Great staff, hotel needs work. Haft of the plugs in the room didn't work. A/c wasn't that cold, shower handle was loss needed to play with the handle to adjust the temperature. Bathroom dirty, ceiling in room had a stain from previous water leak.

Gerry machte uns zu begrüßen, dass wir auf dem Tisch gelaufen sein positives Einstellungslächeln, und Freundlichkeit war außergewöhnlich. Oft, traurig Front Desk Mitarbeiter können weniger als Chipper sein. Das war sicherlich nicht der Fall mit Gerry! Wir lachten und erzählten Geschichten und ehrlich gesagt wollte ich mit ihm auf dem Büro und Chat hangen. Er ist ein guter Mitarbeiter. Ich hoffe, Sie können ihn halten! Wir werden zurück sein!

That’s exactly how we felt when we arrived at this cute little hotel in Portsmouth! ❤️ With its white balconies, classic New England architecture and charming entrance, it had that quintessential small-town American feel we absolutely loved. Naturally, we had to stop for a few photos! 😂📸 Now, don’t expect a luxury resort or fancy amenities. It’s a fairly simple hotel, but that’s part of its charm! It has what you need for a comfortable overnight stay, especially if you’re spending most of your time out exploring. Would I recommend it? Definitely — particularly for one or two nights while passing through on a New England road trip. 🚗🍂 It’s a convenient base for discovering Portsmouth’s beautiful historic streets, waterfront and gardens before continuing your adventure. Sometimes you don’t need anything extravagant, just a comfortable place to sleep, a little character and a good location. Our stay at the Artisan was wonderful. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and worked with pride in their jobs. The lobby with a fireplace was great. We loved the ease of walking directly from the hotel lobby into Tuscan Grille for a fantastic dinner. We also enjoyed breakfast the next morning (off of the lobby as well). We walked around the shops and loved the Tuscan Market for a fresh sandwich for lunch, which we ate outside on a lovely October day. The only thing that surprised us was that there is a lot of noise in the room. We heard everyone talking in the hall but most bothersome was Friday night - I think there may have been a DJ at the 5th floor club (we were on the 3rd floor). We were exhausted so chose to call it an early night and relax in our room and watch tv after a long day traveling. We couldn't hear the tv in our own room over the music from outside! In fairness, I believe the music stopped by 10 o'clock but when you're tired, it was a lot (especially at close to $500/night).This was not an issue on Saturday. We would definitely return when in the area.

Es ist sehr bequem, mit Ihrem Kind in die Stadt zu gehen. Es ist sehr praktisch, in etwa 15 Minuten zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten zu fahren. Das Hotel ist sauber und ordentlich, mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen und einem einfachen amerikanischen Frühstück.

Ich habe schon in diesem Hotel gewohnt. Ich befinde mich gerade im Umbau. Obwohl das Zimmer gut eingerichtet ist, ist es viel heller als zuvor, aber die Hygiene ist nicht sehr gut. Die Arbeitsplatte unter dem Waschbecken im Badezimmer ist schmutzig und das Türschloss des Zimmers ist staubig. . Das Restaurant wird gerade renoviert, so dass Sie nicht essen können. Das Problem ist, dass in diesem Fall der Zimmerpreis überhaupt nicht gesunken ist, was auch sinnvoll ist.

Ich finde es sehr schön, in diesem Hotel zu gehen sehr sauber und sehr nahe an mehreren Service Restaurant Einkaufszentrum in der Nähe der Autobahn in der Nähe von Hotel sehr ruhig wie ein Hotel ohne Lärm und sehr guter Service am Mittagessenswerte. Es ist sehr vielfältig und lecker. Ich empfehle das Holiday Inn Express Hotel.

Everything was good except for sleeping overnight. The thermostat cooled the room down but did not take out any of the humidity in the room. My body was very sticky all night and I couldn’t wait to get into the shower in the morning. The towels in the bathroom never dried either.
