Rein und sehr komfortabel Zimmer. Ausgezeichnete Matratzen & Kissen. Bestes Hotel für eine Transitstop. Spät Nacht Rezeptor - prosenjit & fähig effizient Kishan machte den gesamten Prozess lückenlos. Jayasree - Rezeptor am Nachmittag war auch sehr persönlich. Besondere Erwähnung an das Küchenteam für das arrangieren eines packten Frühstück, da ich auscheckte, bevor das Restaurant für Frühstück geöffnet werden konnte. Ich komme zurück zu diesem Hotel in Falle einer ähnlichen Reisesituation sicher! gut gemacht, ra vista Hotel & Personal

A flawless experience. Incredibly luxurious stay at a great price for a business traveler. Excellent English skills by everyone. Room serve was prompt, even though I didn't order until almost midnight. Nawab, the *** helping with cars, was a truly phenomenal help. He called my ride and made sure my trip went smoothly, and got me and the car loaded up and on my way.

Ausgezeichnete Lage und Service, Check-in war ein Brise, obwohl wir früh waren um 12:30 Wir bestellten Essen im Abendessen Zimmerservice und das gleiche war von guter Qualität und Geschmack 👍 Wir kommen sicher wieder zurück.

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean and modern. The location is very central, close enough to the airport and also to city center. The only issue I have is they would not allow the AC to go below 21° and at night it would get hot in the room, I asked the front desk and they told me it was general standards. Other then that the stay was a total pleasure and the breakfast menu was good.

Overall it was a great experience, small gym but good enough. Had some good coffee and other drinks @1st floor cafe. I loved the bar at 7th floor, its great atmosphere with good music, ambience and very friendly staff who treat you special…will visit again.

I stayed at this hotel with my friends and booked a separate room for myself. The hotel kindly arranged a room for me on the sixth floor with an amazing view of the city of Kolkata. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and polite, especially the gentleman with glasses at the check-in counter, who always fulfilled my requests and addressed any complaints promptly. They even allowed us a late check-out because our flight was delayed, which I truly appreciated. My room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The amenities provided were of high quality. The housekeeping staff were polite and clearly took pride in their work. The security staff at the main entrance were also very courteous and always ready to help — whether it was providing small change for delivery drivers or Uber payments. Special thanks to Raghunath, one of the security team, who helped us load over 60 kilograms of luggage into our Uber when we were heading to the airport. Overall, my experience was exceptional. The kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness of the staff truly stood out. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues visiting Kolkata.

Check-in war reibungslos und schnell. Ich wurde in mein Zimmer begleitet. Das Zimmer war gut eingerichtet, sauber und Hauspflege machte eine gute Arbeit. Das Hotel kümmerte sich um eine Frage mit leicht fehlgeschlagenen Badfächern auch. Insgesamt, ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Es ist eine gute Eigenschaft . Nahrungsmittelverteilung war begrenzt, sonst gut Platz zu bleiben wieder
