Hotels mit Pool in Marrakesch-Safi, Marokko

Am Tag des Eincheckens kam ich sehr spät an und sagte, ich wolle ein ruhiges Zimmer, also wurde ich in die innerste Ecke geschickt. Als ich die Tür sah, waren die Vorhänge nicht fest genug und ich fühlte, dass es noch schlimmer war. Ich bat darum, das Zimmer zu wechseln. Glücklicherweise war das Wechseln des Zimmers ziemlich schnell, aber das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss wurde geändert, da sich auf dem Balkon im zweiten Stock ein Block befand, sodass die Beleuchtung überhaupt nicht gut war. Die drei Mahlzeiten, die ich aß, hatten keinen Tag, da das Frühstück um 10 Uhr endete. Das Mittag- und Abendessen war ähnlich und es gab nichts zu essen außer dem gegrillten Fisch und keinen Meeresfrüchten. Die Bilder täuschten. Es gibt einige Orte zum Spielen, aber das Wasser in einem anderen Pool mit Rutsche ist kalt, sodass es nur angezeigt werden kann.

Very nice hotel, very friendly and attentive staff. Could not fault anything really. We got a massive room, very comfortable bed. The hotel is very big and has many amenities that could be used during our stay. The pools are great indoors and outdoor. We didn't have any food there apart from the breakfast, which is was also very good. So much choice and selection. The coffee was a particular highlight and the pancakes. Overall a really nice stay for our last day as it was so close to the airport which meant we could really just relax in comfort before our flight. The hotel has a mall and super market next door so everything is catered for. Recommended!

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like part of the family. A huge thank you to Aziz at reception and El Houssaine, who were both absolutely exceptional. Their kindness, warmth and genuine care made our stay so special. They didn’t just provide great service, they made us feel like we were staying with family, and that’s something we’ll never forget. We came to celebrate our anniversary, and without us even asking, they surprised us by setting up a beautifully romantic dinner table. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our celebration incredibly special. It’s the little touches like this that create memories that last a lifetime. One evening, we got back from the Medina in the early hours after an adrenaline filled adventure exploring the bustling streets and markets. We mentioned that a nice cup of tea and some biscuits would be perfect to help us unwind, and by the time we arrived back, Aziz already had everything waiting for us with a smile. It was such a simple but incredibly thoughtful gesture that perfectly sums up the level of hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. A special thank you also goes to Yousara, for her warm greetings every single morning. The breakfasts were fresh, delicious and prepared with so much care. Starting each day with wonderful food made every morning something to look forward to. Thank you as well to another wonderful Aziz (who served us in the restaurant). Every day he looked after us so well, and when he realised our phone charger wasn’t working, he kindly lent us his own charger without us even having to ask again. That level of kindness and generosity says everything about the people who work here. And to the wonderful gentleman who welcomed us each morning at breakfast with a big smile and great energy, you made every breakfast feel special and set the tone for the day. We never forgot your warm welcome. Thank you for always making us feel so at home. The lunch and dinner deserves a special mention too. The chef is simply outstanding! Every meal was fresh, beautifully prepared and full of flavour. Honestly, the food here was far better than what we had at several of the rooftop restaurants in the Medina. We’re already missing every meal! The rooftop is something truly magical. Watching the sun set with the Atlas Mountains stretching out on one side, while the moon slowly rose above them as the sun disappeared on the opposite horizon, was breathtaking. No words, and certainly no photographs, can do that view justice. It’s something you simply have to experience for yourself. The hotel itself has everything you could want, stunning views, wonderfully comfortable beds, peaceful surroundings and an atmosphere that instantly helps you relax. It truly felt like a home away from home. To Aziz, El Houssaine and the entire team, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You didn’t just make our anniversary special, you made our whole trip unforgettable. Your kindness, professionalism and genuine hospitality are what make this place so unique, and you are all a huge credit to the hotel. This wasn’t just a hotel stay, it was an experience we’ll treasure forever. We already miss everyone and can’t wait to return. Großes Resort für aktive Familien, die ihren Sport mögen. Hierzu gehören Paddelball, Full-Size-Fußball-Pitch, Basketball, Volleyball, Tischtennis und viele Aqua-Aktivitäten. Gut Fitness & Innenpool. Geheizter Außenpool sowie eine Reihe anderer Außenpools. Einschließlich VR/Gaming und Arcades. Vielzahl von Unterhaltungen. Schöner Aquapark und Wasserräder Kurs für über 150cm Menschen enthalten. Die Lobbybar ist brillant für Kaffee und erstaunliches Backen. Auch groß für Fußball zu sehen. Zimmer sind groß, modern und gut ausgestattet. Essen ist vielfältig. Sehr schöne Auswahl an Nicht-Weg wie Königswurzeln, geräucherten Lachs, Hühnerkebabs, Türkei-Steaks, aber kann nach ein paar Tagen wiederholt werden. Alle inklusive Getränke sind gut. Der kostenlose Shuttlebus nach Medina ist nützlich. 30 Minuten entfernt. Negative Punkte sind vor allem wirklich schlechter Kundenservice, schlechte Kommunikation und einige harte Mitarbeiter! Sehr wertvolles Hotel, kann als ein heißer Moment der gesamten Reise nach Marokko gesagt werden. Jedes Zimmer ist ein unabhängiges Riad-Zimmer. Der Service ist freundlich, aber leidenschaftlich. Neben der allgemeinen Mahlzeit kann die Umgebung nicht provokierend sein. Maraguash ist im Allgemeinen ziemlich schmutzig. Es gibt zwei Welten im Hotel und außerhalb des Hotels. Wenn Sie das nächste Mal wieder in Maraguash kommen, dann bedenken Sie immer noch, hier zu leben!

Der Gastgeber ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfreich, so dass wir uns sehr willkommen fühlen. Wir hatten auch die wunderbare Gelegenheit, ein traditionelles marokkanisches Frühstück zu versuchen, das vom Gastgeber zubereitet wurde, das absolut lecker war und eine wirklich erinnerebare Erfahrung ✨✨

This is an absolutely stunning Riad. I cannot praise it enough. The courtyard is beautiful and full of trees and plants. The restaurant shares this space and is a wonderful experience to have breakfast, lunch or dinner among the trees and plants. We stayed in room Orientalle and it is just incredible. There is a balcony over the pool and plenty of room to relax. The artwork is also stunning, not just in the room but all over the riad. It is like staying in a museum. There are also many patios to relax in although we could not make full use of them as the weather wasn't great. The real stars of the Riad are the staff. They are simply amazing. Ahmed looked after us so well. Sorted out our transfers and organised a tour of Marrakech, booked a restaurant for is. Would always ask if we were okay was always ready with a tip or helping on what to do or where to go. When he wasn't there Khalid did the same. Khalid is also very friendly and helpful. It was great having them in reception just before you went out. As we had come to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary Ahmed had decorated the room with petals and had also arranged a bunch of roses for my wife. He also organised a special vegetarian dinner in the restaurant for us Housekeeping led by Latifa were great and the room was cleaned very well and repeatedly decorated with rose petals. Breakfast is a traditional Moroccan one and is very good. The star is however Oussama, our waiter. He looked after us every day and insisted we try everything and made sure we had a good breakfast. He is a very genuine person and truly wants you to have a good time. When we had dinner at the restaurant one evening he made sure we couldn't eat another crumb. A truly kind and sweet person I cannot praise the Riad and staff enough. It is not the cheapest place but for my wife and I it was worth every penny. The memories we have will last for ever. We will return

My stay at Riad Belikoss was OK, but not totally satisfying. The staff is friendly, the check in was OK. The guys at the reception (Larbi) and the boys at breakfast (rooftop) were very friendly. But the welcome drink (mint tea) was not hot. Hmmm. The room itself was not that bad, but for the price paid, the cleanliness was doubtable (see photos). Hopefully this can be cleaned better in the future if the management reads this. The breakfast was reasonable, with Orange juice, an omelette, a few pieces of fruit, a Moroccan pancake (msemmen) with chocopaste, honey and jam. I missed 2 things: yoghurt and Amlou (Moroccon peanut butter). This should be improved. And very important: my coffee was cold! They serve you black coffee in a small thermos can, but still it wasn't hot! Coffee should be really hot. Also, they served me back coffee only, and after asking they provided milk. It should be there in the first place. No salt and pepper on the table for the eggs. The amount of bread served at breakfast was small. Not too bad, but there are things to be improved. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was like 'where is the pool'? Is this it? Can't really call it a pool. Positives: The Air-conditioning was good. Room design and Riad decorations are nice. Room door (see picture) is old and green with mold. Should be replaced urgently. Curtains are not blackout, you will still have light coming in the room. Room is not sound proof but at night it was quiet There are only windows facing the inside of the building, no outside-windows, so no fresh air coming in, causing a lack of oxygen at night. If you get a very cheap room price (like less than 20 euros) it's acceptable, it's too much for this Riad. Conclusion: it's a beautiful Riad, but there are things to be improved. But Larbi is great, thank you my friend.

We didn’t have any issues there. In general the service is good even if there is nobody in the reception thus they give you your own keys of the main entrance and your room. As a suggestion it is needed a sign “Riad Nouhal” but anyway, if you follow the location on Google Maps, you will be in.
