Ich wartete lange auf die Hotelrezeption. Das Personal der Rezeption ist offensichtlich nicht mit dem Geschäftsverhältnis vertraut. Ich musste mich um die Zimmergebühr kümmern. In der Tat habe ich alle Zimmergebühren in Trip.com gezahlt! Dann sagte ich, ich solle 250 Messer als Gutschein und andere gleiche Hotels brauchen 20 Messer! Ich denke auch, weil er offensichtlich nicht mit dem Geschäft vertraut ist! Das Zimmer ist im Allgemeinen ok, aber es gibt mehrere Probleme mit der Ausstattung: Es gibt eine Leuchte, die nicht leuchtet, die Verbindungsplatte auf dem Arbeitstisch funktioniert, das Badezimmer hat keine Spülung und keine Champagner! Das Frühstück ist ein wenig einfach, das einzige lobenswerte ist die frische Schale nicht schlecht! Die allgemeine Erfahrung ist sehr allgemein.

Die Rezeptionisten sind nett, aber es gibt kein kostenloses Trinkwasser, das die Gäste kaufen müssen.

1. Price was very affordable. I wasn’t expecting too much, but it went well above my expectations for this price. Yes, it’s an old hotel so the furniture seems a bit old with scratches and dents, but the room was kept clean overall. It did have a distinct smell that bothered me when I entered the room, but after a few minutes I got used to it. If you’re hesitating because the price is too cheap, I honestly think it’s only because of its age. 2. Location was not far from the COS airport. Local buses were during ozone season, but if you want to go far you would need to get an uber. The neighborhood seemed quiet and peaceful, but I did hear sirens going off three times during my two nights of stay. 3. The building is a condominium with a few rooms they rent out as hotel rooms. Its residents were primarily retired people who were friendly and chill. 4. The guy at the reception was super friendly. We chatted about our times in the army. I noticed a lot of retired service members in the building throughout my stay which made me feel very safe. 5. Breakfast was not a buffet, but was made freshly per order. Eggs, pancakes, and potatoes were served for free, and I was able to add two strips of bacon for a dollar fifty. Tina, the waitress, was very nice, and Jimmy, the cook, was also friendly. Food was delicious. Jimmy was so excited for me to try his “space cake”, which was also amazing. The outdoor seating has a great view of the mountains, so I recommend sitting outside.

Was kann verbessert werden: (1) Ich wartete auf Island 3 (Tür 512) von 745pm bis 830pm und rief zweimal, um den Shuttleservice zu sichern. Ich sah andere Hotelshuttle bereits um 4-5 Zeiten in diesen Minen fallen und sah sogar die anderen Hotelshuttle, wie Cambria innerhalb von 30 Minuten fallen. Als ich nach Hampton kam, war es bereits 850pm und auch realisiert, dass das Restaurant neben der Tür geschlossen ist. Ich verstehe, dass es vielleicht aus ihrer üblichen Servicestunde, aber ich frage mich, ob sie einen Joint Venture Service mit anderen Hotelmarken machen können, damit Kunden früher aufgeholt werden können. (2) Ich wurde am Ende des Korridors das Zimmer angeboten, aber es gibt laut Wasserlärm aus den Rohrleitungen, wenn jemand die Toilette neben der Tür oder oben benutzte. Da ich nach den Längs- und Kurzstreckenflügen so müde war und 30 Stunden nicht schlief, ging ich nachts schlafen, wie üblich. Aber ich bin ziemlich sicher, dass es mich stört, wenn ich am Tag empfindlicher zu klingen. Ich habe es nicht berichtet, weil es nur einen kurzen Aufenthalt war. Insgesamt würde ich einen 4-Sterne-Stern geben, da die Personal-Einstellung (Check-in, check-out und Reinigungs-Lady) und ihre Service verdienen große Respekt, Standard bis zum Par Frühstück und sauberes Zimmer.

Ich blieb in der Westin die Nacht vor meinem Flug, weil ich nicht panisch wollte, wenn ich zum Flughafen zu Zeit. Ich hätte gehört, dass Westin gut ist und die Lage wirklich so bequem ist, so dass ich schluckte. Ich wünschte, ich hatte nicht. Das Zimmer war sehr grundlegende. Die Dusche war schön, aber es gab nichts über meinen Aufenthalt, das mich ”jeden Penny wert!” vor allem, weil sie für das Internet bezahlen. Gute Dinge: Das Personal ist schön, obwohl es sicherlich unterbesetzt und ein wenig stressig erscheint. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Bett war sehr komfortabel. Es ist AT Flughafen und so einfach zu navigieren! Ich bat um etwas Wasser und sie brachten viel. Das Zimmerservice war so gut. Meh Dinge: Das Teppich machte mich super glücklich, dass ich meine eigenen Slips mitgebracht habe. Es schien nicht schmutzig, aber etwas über Teppich-Hotelzimmer sind wie ichkig. Die Kaffeetassen waren alles Papier und ich fühlte mich einfach, als ich viel Müll machte, als alles was ich wollte war Abendtee und Morgenkaffee. Boo Dinge: nicht einmal eine Stunde kostenlosem WLAN? Nur sofort ”Zahlt 18 Dollar auf den Hunderten für ein Grundzimmer, so können Sie Ihre Familie sagen, dass Sie angekommen sind ok und stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie wissen, wo zum Flughafen morgen gehen.” Ich weiß nicht, ich bin kein Geschäftsmann, aber es fühlte sich sehr günstig und klein.

First off this hotel has a great location. You can get on C-470 in just 2 - 3 minutes and access to I-25 is just as easy and takes only 5 or so minutes. Within less than a mile radius is the Park Meadows Mall, several supermarkets/drug stores, more restaurants than you can imagine, Walmart, Sam's Club, Target, Costco, Ikea, golf courses, bike trails, parks, and so on. The hotel appears to have been updated fairly recently as all finishes in the building looked clean, shiney and quite new. Our room was of average size with 2 queen beds that were very comfortable. We especially liked the fact that the shower/toilet area was separated from the bathroom sink area. The room was very quiet as there was no noise from either the outside or from adjoining rooms or the hallway. I usually don't sleep well in hotels, as the slightest noise keeps me awake, but during our stay here I slept like a baby. The front desk personnel were professional, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. The only slight minus to our experience was that the breakfast menu was on the light side compared to most other hotels we have stayed in, however the dining space is spacious and clean. In summary, you can't go wrong in choosing to stay at this well managed hotel.

Dieses Hotel sollte 5 Sterne haben, da sie ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstück haben, die Anlage ist renoviert und in guter Form, Parkplatz ist kostenfrei und gemeinsame Bereiche sind gut gepflegt. Mein Hauptproblem ist die ”grüne” Praxis, die auf extremer Ebene genommen wurde. Als ”grünes” Hotel, die Lichter im Zimmer nach 30 Minuten in-Room-Bewegung vollständig aus. Ich habe in meinem Zimmer auf dem Arbeitsplatz gearbeitet, hatte ich die Lichter 5 Mal ausgeschlossen, während ich versuchte, auf meinem Arbeitsplatz zu arbeiten (sehr irritierend). Zweitens, alle Ausgänge sind in grüne Zeitpläne eingestellt, so dass sie nach 30 Minuten ausgeschlossen werden. Das bedeutet, dass ihre eigene Alarmkloch nicht funktioniert, weil es alle 30 Minuten auf 12 AM wiederhergestellt ......lol .....Warum ist es sogar im Zimmer? Grüne sein ist eine Sache, Penny pinching ist eine andere. Wenn sie wirklich die Umwelt retten wollen, würden sie kein Heißräder und Pool haben (glauben Sie es oder nicht, Heizung dieser Puppen 24-7 Kosten viel mehr als die Ausschließung der hohen Effizienz von Besuchern LED-Leuchten und Outlets. Entfernen Sie diese Bologna-Probleme und Sie wird fünf Sterne erhalten.

To stay here is great deal with reasonable price to visit Boulder.We asked to clean up our room during our going out but cleaning wasn't completed at all because less staffs to clean up. My husband changed sheets and towels by himself after giving up cleaning by staffs. Breakfast is not good quality but it's normal American style. (Juices, toast, oatmeal, apple, scrambled egg and waffles etc.) Building is not new but renovated room was inside to become clean well enough. To pay $5 for parking a car isn't comfortable to stay here for 2 nights.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location was great. Everything we needed was in walking distance for us. Target wasn’t too far, close enough to walk. Right across from the Pavilion Mall. Area didn’t seem bad at all while we were there. We went for a volleyball tournament at the convention center and the walk was about 5 minutes. Super quick. My only complaint was that there is not a microwave in the room. There is a fridge though. Parking was expensive so I used the Spot Hero app and parked in the parking garage right behind the hotel. Literally a 2 minute walk or less. It was under $30 to park Friday through Monday. But read the terms if you decide to do that. You basically can’t go in and out if you park there. It’s just park and leave your car there until your done with your stay and leave. Rooms were clean and the view wasn’t great but decent. No indoor pool but there’s a rooftop pool that’s open seasonally. So not during the cold months. Overall it was a nice stay.

I want to like this place. The room is spacious and comfortable and the staff are generally very helpful. What is less than ideal: (1) housekeeping visited our room to clean only once in the 4.5 days we were there. (2) No iron in the room and minimal hangars. (3) The transparent divider between bedroom and bathroom area means that when one person gets up in the morning, the one staying in bed has to contend with the light beaming through the divider (4) The sliding door between the bathroom and toilet is large and clunky and noisy when you slide it. It’s especially a pain when you have to use the toilet in the middle of the night. While the nightlight in the toilet is a nice touch, because (a) it can’t be turned off and (b) that sliding door doesn’t seal shut, renegade light gets through it and through the transparent divider, making the room not as dark for sleeping as it should be.
