Es war eine gute Erfahrung mit Indien. Einrichtungen war am besten. Auch Restaurant war gut organisiert mit Kategorien Indien & westliches Stil. Die Kaffeestation war wirklich ausgezeichnet, habe ich es nie in meinem Leben gesehen. Ich denke, es ist ein traditioneller Kaffeestil in Indien. Wenn mich jemand gefragt hat, werde ich hier empfehlen.

Well sized good rooms but some power issue turned lights on and off. The shower also didn’t turn off and was dripping. Location is good though and cheaper to get here than even Aerocity if you are travelling to airport

ホテルに入る手前に屋台のような店が並んでおり、地元の人で賑わっています。そうしたこともあり、車（タクシー）だとちょっと入りにくいです。朝食はベジタリアンを意識した感じ（インド人が多いのかも）でベーコンやソーセージのようなものはなかったのと最後に日に今日はコーヒーはない（3泊にうち1日ですけど）といわれたのが残念でした。問題はありませんが、特段すぐれたところもないといったで、値段なりといった感じだと思います。

It’s actually a turn of fate that is leading me to write this kind of a review. I was going to give this place a 5 star review until a phone call disturbed my spa session at their extraordinary JIVA. I can’t give beyond 2.5 now. First the good things: 1. The newly renovated Paranda serves very good Punjabi food. 2. JIVA spa here is the best I’ve been to in India especially because the therapist (Lha) knew what she was doing. Give her a raise! 3. Stunning view from both my rooms. 4. Gurleen at reception is FABULOUS and the check in process was smooth. She also accommodated my requests. 5. It’s a GREAT hotel all in all. BUT 1. After checking out from one of the rooms (other one was occupied by teen daughter and her 2 friends. This was birthday staycation cum party), I had to go for my spa session. All bills were settled. The caller from reception asks me to come over because “we swiped your card for X amount when you checked out but money didn’t come to us. We need to see the proof.” 2. When My daughter and her friends checked out (I was still in the spa) she was told the same. Fortunately, she had my handbag with my cards AND the CC receipt I had saved. I usually never ask for the customer copy but I’m SO GLAD THAT I DID THIS TIME. 3. Now, nowhere in the world will you ask to give a proof for the payment already made and embarrass your patron. The reception staff did it TWICE. 4. When I raised it at the time of leaving the hotel, not even a sincere apology was extended. Only, “we’ll try to figure out why this was done”. 5. Minor irritants that I could have ignored but am unwilling to do so now: there was absolutely NOTHING in the minibar. Not even a can of soda. Heck, I had to call the room service to get the glasses. No fruit/snack/nuts/cookies. Yes, sometimes people like a quick munch—especially to take medicines—and can’t wait for room service. Yes, we can happily pay for minibar contents. 6. The fridge in my room wasn’t working. When I checked out, I took the Coke can that I ordered last night ***** to the poolside while I awaited my spa appointment. The beverage was warm and I requested for ice. I was asked if the can was bought in-house before they provided service. Whoa! If you are reading this, Taj Surajkund guys, please check my room service bill. 7. And this takes the cake—on the drive back home the girls (14, 15 and 16) told me that someone knocked at their door multiple times during the night. When they looked through the magic eye, they saw an eye staring back. They got scared as hell but didn’t wake me up because they know I sleep early. Each time the knock happened, they’d get into a huddle and clutch a glass bottle each in case a break-in happened. They were scared to call the reception because they probably didn’t want nuisance on a hard-earned pajama afterparty. Maybe it was a badly behaved guest who was pulling this prank…they thought. Again, I could have let this slide but not now…this is not what one expects in India’s oldest hotel chains. So, what was supposed to be a fun, relaxing, and uplifting staycation turned into something of a bitter aftertaste. And after having spent A LOT OF MONEY for just one night staycation, I am forced to leave this review here.

The hotel was excellent, offering an escape from the city's bustle into a little oasis of VIP service and ambiance. This was my second stay, and I always recommend it. While it could use some minor renovations, it remains a fantastic property.

The Hotel is amazing, they accommodate my late check out request. Breakfast at the spectra restaurant was awesome. I will go back to this hotel and recommend everyone who is looking to stay. Keep it up 👍

IHG Krone Plaza war ein guter und entspannender Aufenthalt für mich. Die Lage des Hotels neben der nationalen Autobahn ist ein großer Plus als Flughafen und die großen Plätze in Gurgaon sind nur wenige Meilen entfernt. Große Gastfreundschaft auch von der Mitarbeiter.

Schönes Hotel perfekt für Geschäftsreisen. Zimmer war geräumig und hatte einen schönen Bürotisch. Frühstücksausbreitung war auch wunderschön. Wirklich genossen meinen Aufenthalt!

good hotel and well maintained. has a spa and massage with good gym facility. Perfect for business traveler. on the highway so makes time travel a lot more easier.

Das Vier-Sterne-Hotel hat einen Fünf-Sterne-Standard. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück Essen ist gut und die Umgebung ist ruhig. Das einzig schlechte ist, dass das Sofa im ersten Stock des Hotels etwas stinkt und insgesamt erschwinglich ist.

Neu renoviert, es riecht stark beim Betreten, die Lage ist relativ abgelegen und weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Es wird nicht für Geschäftsreisende oder Touristen empfohlen

Gutes Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Nitzkreises und in der Nähe von Unternehmen wie=kubota und anderen. Lebensmittelqualität ist ziemlich gut. Plus haben Sie viele Optionen in der Nähe zu essen und zu kaufen. Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Frühstücksverteilung ist gut.

The buffet breakfast was good. Room size is average. Swimming pool is very good. They also surprised me with a birthday cake

Very easy to find hotel mathura on road, staff behaviour was very gud room condition was awesome. Food quality is superb. At the end i was very happy with the golden galaxy. Thank you make my trip

Location: is wonderful food : v good. Amenities: seems to available but mostly not maintained. I was made to check in first at room 111. There most things were corrected after check in, however ac was not functioning. Later their maintenance told that it will have to be attended. Simply room condition was not maintained before check in. So they shifted me to another room !22. There again preparation were made after check in. However ac was working, but intercom not functional. Washroom door got stuck at night, which their maintenance person could not attend to. In all hotel has good facility but they are not been taken care as a result stay becomes less comfortable. For such a property.

Property is well maintained. Good location. Hospitality is excellent and nevertheless overall experience was very good. Good food, neat and clean rooms. Staff and owner was very polite and attentive. No problem for families to stay. Near to ambala railway station
