"A beautiful estate and so much to explore nearby. It's quite close to Windsor center and only a few min drive away from Windsor Castle. The layout of the hotel was a bit confusing at first because the main hotel reception is a little hidden, but easy enough to find after one or two attempts! The room is reasonably spacious for two and fairly clean. I only wish there was a fridge! One of our curtains fell on the second day of our stay. We were out when it happened and found it fallen when we got back. We went to reception to let them know (this was around 1pm) and they said they'll send someone over to take a look. We waited in our room until 6pm, called reception again, and no one came. We went down to reception the next day to inquire again and were told that maintenance had left for the evening, but that they will be sent to our room straightaway the next morning. We went out the next morning, came back, and found the curtain completely removed!! No replacement. We asked reception if someone was going to come replace the curtain and they basically said they couldn't fix it at this point, and that they could change us to a twin bed room (we were originally in a double) that was much, much smaller. Not the kind of situation I would expect from a hotel that flaunts its customer service. We also asked for room service on all three nights and not once were our bedsheets/duvet changed (we had an orange juice stain in the middle of our bed that was still there every day). Overall the location is great and the hotel is super aesthetic, but we didn't like the fact we had to stay in a curtain-less room for 2 nights with no compensation or alternative (and had to chase them to even do something about the fallen curtain)."

"It was a good stay & all staff was friendly & efficient. Only 1st night we couldn’t enjoy spa but this matter was fixed by next morning. Breakfast was good, dinner was really nice & overall we enjoyed our trip. Thank you"

"Das Frühstück ist jeden Tag gleich, ich esse schnell, das Bett ist einsam, und es ist ein Schlafschrank. Als meine Freunde mich im Vereinigten Königreich 🇬🇧 nach dem Hotel nehmen, prüfte ich die Gesundheitsprobleme des Hotels. Als ich das Bett sah, hatte ich Haare und Staub. Ich wollte mich zum ersten Mal beschweren, aber der Freund hat es vergessen, es hat es nicht verstanden. Der dritte Tag am nächsten Tag ist immer noch, Ich bin fast verrückt, mit Trip.com. Nachdem der Kundenservice reflektiert wurde, kamen die Hotelbediensteten nach oben und nahmen mir die Handtücher, um mich zu 😰 zu nehmen."

"Saubere und ordentliche unerwartete Überraschungen sind großartig als Fünf-Sterne-Hotels und Wasser. Ich liebe sie. Ich bleibe normalerweise in Hotels. Es ist besser. Dieses Mal habe ich versehentlich eine super kostengünstige Liebe gewählt, die ich mit mir teilen möchte Vielen Dank, Freunde, es unterscheidet sich nur von dem Preis, den die Software anzeigt. Ich bin mehr als 600. Die Software kostet 299 Yuan."

"Nice location, ample parking, easy to find. Disappointing things were no wifi connectivity in the room no network signal either. The leisure facilities were not looked after as jacuzzi was out of order without a mention on website, steam room was not operational one day out of the two days stay. Not enough lights in the room. Double bed was bit too small. Both The reception guys were excellent very polite and helpful."

"Lovely comfortable hotel, only drawback for us was that although they accept dogs (for which they charge quite a lot) there's nowhere to eat apart from the lobby, which is rather big and exposed, if you have the dog with you. Part of the dog policy is that they shouldn't be left alone in the room (that I agree with) but it left us having to go out of the hotel to eat at a local pub which was more dog friendly. Otherwise it was great, comfortable beds, good bathroom and a pleasant ambience, nice receptionists."

"Um mein Kind zu einem Vorstellungsgespräch in eine nahe gelegene Schule zu bringen, blieb ich eine Nacht, sodass für das Hotel keine Anforderungen bestanden. Die Einrichtungen im Zimmer sind durchschnittlich, die Betten sind zusammengestellt, nicht sehr bequem, die Gesundheit ist in Ordnung, das Frühstück ist zu schlecht und die Gesamterfahrung ist akzeptabel, wenn es nicht für den Urlaub ist! Die Dekoration an der Rezeption ist in Ordnung und relativ warm und elegant!"

"Der Service ist sehr gut und die Einrichtungen sind auch gut. Während der Epidemie müssen Sie im Voraus einen Termin vereinbaren. Es ist besonders nachdenklich. Die Pooldesinfektionsarbeiten werden sehr gut ausgeführt."
