I always choose Nagoya Tokyu Hotel whenever I stay in Nagoya. The location is excellent, with convenient access to Sakae and the surrounding areas. It is a practical choice not only for short stays but also for business trips. This time, I stayed in a single room, as I have on previous occasions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It was quiet, the bed had just the right firmness, and I was always able to get a good night's sleep. The amenities provided were complete, and I had everything I needed during my stay. I also truly appreciate that my requests are always properly understood and accommodated. However, there is one area that I hope could be improved: the front desk service. On several occasions, especially with some younger female staff members, I felt that the response could have been warmer. For example, when asking a question or making a request, there were times when the staff continued working on the computer or their task while responding, even when checking the computer did not seem necessary. This gave me the impression that the staff member was not fully engaged with the guest. The front desk is the place where guests form their first impression of a hotel. Even a brief moment of stopping the task at hand and facing the guest directly would make the service feel much more welcoming and professional. Overall, I greatly appreciate the hotel’s excellent location, comfortable rooms, and the fact that my requests are consistently handled well. If the front desk experience could be improved further, this would become an even more satisfying hotel that I would be happy to continue choosing for my stays in Nagoya.

I do love the hotel. Spacious room, stylist. The staff was very nice. Convenient location and service are very attentive. The reasons I didn’t give five stars as the followings: 1) the room was clean on the surface only, for example the back of plate didn’t clean and I found my others leftover behind the sink 2) no options to purchase the cake they served 3) the facilities are not for kids under 16y

Dieses Hotel ist sehr neu und modern. Die Zimmer sind riesig und der Blick auf den Fuji war beeindruckend. Die beiden Restaurants waren sehr schön, aber nicht billig. Es gibt so viele tolle Dinge an diesem Hotel, dass ich es Freunden empfehlen würde. Einziger Nachteil: Abgesehen von der Rennstrecke gibt es in der Umgebung kaum etwas zu erleben.

Was mich an meinem Aufenthalt im ESPACIO Nagoya Castle am meisten beeindruckt hat, war das unglaublich aufmerksame und professionelle Personal! Vom ersten Moment an bis zum Check-in waren die Mitarbeiter außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Obwohl wir ausländische Reisende sind, fühlten wir uns dank ihrer fließenden Englisch- und Chinesischkenntnisse und ihrer hilfreichen Tipps sofort wie zu Hause. Das Hotel ist elegant eingerichtet und verströmt ein künstlerisches Ambiente. Ob in der Lobby, im Restaurant, im Onsen (Thermalbad) oder bei der Erklärung der Zimmerausstattung – alle waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt direkt neben der Burg Nagoya in einer ruhigen Umgebung, allerdings kann es abends etwas schwierig sein, Restaurants in der Straße zu finden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war zwar nicht riesig, aber die Qualität der Speisen war hervorragend! Ich kann dieses Hotel mit seinem erstklassigen Service und dem fast schon kunstmuseumsartigen Ambiente wärmstens empfehlen. Auch wenn der Preis hoch ist, war es definitiv ein unvergessliches Erlebnis! Vielen Dank an das gesamte Personal für diesen wundervollen Aufenthalt; ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wenn ich das nächste Mal in Nagoya bin!

Nice room but the bed sheets were worn, it seems not professional as such a brand. Facilities were good for young kids especially 2nd floor playground and swimming pool with blocks. Breakfast was surprisingly good with many chooses, but it takes a long queue for the reception which is not really efficient as they only allow 45mins for you breakfast time ( they will ring the bell to ask you leave after your section)

In der Nähe des Hotels gibt es viele Restaurants und Drogerien, und dahinter befindet sich ein Supermarkt für bequemes Einkaufen. Von der U-Bahn-Station sind es etwa 8 Gehminuten, und die Bushaltestelle befindet sich ganz in der Nähe, sodass Sie das Geschäftsviertel Rong ganz bequem erreichen können. Das Zimmer im japanischen Stil gefällt mir sehr gut. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, die Beleuchtung und Klimaanlage lassen sich leicht regulieren, das Servicepersonal liefert die Artikel schnell, das Badezimmer ist in Trocken- und Nassbereiche unterteilt und es gibt einen sehr bequemen Schminktisch und eine Kaffeebar. Einzig die Badezimmerwand ist etwas schimmelig und nicht gereinigt, ansonsten ist alles sehr zufriedenstellend.

An amazing view from the room which I booked, was the stand out feature. The hotel is high up and spread up over a number of floors. It is located on the coast and the drive to the location was nice. It is a rather dated hotel, which you can tell from some of the decor, carpets etc., however it has some great facilities. The dinner buffet required a registration and was I felt expensive at 7.7k min., so I ate around the corner at a local family owned place and the food was amazing. The check in / out was impeccable and staff very friendly. Thank you for a pleasant stay Lots of free parking available.

Das Hotel ist alt und die Gesundheit ist schlecht. Der Mais im Zimmer ist überall schmutzig, der Teil der Adresse ist besonders schrecklich und durft nicht auf die Füße zu gehen. Der Teil des Außenbereichs des Großraums ist schmutzig, völlig untragbar, im Inneren ist es besser. Was kann man natürlich von mehr als 400 Meeresräumen mit Frühstück verlangen?

Wir leben mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern. Ein Doppelbett ist sehr klein, aber das Zimmer ist groß und sauber, ich habe eine sehr komfortable Zeit verbracht. Das Hotel verfügt über einen kostenfreien Parkplatz.

The buffet food is delicious. Great views of the beach and sea Bring your own slippers because the hotel slippers are small. The hotel is at the top of a Mountain so I don’t recommend going without your own car.
