"Im Zentrum von Manchester gelegen, gibt es eine Straßenbahn nicht weit von der Tür entfernt. Nach Selfridges sind es zu Fuß nur 15 Minuten Das Spa im Erdgeschoss des Hotels ist sehr gut, es gibt dort tolle Gesichtsbehandlungen. Obwohl das Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen ist, wurde die Toilette renoviert Der Check-in an der Rezeption verlief relativ schnell, aber niemand bot Hilfe beim Gepäck an, was etwas enttäuschend war. Alles in allem ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut und ich werde weiterhin bleiben!"

"Große Haltestelle auf dem Weg nach Schottland! Müde die Kinder in den Pool und sogar einige Jacuzzi Zeit selbst. Große Einrichtungen und vier von uns komfortabel passen. Das Personal konnte nicht mehr tun, vor allem am Frühstück, als sie auf meine Kinder schauten und ihnen den Buchkasten gezeigt haben. Danke an die Dame, die eine British Airways Host besonders war! "

"Obwohl es ein kleines Problem mit dem System gab, als ich ankam, hat der Empfangsmann es sehr professionell handhabt, was mich sehr schätzen lässt. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, komfortabel und hat eine sehr beeindruckende Aussicht. Der Fitnessraum, der Schwimmbad, das Essen ...all machen alles perfekter. Ich werde sicherlich mehr Freunde einführen und nächstes Mal wiederkommen."

"Der Hotelrezeptor war am hilftlichsten, Parkplatz direkt außerhalb des Eingangs, Zimmer komfortabel, entspannt und gut vorgestellt. Wir wählen ein einfaches Essen von frisch gekochtem Kabeljau und Chips, das lecker war. Die Freizeiteinrichtungen waren gut mit Handtüchern und Kleidern ausgestattet. Eine öffentliche/bewohnerbar war lebendig und es war für Nichtbewohner, die zwischen den Terminals bewegen, zugänglich. Die Aussichten auf Flüge vom Flughafen während des Abends waren angenehm zu sehen. Ein ruhiges Zimmer mit Zimmerservice. Empfohlen."

Guter Preis für Geld. freundliches Empfangspersonal in der Nähe eines schönen Außenbalkons mit Blick auf den Kanal, wo Sie Ihre Getränke aus der Bar nehmen können. Manchester ist leicht zu Fuß von der Lage der Hotels im Herzen von Castlefield entfernt."

"During my recent stay at this hotel, I found the overall experience to be enjoyable with top-quality fittings and furnishings. However, there were areas that required improvement. The hotel itself is pleasant, but enhancing the service and room cleaning would significantly improve the guest experience. A standard room was paid for but a disability-accessible room was provided. We requested to change it to a standard which was done immediately without any questions. No water bottles were provided in the room initially; they were only given on request and only two small bottles were provided. Additionally, the room cleaning service was unsatisfactory. Despite requesting it twice over 4 nights, the cleaner only changed the sheets once and neglected to take out the bins vacuum, replace towels or clean the bathroom. This was particularly disappointing given the length of my nearly week-long stay. The breakfast was beautifully presented with various options but unfortunately remained the same every day lacking any variation. Some areas were particularly poor. For instance, the scrambled eggs had a distinct smell and were overly watery. Adding tomatoes or simply varying the options every few days would have improved the experience. One concern we had was the cleaning team. Twice the cleaner used his universal card to enter our room without ensuring no one was present. My partner was in the shower and our young baby was asleep. We heard a knock but were unable to reach the door in time. Upon reaching it we realised he was already entering. This occurred twice and on the following day we decided to chain the door for privacy reasons. In other hotels we have stayed in, privacy is of the utmost concern for staff and they would never even risk opening someone’s locked door without making sure. A better system needs to be in place here."
