die Arbeitsstelle. Alle Hotelbediensteten waren freundlich und freundlich. Das Büropersonal half mir sogar, eine Lyft-App auf meinem Telefon zu erhalten. Das Frühstücksbuffet war wirklich gut und groß. Es gab immer eine Linie, um Waffeln zu kochen, die eine Rück- und langsam bewegte Linie verursacht. Vielleicht haben mehr Waffeln Eisen verfügbar. Ich wollte Lebensmittel von einem nahe gelegenen Panera Brot bestellen, aber das Büropersonal rief und/oder sah auf die Linie, um sie zu finden hatte geschlossen. Sie schlug vor, wenn ich eine Bestellung über die Panera Brot-App gestellt habe, könnte die Person, die den Shuttle steuert, mich zu einem anderen Panera Brot ein wenig weiter weg nehmen, um das Essen zu holen. Ich akzeptierte ihr Angebot, kaufte den Fahrer einen Snack und gab ihr einen Tipp. Ich konnte eine wunderbare Mittagsmahlzeit haben. Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel. Ich mag die Badezimmertür mit ”wolken” Glas, die Licht für die Verwendung des Badezimmers über Nacht erlaubt. Ich mag die Verwendung von befestigt an die Wandbehälter von Badesaft, etc., die definitiv auf die Verwendung kleinerer Behälter teilweise verwendet und geworfen - Verschwinde. Eine wichtige Sache, die wir vorschlagen, ist, dass die Straße Zeichen für die Pfeilstraße viel größere sein. Nicht lokale, das Gebiet war uns nicht vertraut, es gibt schweren Verkehr und das Pfeilstraße Zeichen ist sehr schwer zu sehen. Ansonsten waren wir sehr froh, in diesem Hotel zu bleiben.

Ein komfortables, freundliches, bequemes und großartiges Frühstück.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, zu Fuß vom Meadowmont zu erreichen, eine Seite ist die Schnellstraße am Waldrand, es gibt einen speziellen Geh- / Reitweg, gefolgt von einer Navigation und einem Düker, der die Straße zu einem Teich und einem Rasenhang überquert? , hinter dem das Bürogebäude zu gehen ist. Es gibt Wanderwege zum Geschäftszentrum von Meadowmont, das praktisch für den Harris Teeter Supermarkt, Quickley Teeladen, Pizzeria usw. ist. Zimmer und Service sind normal.

Der Service war schnell und erstaunlich. Die Leute, die dort arbeiteten, waren sehr freundlich. Der Deck hatte einen Geruch wie ein Rauchgeruch im Gebäude und der Aufzug hatte immer einen Schmeck dafür. Ich hatte nie die Chance, ihr Frühstück zu probieren.

Rein und professionelles Personal

The bathroom definitely wasn't clean. The toilet was really small and it ropped back and forth the original room that we were in or that they gave us. We were told after we had gone to eat and came back that the toilet wasn't working but that side of the building is really the quietest. Being that this was the second time we would have been staying there. The side they put us on at 1:00 in the morning had people fighting beating up on his wife or a girlfriend. Whatever it was and doors slamming cars getting slammed with their doors up until about 1:30 closer 2:00. If you should stay at this facility I would recommend that you stay on the even side the numbers not the odd number side which is closer to the gas station. Other than that I would say the staff is very friendly. Just be a reminder of who you used to schedule your stay that they actually pay for the room and not have you standing there for 20 minutes.
