Unsere Taschen waren unaufgemerkt und wir mussten sie in unser Zimmer selbst bringen. 3. Moskitos überall. 4. Wir mussten eine Moskito-Repellent beantragen. Das Hotelpersonal sollte aufmerksamer sein und sicherstellen, dass Zimmer mit wesentlichen Materialien gespeichert sind. 5. Das Essen, das wir für das Innengebäude bestellt hatten, war nicht einmal warm (vergiss das heiße Essen). Wir bestellten nur einige frische Fruchtfrüchte und einen Sandwich - nicht sicher, ob die frische Fruchtfrüchte vorbereitet und aus Frankreich versandt wurden 😂 Sie werden diesen Ort nie wieder wählen.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, the hotel had a fresh and pleasant fragrance that created a welcoming atmosphere. The room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy my stay. The overall ambiance was warm and inviting, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable place to stay.

Das ist nicht so großartig. Sie brauchen viel Verbesserung im Service und die Zimmer brauchen eine Renovierung, da die Wäscheschirme n Teppiche alt sehen. Es wird auch besser, wenn sie ein Zimmer frischer oder Kerzen mit Geruch verwenden, da das Zimmer keinen angenehmen Geruch hat. Insgesamt ist es nicht so groß für ein Premium-Hotel.

I had a wonderful experience! The service was exceptional—staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. The facilities were clean, modern, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the food; every dish was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. Whether you're looking for great service, a nice ambiance, or tasty meals, this place delivers. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to visit again!

My stay began on a disappointing note. I arrived at the lobby on a Sunday afternoon and waited nearly 40 minutes before anyone attended to me. Although I was clearly in line, a couple of other guests approached the desk and were assisted before me. I expected the concierge or front-desk staff to notice the situation and assist guests in the order they arrived, but unfortunately, that did not happen. Once I was finally checked in, I was assigned a room on the fourth floor. The room itself was acceptable. I generally do not have particularly high expectations regarding hotel-room ambience, as I find that it often does not vary significantly across hotels, regardless of their star rating. What I found especially unreasonable was the hotel’s pricing. Items available in the room, such as a Snickers bar priced at ₹155 and a packet of Lay’s priced at ₹55, ***** with peanuts and carbonated drinks, were listed at several times their normal retail prices. The markup was so excessive that it made me wonder whether the hotel actually wanted guests to consume these items or was simply trying to impose an unnecessary and inflated expense. The same applied to transportation. The hotel quoted ₹1,800 plus taxes for a sedan to the airport. I booked an Uber for the exact same journey for ₹699. Charging well over twice the market price—and then adding taxes on top of it—is frankly absurd. Hotel convenience may reasonably come at a premium, but this felt less like a premium service and more like an attempt to take advantage of guests. The complimentary breakfast, however, offered a wide variety of options and was probably the most redeeming part of the stay.

This was my 1st stay for 2 nights and I really enjoyed this Hotel Madurai Kitchen food /hotel service /and very friendly staffs . The security was awesome .Makes you feel very safe in this Hotel . Location was great too .Close by to all the important places to visit . Everything was great . Thank You Marriot Madurai . Hope my next stay I can have a room which has a better view rather than partial brick walls although I did not mention to the Reception

Overall its a nice place to stay and can recommend for family. Very convenient and easy to travel to shopping area. Suggest to check with them directly or book via trip as compare to other platform, trip can get cheaper

The room is a total disappointment. Check in on 3-June-2026 for room 2066 (not to sure), change to 1004 and on 5th night, change again to 1020 due to beeping noise as the door is unable to close properly. My colleagues, Rasal PM and Muhamed Ali (2064 to 2020) either have only hot water and disappointing room.
