This room has two windows, one is in the bedroom and this one is on your picture, Second window is In living room and has a direct sea view, no wall view. - This is not a sea view. This is a view with a little bit of water in it. I ask you to visit rooms with true sea views and you will notice the difference. The people viewing reviews online can judge for themselves. 2. We are suprised by your claim about constant noise during the night because of cleaning activites and general foot traffic in the reception area. First because you didn't mentioned it during your stay and during check-out, and second reason is because we never clean during the night and only one receptionist is in the reception area in this time and there is no possibility of any traffic on the reception. - There are c. Four rooms next to reception. The halls echo. To us it sounded like cleaning. If it was not cleaning, then I advise your staff to be more quiet at night. 3. Puteus Palace is situated near the main church and as Croatia is catholic country so the local habit is that church bell are ringing every hour from 6 am – 11 pm to present time of the day and on Sudays they ring longer to celebrate mass. As you came on Sunday evening to the reception and claimed about bell ringing it was explained it to you that on Sunday the bells ring a bit longer during the day. - it was explained after check out. I advise you inform guests prior to check in. 4. Our receptionist offered you ear plugs which you refused and you decided to check out on this evening. - I use these words cautiously - whoever informed you of this has lied to you. We were not offered ear plugs. In any case ear plugs would have made no difference. I advise you make this clearer on your website. 5. Our receptionist offered you twice assistance with the luggage wich you refused as well. - I would not have provided this feedback if it was not true. It appears that you are calling me a liar which I take great offence to. No assistance was offered. I am appalled that this is your reply. I would have been fine to carry my luggage but you let my girlfriend carry her luggage alone without assistance. I do not expect any compensation for what was a hugely disappointing stay. Your email has magnified what are glaring inadequacies in your offering. Thank you for taking the time to reply but I find your reply totally inadequate and inaccurate.

This was a beautiful hotel. It was not the original one we were booked into, but we were moved to the Adriana n we couldnt be happier. The staff were so friendly n welcomed us like family. The room was a fair size as was the bathroom n the bed so comfortable, we even had a little balcony. The location of the hotel is perfect n with amazing views. The buffet breakfast was amazing with many choices n you could also order a few special things. The rooftop bar n pool were well equiped n had the best view. We ate at the restaurant twice during our 3 nights stay n both nights the food was delicious n the staff could not do enough for you. Highly reccomend this hotel for any length of stay.

The location is excellent, with easy access to the old town. The cleanliness, food and friendliness of the staff is without a single complaint. The child especially enjoyed the pool, considering our visit in January.

Fantastisches Hotel, 5 Gehminuten vom Fährterminal und Busstation entfernt. Das Resort ist klein, macht aber einen ruhigen Urlaub, der genau das ist, was wir suchten. Wir wurden auf die Hafensuite aufgerüstet, die ein erstaunliches Zimmer ist, obwohl kein Balkon, uns nicht stört, nur um andere zu informieren. Dusche Gel und Shampoo sind Ritual gekennzeichnet und stinken schön. Das Essen ist fabulös, das Frühstück ist Buffet-Stil und das Abendessen (für halbe Border) wird aus dem Menü ausgewählt. Echt hochwertig und glauben Sie, sie wurden Michelin für 2024 empfohlen. Sie haben uns sogar einen Frühstücksbeutel gegeben, als wir sehr früh rauscheckten. Das Personal ist fantastisch, sehr freundlich und kann nicht genug für Sie tun. Das war der Fall von der Rezeption, Restaurant bis zur Dachbar. Alle waren großartig. Die Dachbar war ein brillantes Ort, um sich zu sitzen und den Sonnenuntergang und das Fähren zu sehen und zu gehen. Der Pool ist bedeckt und mit einem separaten Bereich für Sonnenbad erhitzt. Es gibt auch ein paar Saunen, die Sie verwenden können. Der kleinste Grippe, es wäre gut, die Oberfläche der Bäume zu schneiden, die den Blick von der Sonnenterrasse blockiert. Ich würde hier ganz sicher nochmal für einen kalten und entspannten Urlaub bleiben.

Ich war von diesem Hotel sehr begeistert! Das Zimmer war sauber und neu. Es hatte die perfekte Lage mit der besten Aussicht auf Split und man kann die Altstadt/Burg in 15 Minuten zu Fuß am schönen Meer entlang erreichen. Das Frühstück hat mich wirklich begeistert. Der Hotelservice war auch sehr gut. Das Hotelpersonal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf Anfrage wurde mir ein später Check-out um 13 Uhr gewährt :) Ich kann dieses Hotel Besuchern von Split wärmstens empfehlen!

The hotel is near the church and the bayside. It is near the stores as well but then it is quite hard to find at first and quite hard to get there when you have so many luggages coz the car cannot access inside coz it is inside a small street. The room have a beautiful view as well and it smells so good (but it’s too strong though). Somehow it is clean yet I saw a small cockroach. The wifi cannot reach our room as well even if our room is only in the first floor. Overall it was okay. The bed is so comfy and the pillows. But the blanket is so weird coz it is supposed to be a big one for 1 big bed and for couples, but then the blanket is two small ones and they are separated. I find it weird but it’s okay. And also the mirror, i don’t like when the mirror is reflective in the bed. For fengshui it is not healthy coz it will make you sick. But overall, the hotel is good and the price is quite pricey though. The pool is just okay.

Ein ausgezeichneter Erwachsener - nur zurück, wo die Menschen wirklich die Erfahrung unvergesslich machen. Wir verbrachten fünf Nächte auf dem Halbboard-Paket und wirklich nicht wollten gehen. Ein besonderer Dank an unseren Kopfpflegepersonal, Richard, dessen Wärme, Professionalität und echten Gastfreundschaft jedes Essen etwas zu erwarten machten. Seine Aufmerksamkeit auf Details und freundliche Persönlichkeit erhöhte unser ganzer Aufenthalt. Das Hotel selbst ist superb gelegen, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom kristallklaren Wasser. Der Pool ist fantastisch, das Essen war konsequent ausgezeichnet, und die Zimmer waren ruhig, modern und außergewöhnlich gut geräuschbeständig. Das kleine Kühlschrank, eine starke Dusche und ein komfortables Bett machten es einfach, nach einem Tag zu entspannen, um Brač zu erkunden. Das Hotel Milna Osam hat unsere Erwartungen auf jeden Fall überschritten. Wir werden absolut zurückkehren und würden es glücklich empfehlen, jedermann nach einem friedlichen, qualitativ hochwertigen Aufenthalt in Kroatien suchen.

We recently had an incredible stay at Hvar Places Hotel by Valamar in Stari Grad, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience for the whole family! My kids were absolutely delighted with everything the hotel had to offer – from the beautiful surroundings to the well-organized activities. The entire atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, perfect for a family getaway. A special thank you goes to Mr. Ivan Polak, who truly went above and beyond in making our stay seamless and enjoyable. We arrived with a private boat, and his assistance made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His exceptional hospitality really set the tone for a memorable vacation. We can't wait to return and create more wonderful memories here!

Große Lage, gute Ausstattung, sehr schöne Aussicht vom Restaurant und Pool, gute Service, gutes Frühstück, das Personal ist nett. Das Hotel ist etwas überpreist für die Größe, Komfort und Aussicht auf das Zimmer. Trinken und Mahlzeiten sind auch teuer. Die Preise sind überall in der Stadt tatsächlich unverhältnismäßig hoch.

Das Hotel ist das höchste Gebäude Kroatiens. Es ist brandneu und gehört Marriott. Es liegt hoch oben und bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht. Wir hatten das Glück, im zweithöchsten Stockwerk, dem 27., zu übernachten. Der Spa-Bereich und der Pool des Hotels waren super. Auch der Fitnessraum bietet eine tolle Aussicht, was das Training sehr entspannend macht. Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich. Es ist nicht weit von der Altstadt entfernt und bietet eine gute Anbindung an Busse und Taxis (ca. 5 Euro, nicht teuer). Sehr empfehlenswert.
