"We had trouble accessing the internet on arrival and it took quuite awhile for their tech support to correct. We weren't alone but eventually we got access. Coffee in the room is a challenge as only one day during our 5 night stay did we get regular coffee to brew in the room. The other days it was Nescafe decaf instant. The staff were very accommodating, the room was clean, and the pool was a welcome oasis after walking around all day."

Und kostenloser Zugang zum exklusiven Brisas Business Lounge, das schnelle Einchecken, Concierge-Service, Spezialkaffee und Soft Drinks den ganzen Tag bietet, kostenloses Frühstück und leichtes Abendessen, Schlangen und ein Alkoholtupfer am Abend. Wir hatten ein kleines Unfall im Zimmer, aber das Personal war schnell, um es zu reparieren."

"Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Im Zimmer nebenan wohnte ein Paar. Ich konnte nachts ihren Sex deutlich hören. Ihr Bett wackelte, sogar das Kopfende meines Bettes wackelte. Sie schliefen zwei Nächte hintereinander und schrien jede Nacht, was mir sehr peinlich war. Sie schnarchten sogar danach, was ich hören konnte, was sehr nervig war. Ich konnte auch die Schritte von Leuten oben, das Geräusch von kochendem Wasser im Nebenzimmer und den Fernseher hören. Außerdem ließ sich die Temperatur der Klimaanlage im Zimmer nicht regulieren. Es war zu kalt, wenn die Klimaanlage eingeschaltet war, und zu stickig, wenn sie ausgeschaltet war."

"Im Zentrum der Stadt, so dass der Gipfelzeitraum fahren wird. Das Zimmer ist ein Restaurant + ein Badezimmer. Fitness und Schwimmeinrichtungen sind vorhanden. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist gut."

"We loved staying here although we did have a few hiccups. We arrived before check-in but we could leave our luggage at the hotel which was a relief. Unfortunately we lost our luggage ticket while out, but the front desk employee Grecia made it seem as if it were a huge problem and that we would not be able to retrieve our luggage at all. She did not reassure us even after we expressed confusion and concern. However once we had already gotten very stressed about this, another employee simply asked for our identification and quickly resolved the problem (which was their standard protocol). The stress was avoidable. When we arrived to the room we had to call to request robes and slippers, and there was only one water bottle even though we were two guests. In the bathroom, there is only one hook for the towels, which was inconvenient. The shower also leaked water all over the bathroom which is an architectural problem and can’t really be helped but was annoying as the bathroom floor was wet. The lighting in the room was also very dim, but that might just be a personal preference. Multiple times when requesting towels or water from room service, we had to call several times to remind them of our needs (we even once went personally to remind them at the front desk after 3 times of calling). On our last day we were eager to enjoy one final breakfast, which is listed as being from 6am-11am. However the food was not set up until 6:20-30, so we had to rush to eat before checking out to make it in time for our flight. Also at breakfast there is no self service tea or water station, and although the staff are attentive, it’s too much for them to be able to meet everyone’s needs at rush hour breakfast. However despite all of this we are left with a great memory of staying here. The food at breakfast was delicious, and most of the staff were very kind despite the delays in service. The location is convenient and the room was comfortable. I do not regret staying here although for ~300 USD a night I might expect a little bit more attention to detail."
