Hotels mit Pool in Hauptstadtdistrikt, Mexiko

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Maria Isabel in Mexico City, and overall, it was a good experience. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location—it’s right on Reforma Avenue, next to the U.S. Embassy, so it felt very safe even though there were some peaceful demonstrations happening nearby related to rent increases and the current situation in Mexico. The room was spacious and comfortable, but it did feel a bit old and outdated. The bathroom floor had some cracks, which wasn’t a big issue but worth mentioning. It could definitely use some renovation in the future. On the bright side, the breakfast was really nice. Good variety, fresh options, and great service. If you care about being in a central, secure area with decent amenities, this hotel is a solid choice—just don’t expect a modern, freshly renovated space.

We loved staying here although we did have a few hiccups. We arrived before check-in but we could leave our luggage at the hotel which was a relief. Unfortunately we lost our luggage ticket while out, but the front desk employee Grecia made it seem as if it were a huge problem and that we would not be able to retrieve our luggage at all. She did not reassure us even after we expressed confusion and concern. However once we had already gotten very stressed about this, another employee simply asked for our identification and quickly resolved the problem (which was their standard protocol). The stress was avoidable. When we arrived to the room we had to call to request robes and slippers, and there was only one water bottle even though we were two guests. In the bathroom, there is only one hook for the towels, which was inconvenient. The shower also leaked water all over the bathroom which is an architectural problem and can’t really be helped but was annoying as the bathroom floor was wet. The lighting in the room was also very dim, but that might just be a personal preference. Multiple times when requesting towels or water from room service, we had to call several times to remind them of our needs (we even once went personally to remind them at the front desk after 3 times of calling). On our last day we were eager to enjoy one final breakfast, which is listed as being from 6am-11am. However the food was not set up until 6:20-30, so we had to rush to eat before checking out to make it in time for our flight. Also at breakfast there is no self service tea or water station, and although the staff are attentive, it’s too much for them to be able to meet everyone’s needs at rush hour breakfast. However despite all of this we are left with a great memory of staying here. The food at breakfast was delicious, and most of the staff were very kind despite the delays in service. The location is convenient and the room was comfortable. I do not regret staying here although for ~300 USD a night I might expect a little bit more attention to detail.

Ich habe mit der App voraus gezahlt, aber ich sagte, ich konnte es nicht bestätigen, also bat ich ihn, wieder zu zahlen, so dass er sogar die Buchungsnummer auf seinem Handy und den Inhalt der Zahlung bestätigte, aber er sagte, er wusste nicht. Nach langer Zeit gab es keine Entschuldigung, dass es sich um eine trip.com App handelte, aber das Zimmer war auch kaputt. Es wurde bald wieder ersetzt. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Einrichtungen waren gut, aber die Bedingungen waren nicht gut, so habe ich die Temperatur des Klimaanlages aufgestellt und schlief, aber jemand zwang ins Zimmer Mitte der Nacht. Die Eindringlinge waren Mitarbeiter und sagten, sie kamen zu prüfen, weil die Zimmertemperatur seltsam war. Aber ich weiß, dass der Kunde im Zimmer ist, aber ich war sehr beschämend und Angst, weil ich ohne Anruf oder Knock inbrochen. Das Personal war freundlich, aber es gab keinerlei Bedenken für die Gäste. Hotel, das ich nicht zweimal wieder gehen möchte. Es war weniger Service als ein 30 000 Siegerzimmer in Südostasien.

We really loved staying at Tonala. The hotel is located in Roma Norte, a trendy neighbourhood in Mexico city. We could walk to all the nice restaurants ans cafes for food and drinks. There’s a really popular cafe downstairs for pastries, breakfast and coffee. And there’s a famous seafood restaurant as well as a fancy Michellin reservations-only restaurant next to it, right across the street from the hotel. Walking to the historic centre, La Condesa and the museuems took us about 15 minutes or so. The room is spacious and came with a great shower with working hot water. The air-cons worked really well in both the living and bed rooms. The laundry room is free to use from evening onwards. And the rooftop pool was great for a quick dip. Overall clean not just in our room but the stairs, lobby and rooftop and lift. Definitely 5-star and I would gladly stay there again when I next visit Mexico city.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit Leuten, die wirklich freundlich sind. Sauber, Geruchs wirklich, und wirklich gut serviert. Das Büropersonal war wirklich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Rocío sauberte und sah mein Zimmer wirklich gut aus! Danke Rocio. Der Spa und der Fitnessraum waren erstaunlich - vor allem das Personal, das wirklich hilfreich und freundlich war. Der Trainer Ariel war wirklich hilfreich, mir verschiedene Trainingsroutine und Wege zu denken über Übung - er ist ein Experte in Judo (Schwarze Belt!). Alexis war wirklich hilfreich mit den Spa-Einrichtungen. Danke Ariel und Alexis! Der von Azul geführte Schönheitssalon war wirklich gut und vor allem mit den Behandlungen, die sie bietet! Sie hat mich überzeugt, zu beginnen, die kleineren Dinge über mein Aussehen zu suchen. Es sind die Leute, die einen Platz machen und in diesem Fall im Hotel Marquis Reforma. We had trouble accessing the internet on arrival and it took quuite awhile for their tech support to correct. We weren't alone but eventually we got access. Coffee in the room is a challenge as only one day during our 5 night stay did we get regular coffee to brew in the room. The other days it was Nescafe decaf instant. The staff were very accommodating, the room was clean, and the pool was a welcome oasis after walking around all day.

Wir mögen dieses Hotel. Gute Lage I. Eine gute, sichere Nachbarschaft neben dem Engel der Unabhängigkeitsstatue. Wir blieben im King-Size-Bettzimmer im 10. Stock mit Blick auf die Stadt. Und kostenloser Zugang zum exklusiven Brisas Business Lounge, das schnelle Einchecken, Concierge-Service, Spezialkaffee und Soft Drinks den ganzen Tag bietet, kostenloses Frühstück und leichtes Abendessen, Schlangen und ein Alkoholtupfer am Abend. Wir hatten ein kleines Unfall im Zimmer, aber das Personal war schnell, um es zu reparieren.

非常不推薦！ 1、房間設計有明顯問題，全玻璃的陽台和門，隔音非常差！我這次住47樓，道路交通聲非常響。 衞生間更別提了，地面但凡有點水，異常滑！淋浴間前不能鋪毛巾或地滑，因為會關不上門。而且淋浴門不能完全合上。 2、服務員按門鈴不超過15秒就直接自己開門進入，最誇張的一次早上八點來打掃房間，還沒等我們反應過來，她已經進門了。 3、唯一值得稱讚的就是Concierge，服務到位熱情。

I had a great stay at the Hilton Reforma in Mexico City while celebrating the birthday of my girlfriend. The staff made the experience feel special with very good and attentive service throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a great view and high-quality amenities. Everything was well maintained and met the high standards I expect from Hilton. Overall, a very pleasant experience and an excellent choice for both leisure and special occasions. I would definitely stay here again

Ich habe Zimmer für meine Schwester und mich gebucht. Es war geräumig, sauber und gemütlich. Das Personal ist freundlich und erstaunlich. Ich habe dort 10 Tage verbracht, eine Woche für eine Konferenz und 4 Tage um die Stadt Mexiko zu erkunden. Liebt es, sehr empfehlenswert, ist der Ort in einer sehr guten Lage. Ein wenig über uns, wir sind zwei arabische hijabi Mädchen, also wenn Sie ein hijabi sind, besorgt euch nicht, dass Sie rassische Diskriminierung gegen Sie gegenüberstehen.
