Good amenities, good breakfast and buffet dinners. I booked the hotel car for a day trip to Sadhguru’s Isha yoga foundation. I am impressed by the driver. He is a steady driver, knowledgeable and forthcoming in sharing his knowledge. The Chinese restaurant is great too! Overall, I find the staffs friendly and have a strong interest in fulfilling guests needs.

A little outside the city center (but still within walking distance), I liked this place very much. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a good mix of local and Western cuisine. The only surprise was that the internet was sometimes slow or unreliable for such an establishment (though it generally worked). The airport shuttle (organized through a separate company on the premises) worked very well. I would definitely come back when I’m in Madurai again.

As always everything was good from the beginning... the check in till check out. The breakfast which wasn't quite the usual during our last stay there were totally opposite this time... understood there was a face-lift refurbishment work carried out at the restaurant the last time and as such it was excuseable..This time around the hotel had exceeded our expectation for both the service standard and eloborate buffet breakfast readied for the guests. We would like to thank all the restaurant staff in particular the restaurant manager SK Allarakha for making every morning as a start of a pleasant day with all the courteous services extended to us by him and his lovely team..This has prompted my family to celebrate my 60th birthday in the morning of 16/1/2026 before their departure for flight.Thank you for a great and courteous service shown to my family and i.We will definitely choose to stay at the TRT again the next time around. The hotel offered a comfortable and pleasant stay with clean rooms, courteous staff, and prompt service. The ambiance was welcoming, and the overall experience was smooth and hassle-free. A great choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Upon my early-morning arrival on January 9, I was informed that a fire incident had occurred and that I would be transferred to Taj Club House, with assurances that it was of an equivalent standard. After checking in, it became immediately evident that Taj Club House is not comparable to Taj Coromandel. I was assigned a first-floor room, where the hallway was lined with unpleasant odors from sports shoes, and the room itself appeared dated. I promptly lodged a complaint with Trip; however, their Chennai partner was unreachable. According to the agent, the Duty Manager, Rose, declined to offer any compensation or partial refund, despite the fact that I had paid a premium rate for Taj Coromandel and was instead accommodated at a lower-grade property, Taj Club House.

Просторный, чистый номер, внимание в мелочах к постояльцам. Территорию отеля вечером обрабатывают от насекомых. Очень вежливый гостеприимный персонал. Есть обмен валюты. Свободный доступ к бассейну, разнообразное меню на завтрак. За всё пребывание в Индии в 4-х городах из 4-х отелей этот самый лучший. Однозначно рекомендую этот отель.

Der Service an der Rezeption war sehr gut, aber das Geschäft war sehr schlecht. Zum Hotel, frühen Check-In nicht verstehen lassen, die Rezeption fragt nach dem Preis, geht ins Restaurant um Frühstück zu kaufen, der Preis des Restaurants entspricht nicht dem Preis der Rezeption. Als ich auscheckte, wollte ich mit dem Auto des Hotels zum Flughafen fahren. Ich fragte an der Rezeption nach einem Preis. Ich fand es etwas teurer als Ola. Es war okay. Ich sagte, dass ich gut gegessen habe und bestellte es. Nachdem ich zurückkam, wechselte ich die Rezeption. Der Preis hat sich geändert. Es ist teurer als Ola. Verdoppelt. Early Check In, das Hotel fing an, streng zu fordern, dass man nicht früher einchecken kann, muss 14 Uhr sein, nach Kommunikation, hilflos verstehen, dann zum Mittagessen ausgehen, gegen 12 Uhr zurückkommen, festgestellt, dass das Hotel sogar noch ein Paar gab? weißes Paar einchecken, aber auch ein Handtuch und ein Begrüßungsgetränk bereitstellen. Das hatte ich beim Einchecken überhaupt nicht. Das obige zeigt, dass die Hotelleitung sehr unübersichtlich ist. Die Sicherheitsleute begrüßten sich mit Begeisterung. Das Frühstück ist nicht teuer, aber die Mahlzeiten sind durchschnittlich. Die Zimmerausstattung ist sehr gut, die Klimaanlage ist auch sehr leistungsstark, aber der Kühlschrank ist sehr alt, sehr laut im allgemeinen Erbe des Herrenhauses. Die hygienische Situation sieht nur schön aus, und wenn der Holzboden betreten wird, wird es bald dunkel. Es fliegen auch ein paar große Fliegen durch den Raum, hey, ein bisschen ekelhaft. Insgesamt ist der Preis nicht schlecht, dh die Rezeption ist sehr nervig, und die Gesundheitslage ist nicht mit Hardware ausgestattet.

I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay here. The hotel is smart, efficient, and fuss-free, which made everything easy. The room and bathroom were spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, and I slept very well throughout my stay. Breakfast and dinner buffet was delicious. This is honestly the best hotel I have stayed in across Coimbatore, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. The service was excellent, and special thanks to Bala, Surya, and Valli for their warmth and genuine care, they truly made my stay memorable.

Ich hatte einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Der Service war warm und aufmerksam, und die Unterkunft war komfortabel und gut gepflegt. Eines der Vorschläge wäre, die Bereitstellung von Waschdiensten zu berücksichtigen, vor allem für Gäste, die länger bleiben es würde einen großen Wert angesichts des Preispunktes hinzufügen. Insgesamt war alles andere gut, und ich genossen meine Zeit hier.

Hotel is nice and gym/pool are ok. Breakfast is good. One let-down was that I had booked 2 rooms with one king-size bed. However, this was not available anymore so I was given 2 rooms with 2 small beds. No apologies from the hotel or options to adjust/upgrade. This was a let-down and not handled well.
