Wunderbarer Service - Garde und Porter vorne, effiziente Front Desk, upgraded to a Nile room. Der Pool Seite war groß mit Blick auf den Nilen, viele Stühle und frische Handtücher, obwohl Barpersonal manchmal etwas langsam auf Trink und Nahrungsmittel füllen könnte dies vergeben werden Buffet Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl einschließlich Eier für den Bestell, Personal sehr aufmerksam Die Abendessenswahl war OK, aber wieder großartig 

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel. Die Zimmer sind in einem rustikalen Stil, haben aber alles Grundlegende vorhanden. Einzig die Lage gibt dem Hotel hier deutlich Minuspunkte, da es doch sehr außerhalb und in einer ungeteerte Straße liegt. Ein Uber / Taxi zu bekommen war dementsprechend nicht so einfach.

Die Gesamtumgebung ist gut, aber die Einrichtungen sind zu alt. Sie müssen modernisiert werden, um besser zur schönen Landschaft zu passen. Es ist eine gute Wahl in Assuan. Der Service muss verbessert werden. Die beiden von mir gewünschten Handtücher wurden beim Auschecken nicht geliefert.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel, erstklassiger Service! Alle unsere Anliegen an der Rezeption wurden umgehend bearbeitet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, ruhig und zuvorkommend und leistet hervorragende Arbeit. Besonders schön ist der Blick auf den Nil aus dem Fenster. Auch die Terrasse des Hotelrestaurants bietet eine traumhafte Aussicht.

Excellent room, and very friendly and sincerely caring staff. The Nile view from the balcony is amazing. Monica the Guest relation manager went above and beyond to ensure our stay is at its best. Ibrahim from the breakfast restaurant always prepare our breakfast to go as our excursions were very early. Thank you Tolip staff for making our stay memories unforgettable. THANK YOU.

定了CLUB，辦理入住時給的HOTEL。兩個酒店應該是一家。 先説優點吧，環境不錯，酒店建在一個山頭上，能遠眺阿斯旺城市夜景，能看到尼羅河，有個泳池，還有個巨大無比的40多平米的露台。前台服務員很熱情，早餐也不錯。 缺點是房間設施太老舊了，像國內80年代的縣委招待所。空調出風噪音很大，換成低檔就停機，換成中檔就風噪很大。洗澡淋浴稀稀拉拉，WIFI拉垮。900多塊一天，合不合適大家自己掂量吧。

Pros The hotel facilities were absolutely beautiful with an amazing view. Traditional Nubian style house. Every corner makes you want to capture the space. We had a rocky start but the hotel staff tried to redeem themselves. We lost an apple watch which the hotel helped us get back ASAP before we reached Luxor. We are grateful for this. Cons Awful communication and hospitality. We were the only guests in the entire resort because of low season but still received shitty service. The hotel is in a secluded place making it difficult to reach.It’s on top of a mountain on a dusty rocky road. The hotel offers a tuktuk. We did our research prior and contacted the hotel to arrange getting to the hotel from the village and check in since we knew we’d land in the AMs. We were ignored. We arrived at the village meeting point at 1:45 but only ended up getting to our rooms around 3:50am because reaching the hotel via call and WhatsApp was so difficult. The staff had no sense of urgency. We were frustrated and anxious in this wellness resort. Our taxi driver refused to take us up the mountain and the tuktuk refused to take us because of our many bags (which is understandable). I’m very disappointed in the service and I know the staff has lots of potential to improve on their service delivery. The hotel needs to be more cognisant of their customer service and guests hospitality. Staying here was stressful. Recommended if you want aesthetic vibes,a beautiful picturesque hotel with good breakfast. Don’t recommend if you prioritise great guest services, comfortability and peace.

On our first night, the room was not clean. After our first complaint, housekeeping did a simple cleanup but it was still unsatisfactory. With our second complaint, a deeper cleaning was arranged, and the room was finally clean — though it was already past midnight (around 1am). The hotel staff apologized and kindly compensated us with a dinner discount, which we appreciated. Overall, we are happy with the team’s fast response and service recovery. One small feedback: the facilities’ opening hours (spa and gym) clash with typical sightseeing schedules. Since they open late and close early, we were unable to enjoy them. It would be great if the hotel could consider extending the operating hours. Credit to the room towel decoration. Surprises everyday we came back from sightseeing. Talented creativity of towel art.

不住老瀑布感覺其實可以放棄去阿斯旺，因為阿斯旺最美的風景在新樓房間陽台，酒店有不少缺點，但僅此一項就不可替代。 這個價位服務談不上好，中午12點多check in，説大概率會提前出房，讓留了埃及電話説到時聯繫，我們就坐在餐廳吃喝等着，直到兩點多自己去問，發現早就出來了，出來的房卡就在一個盒子裏放着，臨時去翻，看架勢工作人員壓根不會打電話。 早餐在1902，沒什麼品種，居然是埃及行中最差的早餐，而且1902在完全沒有風景的位置，想不通為什麼早餐不安排在河景餐廳位置。 晚餐我們也在1902吃的法餐，味道就soso ，吃個歷史感吧，裝修其實挺差的。 下午四點有room tour，如果無人入住，可以參觀阿加莎和丘吉爾住過的房間，我們那天很幸運都參觀到了
