Similarly, Mr. Shubam at the front desk extended a wonderfully warm welcome, setting a positive tone for my entire stay. His friendly demeanor, quick efficiency, and genuine desire to assist made the check-in process seamless and pleasant. He truly made me feel right at home from the moment I stepped through the doors. Each meal was a delightful journey of flavors, with a wide variety of options to satisfy every palate. The quality and presentation of the dishes were consistently excellent, making dining a highlight of my stay. The combination of its amazing location, the unparalleled serenity of the Himalayas, delicious food, and most importantly, the incredibly courteous and attentive staff—especially the personal touches from Mr. Niraj and Mr. Shubam—creates a truly exceptional stay. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and already looking forward to my next visit.

We stayed at Spellmount Hotel during our family trip to Kausani, and it truly cast a spell on us. The panoramic views of the Trishul, Nanda Devi, and Panchachuli peaks from the room balcony were simply breathtaking, the kind of vista that makes you pause and just take it all in. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortably warm for the hill station weather. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was genuinely warm, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. They helped us with fantastic local recommendations that made us feel right at home. They also have interconnected rooms for families and that was a hit for my daughter. The location is ideal, peaceful and away from the main road bustle, yet close enough to explore Kausani's tea gardens and viewpoints. Mornings here, with a cup of tea and that uninterrupted mountain panorama, are worth the entire trip. We travelled as a multi-generational family including elderly parents and a young child, and the hotel made it comfortable for everyone. If you're looking for a serene Kumaon getaway with stunning views and heartfelt hospitality, Spellmount is an excellent choice.

After 2 days of work visit to Kashipur, I decided to stay closer to Pantnagar airport only for the night and booked Radisson Blu in Rudrapur town. And it was a pleasant surprise right from the time I entered the hotel lobby late afternoon. The modern hotel property is maintained extremely clean and professional by the team. Right from the check in formalities handled by the front desk staff and guiding me to my room and the evening dinner at the restaurant and finally to arranging a wonderful breakfast at 6.45 AM ( before the actual restaurant opening time of 7 AM) made me feel delighted to have stayed at Radisson Rudrapur and with a plan to certainly stay here during my future visits. Thanks to the entire staff and specially to the F&B manager Hapin Sahu for personally guiding through the dinner selection and ensuring my comfort.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Jaypee Manor! Der Service war ausgezeichnet und bis zum Marke. Der Abendtee und das Frühstück waren beide erstaunlich. Es gibt viele Spaßaktivitäten für Kinder, die unsere Kinder wirklich genossen. Die Aussicht vom Dach des Hotels ist absolut zerquetschend es gibt Ihnen so positive und entspannende Vibes mit einer perfekten Kälteatmosphäre. Es war der Geburtstag meiner Frau während unseres Aufenthalts, und das Team setzte sich mit Gedanken ein kleines Komplimentarzimmer mit einem Kuchen ein. Es war so ein wunderschönes Geste und machte unsere Erfahrung noch besonderer. Insgesamt hatten wir einen fantastischen Aufenthalt im Jaypee Manor und würden es sehr empfehlen, Familien, die eine entspannende Reise suchen.

I was very very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff were so helpful, the room was spacious, clean, a really comfy bed, hot shower, beautiful touches in the room, the communal spaces were well maintained and lovely. They have a spa on site that I didn’t use but my friend did and said it was excellent. The whole experience was great. The location slightly let it down, being on the edge of Tapovan but it was only a 10minute walk in which was no problem at all and the hotel were really helpful to help you get around. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und die Einrichtungen sind auch sehr gut. Das Essen ist schön. Ich würde Ihnen vorschlagen, dieses Gebäude zu besuchen, wenn Sie in Dehradun sind.

Das Hotel war früher Sarovar, jetzt wurde es von Gateway gekauft. So sind Einrichtungen und Dienstleistungen wie per Sarovar nur, aber die Gebühren sind von Gateway. Die meisten Hotels sind derzeit unter Buchung, so dass es erwartet werden kann, besser sein, aber jetzt im Durchschnitt. Plus es ist wenig in den Randgebieten des Dehradun in Haridwar Bypass. Aber das Personal ist gut und das Essen ist gut, aber die Atmosphäre und die Qualität der Zimmer kann in 7-8K pro Nachthotel verbessert werden.

Had an amazing experience at Lemon Tree Premier, Rishikesh. The staff were extremely helpful, welcoming, and always ready to assist. The ambience is beautiful, calm, and perfect for a peaceful family getaway. I would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Rishikesh. A wonderful place to unwind and enjoy the serenity of the region.

Overall hotel was good, the experience was more of an airbnb rather than hotel, definitely not value for money considering the cost associated. Also, the restaurant had amazing food but limited menu. Vicinity is poor, its difficult to walk to any nearby places, ganga ghat was very far away and not within hotel, which is a major disappointment, overall a good experience but won’t be interested to book the hotel again because of above said reasons.

Debu’s The Fern Resort & Spa, Jim Corbett, Series by Marriott is a well-rated resort with friendly service, good food, and a peaceful setting, making it a strong choice for family and leisure stays, though it is better at hospitality than at pure luxury.
