"Ich habe einen Tag gefragt, dieses Hotel ist schön, aber das Zimmer ist so klein. Zwei Leute wechseln sich um und kämpfen , das Gepäck kann nicht geöffnet werden, aber die Schüssel haben zwei, aber ein Schüssel hat keinen Raum für einen Schüssel, auch keine Beine, das Badezimmer ist kleiner. Also kam ich in das Haus der Gastfreundschaft im Garten. Ich bin nicht in den zwei Nächten gekommen, um die Toiletten zu räumen, die Wäsche zu räumen, und es gibt kein Bergwasser. In Großbritannien ist das Frühstück in diesen Hotels ein Problem, um die Zeit zu bestimmen, um die Zeit zu begrenzen, um die Probleme zu lösen. Whenever my son’s school term break or a long holiday begins, this is the first place we choose to refresh ourselves and truly enjoy relaxing family time. During the final days of the Easter Bank Holiday, we once again had an unforgettable stay here, and the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Our wonderful experience began at reception, where a professional and welcoming receptionist, Mr. Waleed, assisted us. He kindly helped register our car plate for overnight parking and informed us that the swimming pool facility renovations had been completed. He also thoughtfully let us know that my son Matt could enjoy the pool until 7 p.m. Thanks to his clear explanation and kind arrangement, we had plenty of time to fully enjoy the excellent swimming pool, Jacuzzi, dry sauna, and steam room. It was a perfect way for both adults and children to relax and unwind. After our swim, we were quite hungry. At that moment, Restaurant Manager Mr. Nadeem warmly approached us and started chatting with my son. Matt was absolutely delighted—especially because Mr. Nadeem remembered him from previous visits. His kindness made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Even while waiting for our meal, we felt cheerful and at ease. At the end of dinner, he took time to speak with us again, encouraging Matt in his studies and sharing that his wife is a wonderful school teacher. These sincere and personal interactions truly touched our hearts. We also followed sightseeing recommendations from other hotel staff and visited nearby attractions such as Walton-on-Thames, which made our trip even more enjoyable and memorable. Once again, Holiday Inn London–Shepperton made us feel welcomed, cared for, and appreciated as a family. This hotel is not just a place to stay—it truly feels like a second home to us. "Another lovely stay. Evening meal was very good. Breakfast was average. The spa facilities are good. They have added extra hot tubs which was a nice addition although both hot tubs were not as clean as they could have been. We went to the spa very early and was a little disappointed with the amount of scum marks in the hot tub. We felt it should have been wiped round before the first people used it. Other than that we had a lovely stay."

"Great hotel, friendly staff that go above and beyond! Rooms of decent standard, however some minor gripes, bed sheets intitially had a small stain and some hairs. The wooden sliding shutters would not close fully causing sunlight to come through early morning. The downstair rooms are joined by locked doors (assuming if booked for families) which allows noise from next door easily. Reasturant was decent food but a little overpriced for the quality. Overall decent stay if a little overpriced."

"Nice cosy cottage room with underfloor heating in bathroom, a bath and separate shower cubicle with overhead shower, a wide range of complimentary soft drinks and snacks. Lots of small but fast spiders, but expected for a cottage with lots of garden space. Service was friendly and welcoming and you can request a golf cart ride to and from different locations on the Beaverbrook grounds. 4 different restaurants to choose from. Breakfast included. Relatively expensive (3 starters, 2 mains, 2 sides, 2 desserts and a bottle of water was £200) but also expected for a place like this. Service was great. Booking a hotel room for the night includes use of the spa, no matter which online platform you book through including trip.com. Spa was a nice experience, though felt more like a health club that had spa facilities rather than a dedicated spa as I thought they would have more than 1 of each type. 1 sauna, 1 steam room, 1 jacuzzi (only 1 button worked), 1 indoor swimming pool, 1 outdoor heated swimming pool and a kids pool. Felt like they could have cleaned the leaves in the outdoor pool. Lots of choice for massages and other treatments. Gym was nice and modern. Towels, slippers and robes provided. Overall a pleasant stay."

Das Personal hat bei meinem Besuch einen exemplären Service, der Professionalität und Aufmerksamkeit zeigt.
