⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Magical Family Escape at Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel, Anji County (11–13 July 2026) We recently stayed at Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel in Anji County from 11–13 July 2026, and overall it was a wonderful family experience. This hotel is much more than just a place to stay — it is a complete family holiday destination designed around children, imagination and creating unforgettable memories. 🌟 Exceptional Service from Shi Jun — A True Credit to the Hotel Before arriving, I honestly considered cancelling our reservation due to communication difficulties. However, one person completely changed our experience — Shi Jun from the front desk team. Shi Jun demonstrated truly exceptional hospitality. Through WeChat, he patiently communicated with us, answered every question and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. He helped us when we were close to giving up on the reservation, arranged room changes, helped find a suitable place for me to work, assisted when we needed to visit the hospital, and continued to care about every detail of our family’s needs. His professionalism, kindness and genuine concern for guests represent the very best of hospitality. Shi Jun is a young man who is a true credit to Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel. For his service alone, I would give 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. 🌟 Beautiful, Spacious and Immaculately Clean Rooms The room was one of the biggest highlights of our stay. It was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. The family design created a warm and welcoming environment, with excellent bedding, a well-maintained bathroom and plenty of space for parents and children. For families travelling with young children, cleanliness and comfort are essential — and Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel truly delivered. 🍳 Excellent and Abundant Breakfast The breakfast was another highlight. There was a fantastic selection of food suitable for both adults and children. The variety was impressive and provided a great start to each day. 👨👩👧 A Wonderful Family-Friendly Environment The greatest strength of this hotel is its understanding of families. Everything is designed with children in mind, creating a place where children can feel excited, happy and full of imagination. Our child especially enjoyed the family atmosphere, and it was wonderful to see so many families creating happy memories together. ❤️ Great Potential with Some Areas for Improvement The hotel has an excellent foundation: beautiful rooms, a fantastic concept, wonderful family facilities and a great location. With some improvements, it has the potential to become one of the best family resorts in Anji. 🌍 International Guest Communication As an international guest, communication was sometimes challenging. Unfortunately, none of the staff members we met could speak English, and some were reluctant to use translation tools. Basic English support or greater willingness to use translation applications would greatly improve the experience for overseas visitors. 🧑🍳 Breakfast Service Professionalism Although breakfast was excellent, we noticed the chef using his phone in the breakfast area during service time. For a family resort with such great potential, maintaining professionalism in all public areas is important. 🌙 Night Reception Service At approximately 5:00 am, we needed assistance because our room key required reactivation. Unfortunately, nobody was immediately available at reception. A 24-hour guest service presence would improve the overall experience. 🚗 Arrival Experience The entrance creates the first impression. We noticed the security staff member appeared distracted using his phone and smoking rather than actively welcoming guests. A more professional arrival service would better reflect the quality of this beautiful resort. 🌧️ Typhoon Weather — More Indoor Activities Needed During our stay, a typhoon affected the weather and some outdoor facilities were closed. We booked the family room, and while the size of the room was fantastic, this is the first time in a while that we were in a room that looked dirty. Not worn out, not outdated, but dirty, which is even more unfortunate given that we were travelling with kids. The main bed was immaculate, but the bed linens on the lower bunk bed were utterly uninviting. The bed bunk was also incredibly uncomfortable to sleep on given how thin the mattresses were. The beds had mattress protectors, but they made little difference. The rooms have plenty things for kids (think plastic table set, teepee tent, plush toys, bath toys etc), but I found them insalubrious. Given how many things there were, I doubt that the room is throughly cleaned in between families. I wouldn't stay there with smaller kids The shower area was also very gross to say the least. The carpet and the sofa were stained, the tiles by the front door looked dusty at all times. The pool was also terrible. This may have been a great hotel in its golden days, but that was a long time ago. In a very positive note, a shout out to Polina and her team for tracking down the taxi that brought us to the hotel and helping us retrieve some forgotten items.

Das InterContinental zeichnet sich durch seine erstklassige Lage aus. **Umgebung:** Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, die Aussicht erstklassig; man fühlt sich hier wirklich inmitten der Natur. **Service:** Alle Mitarbeiter, denen wir im Hotel begegneten, waren stets höflich und äußerst zuvorkommend, was einen hervorragenden Eindruck hinterlassen hat. **Ausstattung:** Die Ausstattung war sehr umfassend und durchdacht, was unseren Aufenthalt überaus angenehm und komfortabel gemacht hat. **Hygiene:** Der Hygienestatus war sehr zufriedenstellend. Das Reinigungspersonal war äußerst fleißig, reagierte schnell auf Anfragen und bot einen ausgezeichneten Service. Vielen Dank dafür. **Besonderer Dank an den Reisefotografen:** Ein besonderer Dank geht an den Reisefotografen. Obwohl es zum vereinbarten Termin stark regnete und wir die geplanten externen Sehenswürdigkeiten nicht besuchen konnten, war der Fotograf technisch sehr versiert und zeigte ein großes Engagement. Die entstandenen Aufnahmen sind äußerst zufriedenstellend. Herzlichen Dank!

Ich hatte einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in Pan Pacific Ningbo, und ich möchte besonders Igor für meinen Besuch so erinnere dich bedanken. Von dem Moment, als ich ankam, war er unglaublich willkommen, professionell und wirklich um sicherzustellen, alles ging reibungslos. Obwohl mein Aufenthalt kurz und sehr beschäftigt war, erschien seine freundliche und aufmerksame Aufmerksamkeit. Die Umgebung ist wirklich erstaunlich ✨ Die Volksbewohner befinden sich im Tal von Zhuhai und die gesamte Landschaft ist großartig. Das Zimmer hat eine eigene Suppe ♨️ Zuppe, um den Bergwald besonders entspannt zu sehen. Hardware-Einrichtung online, Frühstück und Nachmittags-Freizeit von guter Qualität, der Service ist intim, ist sehr gut für Kurzreisende, das Gefühl der Erfahrung ist großartig und empfehlenswert.

Fuchun Bergresort wird stark für Ausländer wie unsere Familie empfohlen. Friedlicher See mit wunderschöner Landschaft machte unsere Familie sich erfrischend fühlen. chinesische traditionelle Hotelzimmer ist ziemlich gemütlich. Zusätzliche Service wie das Foto von einem Fotografen ist bei der Eincheckung vorzubehalten, sonst ist das Wochenende vollständig reserviert.

Es war Donnerstag, als wir ankamen. Es regnete stark. Nach dem Aussteigen aus dem Hochgeschwindigkeitszug wollten wir den Hotelshuttle nehmen. Wir haben das Hotel dreimal angerufen, bevor endlich jemand geantwortet hat. Endlich kamen wir in die Lobby, aber die vorherigen Gäste hatten noch nicht ausgecheckt, sodass das Zimmer noch nicht gereinigt worden war. An der Rezeption hieß es, wir müssten eine Stunde warten und würden anrufen, wenn das Zimmer fertig sei. Aber wir warteten mehr als anderthalb Stunden und bekamen immer noch keinen Anruf. Wir fragten nach und erfuhren, dass das Zimmer überprüft worden war. Ich schlage vor, von Kimpton aus derselben Gruppe zu lernen und die Gäste im Voraus anzurufen, um Hallo zu sagen und WeChat hinzuzufügen … Abgesehen von der unangenehmen Erfahrung am Anfang ist die Erfahrung nach dem Einchecken immer noch sehr zufriedenstellend.😊 Die Brüder und Schwestern in den chinesischen und westlichen Restaurants sind sehr fleißig und freundlich.🧍♂️🧍♀️ Der Zimmermädchen Wang Manping ist sehr großzügig beim Auffüllen von Teebeuteln und Getränken.🍵🥤 Der Onkel an der Lobbytür ist sehr enthusiastisch, trägt aktiv Gepäck und hilft beim Abfertigen des Shuttlebusses.🧳🚗 Der Fotografenbruder von Xinrui Travel macht Fotos und produziert Bilder. Die verfeinerten Bilder wirken sehr natürlich. Der Paketpreis für den Fotokauf ist kostengünstig📷 Das zentrale Zimmer mit Seeblick ist etwas kleiner, aber der Balkon ist recht geräumig. 😜 Im Mai ist das Wetter weder heiß noch kalt. Es ist wirklich bequem, auf dem Balkon zu sitzen, die Brise zu genießen, die schöne Landschaft zu bewundern und zu essen. 😌 Vom Infinity-Pool, der Aussichtsterrasse, dem Fitnessstudio sowie den chinesischen und westlichen Restaurants des Hotels aus hat man einen Blick auf die Berge und den See. An sonnigen Tagen gibt es auch wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge🌄 Voller Urlaubsfeeling🏖️

A Comfortable, Pet-Friendly Stay with a Few Areas for Improvement The hotel can be difficult to identify when you first arrive because there is no sign directly on the building. Instead, the sign is attached to a gate that usually remains open, so it becomes partially folded and easy to miss. The hotel also does not have on-site parking. Guests park across the street at the restaurant where breakfast is served each morning. Breakfast was traditional Chinese and included steamed buns, sweet potato, a hard-boiled egg, watermelon, tea, and milk. Everything was very tasty. Coffee was also available, but it cost extra. The people looking after the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. When we arrived, they were filling the swimming pool after cleaning it and told us it would be ready later that day. Although the pool was one of the main reasons we booked the hotel, it did not quite meet our cleanliness standards because the deeper areas still appeared slightly cloudy. However, many other guests were comfortable using it, and we saw people enjoying the pool every day. The library area was absolutely gorgeous, but unfortunately, there was a strong smell of mildew that made it difficult to spend much time there. These were the main drawbacks of our stay. Our room, however, was lovely. It smelled fresh, the bed was firm and very comfortable, and the sheets were clean. The staff emptied the rubbish and replenished our drinking water every day. The bathroom products were high quality, and toothbrushes were provided upon arrival. The room would have been even better if there had been enough towels for everyone staying in it and if the water had been slightly hotter. The hotel is located directly beside the river, with access to a peaceful riverside walk through beautiful gardens. There is also an elevated walkway farther down the road that looked interesting, although we did not have the opportunity to explore it. The river area was especially relaxing, and if I return, I would bring folding chairs and a small folding table so we could sit in the shallow water, relax, and play games. Most attractions and restaurants are approximately a 20-minute drive from the hotel. The receptionist tried to help us with maps and itineraries. Unfortunately, even after attempting to find the same hike on three different days, we were unable to locate the trailhead. It seemed that even local residents were not very familiar with the exact route. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is that it is pet-friendly and does not charge an additional pet fee, which was an important reason we chose it. The gentleman at reception also helped us secure a dinner reservation at Naked Ranch, where we had a wonderful evening. Moganshan is a beautiful destination, and overall, this hotel provided a comfortable stay. There is certainly some room for improvement, but I would return because I slept incredibly well and appreciated the warm, helpful service. Thank you again to the staff for all their assistance.

Das Zimmer war sehr zufriedenstellend, groß und elegant eingerichtet – eben ein Banyan Tree! Vor ein paar Jahren war ich im Banyan Tree Shanghai, zu einem ähnlichen Preis gab es dort nur den Blick auf den Bund. Die Größe des Zimmers, das raffinierte Ambiente und das Urlaubsgefühl in Xixi sind damit nicht zu vergleichen. Es gab zwei riesige Terrassen direkt am See. Die Enten und Fische hier sind schlau geworden, sie kommen gleich angeschwommen, um etwas zu fressen, wenn man sich nähert. Am Zimmer gab es nichts auszusetzen, meine Eltern hätten mich kaum gefunden. Das Badezimmer war auch sehr geräumig, allerdings mochte ich den Duft der Pflegeprodukte nicht so sehr, er war mir etwas zu süßlich. Das Hotelgelände ist sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts wunderschön und lohnt sich, genau erkundet zu werden. Man kann bis zur Ambassador Suite laufen und von dort aus zum Wasser gehen, es ist eigentlich auch ein Teil des Xixi Feuchtgebiets, wo man die wilde Seite des Feuchtgebiets sehen kann. Der Hotel-Buggy kann einen zum kostenlosen Teil des Xixi Feuchtgebiets außerhalb des Haupttors bringen, dann kann man selbst eine Runde drehen und das Hotel kontaktieren, um wieder abgeholt zu werden. Jeder im Hotel war sehr herzlich und aufmerksam.

Mein Aufenthalt in Hualuxe war absolut wunderbar! Das Hotel selbst ist erstaunlich elegante, sauber und so komfortable. Aber was wirklich unsere Erfahrung besonders machte war Ruby auf dem Frontdesk. Sie war unglaublich warm, professionell, und ging oben und darüber hinaus, um sicherzustellen, dass wir alles, was wir brauchten.
