Hotels mit Pool in Distrikt Portalegre, Portugal

Foram reservados dois quartos, ambos confortáveis e limpos. O hotel está inserido num edifício histórico o que dificulta a manutenção de alguns espaços. Durante os dois dias que antecederama a reserva tivemos um imprevisto e pedimos a alteração das datas da estadia, encontrámos receptividade do hotel (o contacto foi rápido e eficaz), no entanto, como a alteração tinha de ser confirmada através da Trip que, apesar de diversos contactos se mostrou um mau parceiro, sem conseguirmos a alteração em tempo útil, tivemos de procurar uma alternativa para podermos utilizar a reserva na data inicialmente marcada. Dificilmente voltaremos a marcar alguma estadia através da Trip. Existem outros sites de reservas que funcionam bem melhor em relação a estas situações e, por vezes, a diferença de preço é tão pequena que não justifica o risco.

Tudo excelente e o staff super atencioso e simpático, no entanto, muito poucos funcionários nos bares/restaurantes do hotel para tantos hóspedes. O serviço era lento.

Poderão melhorar algumas condições do edifício, bem como aspeto e cuidado com os equipamentos e serviço. Melhorar a limpeza do WC junto à piscina.

Stayed with family here in a second booked room in this hotel. Outdoor pool was so inviting as the temp reached 35 deg in early October. Staff were super efficient and the prices for a late check out were very reasonable. The hotel itself is located within the walks of the town with ample outdoor parking just outside. Highly recommend a stay here.

Einer unserer ”besten Wert” Orte in Alto Alentejo. Zimmer sind modisch und einfach, aber geräumig. Frühstück (als auch immer!) ist hochwertig und frisch und der Innenpool, Sauna und Außenpool ist großer Plus. Restaurants in der Stadt (Regata und Alpahoaense) sind am besten in der Region (und immer noch billig) Sehr empfohlen sogar für einen Wochenende-Reise

The hotel was excellent, the building being an old convent was architecturally interesting and suited its new purpose very well. The room with an impressive four poster bed was a good size and comfortable. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. My only slight criticism would be concerning the breakfast, which was somewhat limited and if arriving towards the end of the serving period there was little left to choose from  Overall I would recommend this hotel as a good place to stay

舊修道院再利用的旅館，特別的體驗，但是舊建築設計師設計的不夠好，走到房間的動線奇怪、不方便，且同一種房型大小卻有差異。不過新棟建物就無此問題，而且面積很大，有用大露臺，享受周圍的大自然。 我們用晚餐前，有團體包下餐廳，不知是否因此廚師累了，導致我們的晚餐非常難吃，這不應該是pousada的餐點品質。

Schönes Zimmer mit nebenaner Terrasse, schöner Ausblick auf die Pflanze. freundliche Bedienung und das Essen war sehr lecker. Sowohl das erweiterte Frühstück, als auch das Abendessen waren gut gepflegt. Das Domain bietet die Möglichkeit, einen schönen Spaziergang zu machen und der Pool einladen, es während heißer Tage zu nutzen. Wir kommen sicher zurück.
