"Ich hatte einen absolut schönen Aufenthalt hier. Die Zimmer waren spotless, in den Zimmern waren Kaffeemaschine, Bademantel, Zimmerschuhe, Haartrockner. Es gab grundlegende Toiletten und Sie könnten auch für Vanity-Kits oder Rasen-Kits fragen. Das Restaurant im Zimmer ist sehr gut gepreist, aber es ist nicht den ganzen Tag, also prüfen Sie mit der Rezeption. Es gibt so viel zu tun um das Gebäude und es gibt auch eine große Parkplätze. Der Innenpool ist erhitzt und kann bis 8PM verwendet werden. Das Frühstück ist von 7-10AM und ist eine schöne Ausbreitung."

"The hotel was lovely and the staff were professional, although they could have been slightly more friendly. The room did not have AC which was a big disappointment as we were very hot, but overall the facilities and spa was great."

"Very accommodating. Lovely rooms. Location is great as it is near Stratford upon Avon and Warwick so you can spend a day in both. Use of facilities are good. Very happy to recommend this to someone."

"Very enjoyable night on Half Board. Food was good with set menu, but a choice. Pool area a bit dated, but everything was clean. Bathroom needed the shower head changed, it was halfway down the wall. Bedroom extremely clean and towels and bedding immaculate. Breakfast was very good. Until I got up to get some food and came back to find the table cleared and a man not my husband about to sit down. We had full mugs of tea on the table and oj. Gone. Nevermind, it was funny !! Would return again though if in the area !"

"Couple with dog. For two nights we didn't have hot water. We rang reception an spoke to the duty manager - the second time...He told us it was because there was a coach load of people staying who had all taken a shower/bath at the same time on their return, and we would have to wait until it heated up again. That didn't allow for the lack of pressure - a trickle! In the end we gave up - no shower/bath. However, the duty manager assured us that the manager would find us the next morning.... this never happened, On the Saturday night the same thing happened. The excuse given by the receptionist for the manager not having found us that morning was there was a wedding and all managers were needed - they didn't start their shift until 11am. The duty manager couldn't speak to us as he was working at the wedding - Saturday night - but Leanne assured us that she had noted our complaint and that she had written up notes, and our inconvenience (now not having hot water for two nights of a three night stay) would be reflected in our invoice on checking out. This wasn't the point. The stay was supposed to be a relaxing, super special treat, not able to have a shower or a bath at night was NOT okay! She assured us that on the third night the 'tour' party and 'wedding party' would have left. So we would have hot water. Which we did. On checking out the receptionist had no idea about our complaint, and therefore couldn't help us. We are in the process of writing a compliant, and a review. The staff and hotel did not let you down - the management did! I have a video of the water pressure. On another point, the hotel is described as dog friendly. This might be the case. You can bring your dog for a fee of £25 a night, however, on check in we were told we had to eat in the bar area or outside. Luckily the weather was okay. However, we felt like second class citizens! Not only that but the bar area has no tables at which anyone could eat a meal - the tables are all low and only fit for snacks!"

"Große Lage, und schöne Grundstücke ~ Parkplatz war schwer zu finden.  Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich, mit einem schönen festen Bett, das Wetter war sehr warm, und obwohl es einen Fan im Zimmer war die Wärme stirb und so heiß! Das so genannte “Air Con” war nutzlos!  Der Innenpool war eine gute Größe, aber es war so unglaublich heiß im Gebäude, es war schwer zu atmen!! (Öffnen Sie die Türen, um etwas Sauerstoff in!) Das Abendessen war gut, wie das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen.  Sehr teuer für einen mittelmäßigen Aufenthalt.  Schönes Personal überall."

"Dieses Hotel ist ein Schlossgebäude, die Peripherie ist sehr gut, das Innere ist alt und das Servicepersonal ist immer noch sehr enthusiastisch!"

"Die Lage ist gut wie ein Golfplatz in den Vororten, sehr nahe an der Straße, aber man muss fahren. Der einzige Ort, an dem man sich beschweren kann, ist, dass das Frühstück wirklich schlecht ist und alles andere gut ist "

"Ich habe hier 4 mal für Konferenzen verblieben. Personal, vor allem im Restaurant sind so freundlich. Zimmer sauber und komfortable Betten. Air Con in den Gemeindegebieten, aber nicht in den Zimmern - die waren ziemlich heiß übernachtet."
