"Wir waren mit unserem 5-jährigen Sohn für 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel und alles hat hervorragend funktioniert. Jeden Tag haben wir frische Handtücher bekommen, und die Damen vom Reinigungspersonal waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich. Es gab jeden Tag etwas Neues und für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei. Besonders unser Sohn hat sich jeden Morgen sehr darauf gefreut. Am Abreisetag mussten wir sehr früh losfahren und haben auf Wunsch ein Frühstückspaket zum Mitnehmen bekommen. Für uns drei gab es jeweils eine Box mit Obst, einem vegetarischen Sandwich, einem gekochten Ei sowie Banane, Wasser und Saft – also ein richtiges Frühstück. Wir waren begeistert, wie gut alles organisiert war und wie reibungslos alles funktioniert hat. Dieses Hotel empfehlen wir sehr gerne weiter – wir waren rundum zufrieden."

"Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, was praktisch war, da ich einen Tagesausflug gebucht hatte und die Reisegruppe dort abholen konnte. Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind allerdings recht alt, und am Morgen meiner Ankunft war das Wasser abgestellt, sodass ich die Toilette nicht benutzen konnte, was sehr ärgerlich war. Das Hotel gab dafür keine Erklärung."

"This is definately not a 5 star hotel. I can’t understand how it’s been given that ranking. The room was definitely not the same as the picture. The carpet in the room was old and faded. The decor looked like it was from when it was first built or updated, at least 30+ years ago. The bathroom in the executive room was worse than Butlins basic accommodation in the U.K., and that’s saying something. The yellow sofa in the grand reception area was tired and dirty. I definitely would never stay there again or recommend to anybody. The majority of the staff were unfriendly. The waiters in the dining room never even looked at you. We had to go to them to request tea and coffee with our breakfast and it seemed like it was too much trouble for them. We stayed in the hotel as part of a fully inclusive cruise booking. The cruise company Iglu cruises must have got a really good deal with them. The hotel was full of people on fully inclusive deals. Definitely not five star. More like 2 star in my opinion."

"Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Wir kamen am Morgen des 11. an und unser Gepäck wurde freundlicherweise aufbewahrt. Als wir dann am frühen Morgen des 13. abreisten, packten sie uns sogar ein Frühstückspaket. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und der Service war ausgezeichnet. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Nur leider habe ich vergessen zu fragen, wann wir unsere Kaution zurückbekommen."

"The hotel was sleek. I like the minimalist style of the hotel. Looks very new. The receptions area was bright and shiny. Classy. The hotel has a rooftop restaurant and a swimming pool (do not know if you can swim in the summer). It is not that big. From the rooftop you can see the parthenon. It was nice! The staff there are friendly and helpful. The food is okay and drinks were good though hotel price as we all know, is pricey. The room was spacious enough but they had no telephone to use to call the receptions if ever you need anything. However, I like that they had a nespresso. The location though is not that near to Plaka and Acropolis. It’s almost more than a kilometer away but it’s a straight line. If you are a walker, that would be a good warm up. They could call you a cab any time and they had all the information that we needed. Downside: Elevator was slow and noise from the hallway and the road could easily be heard. Wish they would do something to make the rooms sound proof."

"Wonderful Hotel Stay with Outstanding Service We stayed at the Nea Makri Seafront Hotel for three nights with my three children, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel itself is modern, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely excellent. The buffet breakfast was a real highlight — generous, fresh, and with plenty of variety to keep everyone satisfied. There was never a shortage of food, which made mornings relaxing and stress-free. One thing to note is that the snack bar and dinner options at the hotel were noticeably more expensive than what we’ve experienced in other parts of Greece. The same goes for the supermarket just across the road. While convenient, it was also overpriced in comparison. The location of the hotel is a bit isolated, especially if you don't have a car. We found there wasn’t a lot to do or explore nearby, which was a bit disappointing during a three-night stay. That said, this is more about the area than the hotel itself, and not something the hotel can control. What truly made the stay memorable was the incredible staff. I want to give a special thanks to Evi (Evie) at the front desk — she was so kind, helpful, and welcoming, and she made a real effort with my children, which meant a lot. Also, a heartfelt thank you to the gentleman on reception at 5am on the day we checked out. My son had accidentally left his phone in the taxi to the airport, and this man went above and beyond by contacting the driver and arranging for the phone to be returned. We were so grateful. Overall, a wonderful hotel with top-tier service. While the location may not be ideal without a car, the comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional staff more than made up for it. Thank you again to everyone who made our stay so welcoming and stress-free."

"Un soggiorno da sogno! Ho trascorso una notte in questo splendido boutique hotel e ne sono rimasta incantata. L’atmosfera è rilassante, le camere curate nei minimi dettagli, tutto moderno, tecnologico e pulito. Il servizio impeccabile. Un luogo perfetto per chi cerca eleganza, tranquillità e autentica ospitalità greca. Mi aspettava anche un regalino in camera, che era molto apprezzato! Non vedo l’ora di tornare! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Ein gemütliches Hotel mit freundlicher Rezeptionistin. Beim Einchecken gab es ein paar Probleme, die aber eher an Trip.com als am Hotel lagen. Es war etwas laut im Zimmer, aber wir bekamen kostenlos ein größeres Zimmer mit Terrasse. Die Lage ist zentral in Piräus."

"Das Zentrumhotel wurde zum ersten Mal in Athen ausgewählt. Die Lage ist sehr gut, nach Westdeutsche Stadt, der Verfassungsplatz ist sehr nahe und es kann auch kostenlos parken. Das Zimmer ist relativ groß und sehr sauber, das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und das Essen ist sehr zufrieden. Aber der Nachteil ist, dass unser Zimmer auf der Straße ist, dass das Auto und das Motorrad zu stark sind, die Schlaf beeinflussen. Ein weiterer Nachteil ist, dass das kleine Bett zwischen drei Personen in der Nähe des großen Bettes ist, auch sehr niedrig und unbehaglich."

"Da es unsere Flitterwochen waren, war dies unsere erste Buchung und es war nahezu perfekt. Die Lage war nicht ideal, da es abgelegen war, aber das Hotel war sehr schön und hatte alles, was wir brauchten."
