"Ich reiste außerhalb der Hauptverkehrszeit und brachte meine Kinder und Eltern zum Einchecken ins Hotel. Erstens liegt das Hotel in der Songlan Mountain Scenic Area. Es verfügt über einen eigenen Privatstrand, der für Kinder sehr praktisch ist, um im Wasser und Sand zu spielen. Die Zimmer und Betten sind sehr neu sind groß und die Umgebung des Hotels ist sehr gut. Zweitens ist der Service des Hotels sehr gut, was sich darin widerspiegelt. Die Reinigung erfolgte pünktlich, Getränke und Snacks wurden schnell aufgefüllt, die Hausschuhe und Toilettenartikel der Kinder waren ebenfalls vollständig und vorhanden Während des 1. Mai gab es im Hotel viele Aktivitäten für Kinder.
Mängel in der Suppe: 1. Die Auswahl und der Geschmack des Hotelfrühstücks sind durchschnittlich, und der Restaurantservice kann mit den Maifeiertagsgästen nicht mithalten. 2. "Normally book hotels which have opened within 6 months. This hotel states it opened in 2025 , but upon checking in there is no way it was opened in 2025.
The finishes are worn, and it was cleanish but the bathroom just felt dirty with the black mould build up. Around it . It also felt somewhat mis-matched. The lobby is beautiful tho. And the free ice cream was delicious.
The bedding was clean and comfy. But the first room I was given the bath mat had a stain what looked like blood. The second room reeked of old cigarette smoke I don’t know how in 2025 we are still allowing smoking in public establishments! The bedding smelt .
Also the cleaning staff were quite rude when I asked for the bedding to be changed after waking up and realising there was a stain. Made me think there were bedbugs. She said no and then found ways to justify the stain and at its normal: that left a bad taste in my mouth.
The breakfast was terrible for a westerner and a vegetarian, no cofeee no toast , no yoghurt"

"Das Dragon ist nach wie vor einzigartig und ich würde sehr gerne noch öfter dort übernachten. Leider habe ich diesmal einen gravierenden Mangel festgestellt: Die Klimaanlage ist im gesamten Hotel verteilt und filtert weder Geräusche noch Staub. Ich hatte ein Zimmer im 12. Stock, konnte aber laute Stimmen hören und den Rauchgeruch durch die Klimaanlage wahrnehmen, als ob mein Bett in einem dieser Mahjong-Räume im zweiten Stock stünde. Schlaflose Nächte…"

"Zuerst dachte ich, dass die Umgebung des Hotels sehr gut ist, dann ist der Service besonders gut und sehr intim. Dann habe ich auch einen kleinen Kuchen geschickt, wenn es Geburtstag ist. Und was ich mit Ihnen sehr sorgfältig kommunizieren will, und dann ist ein Punkt, dass das Restaurant auch gut ist, dass der Preis nicht so hoch ist, aber im Allgemeinen auch ok.
Die geografische Lage ist besonders gut, dann ist der Rezeptionservice vor allem gut, es ist überraschend, die Zeremonie ist sehr gut.

"Es war Donnerstag, als wir ankamen. Es regnete stark. Nach dem Aussteigen aus dem Hochgeschwindigkeitszug wollten wir den Hotelshuttle nehmen. Wir haben das Hotel dreimal angerufen, bevor endlich jemand geantwortet hat. Endlich kamen wir in die Lobby, aber die vorherigen Gäste hatten noch nicht ausgecheckt, sodass das Zimmer noch nicht gereinigt worden war. An der Rezeption hieß es, wir müssten eine Stunde warten und würden anrufen, wenn das Zimmer fertig sei. Aber wir warteten mehr als anderthalb Stunden und bekamen immer noch keinen Anruf. Wir fragten nach und erfuhren, dass das Zimmer überprüft worden war. Ich schlage vor, von Kimpton aus derselben Gruppe zu lernen und die Gäste im Voraus anzurufen, um Hallo zu sagen und WeChat hinzuzufügen …

Die verfeinerten Bilder wirken sehr natürlich. Der Paketpreis für den Fotokauf ist kostengünstig📷
Das zentrale Zimmer mit Seeblick ist etwas kleiner, aber der Balkon ist recht geräumig. 😜 Im Mai ist das Wetter weder heiß noch kalt. Es ist wirklich bequem, auf dem Balkon zu sitzen, die Brise zu genießen, die schöne Landschaft zu bewundern und zu essen. 😌 Vom Infinity-Pool, der Aussichtsterrasse, dem Fitnessstudio sowie den chinesischen und westlichen Restaurants des Hotels aus hat man einen Blick auf die Berge und den See. Gastnutzer非常滿意，專門帶孩子來玩的，出發前就已經聯繫，有專屬管家，管家小諾非常好，及時解決各種問題，很熱情，周到。我們住的是主題酒店，那個可愛的小房子，小朋友非常喜歡，房間離樂園很近玩累了還能回房間休息會兒，非常不錯，而且性價比很高，定的房間套餐，包含了門票，還有冰雪世界和萌堡樂園，其他項目基本上是免費的，部分收費，演出很多，從早看到晚，晚上的打鐵花很贊。園區裏餐飲也多的，有小吃，也有餐廳，隨機選了兩家，價格和味道都很nice。推薦哦！

Ein Hotel, das ich sehr schätze. Es ist ein alteingesessenes Fünf-Sterne-Hotel, und obwohl es nach vielen Jahren nicht mehr so makellos neu glänzt wie einst, ist die Lage unschlagbar praktisch. Die Zimmer sind riesig und komplett ausgestattet. Nur einen Katzensprung über die Straße liegt der Westsee, und in der Umgebung gibt es viele gute Restaurants. Der Nachtmarkt ist farbenfroh und überwältigend. Das Essen zum Mitnehmen wird von einem Roboter aufs Zimmer gebracht, sehr aufmerksam!
Zwei Punkte, die meiner Meinung nach verbessert werden könnten:
1. Ich hatte ein Nichtraucherzimmer gebucht, aber beim Betreten konnte ich immer noch Rauch riechen. Vielleicht haben sich die Gerüche früherer Gäste im Teppich oder an den Wänden festgesetzt. Als Fünf-Sterne-Hotel könnte man doch von den Gästen verlangen, während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht zu rauchen? Das würde die Sauberkeit und Hygiene der Zimmer besser erhalten und auch Sicherheitsrisiken vermeiden.
2. Könnte ein Selbstbedienungs-Wäscheservice angeboten werden? Die meisten Hotels in China bieten diesen Service inzwischen an. Man könnte ihn kostenpflichtig nutzen. Jedes Kleidungsstück zum Waschen wegzugeben, ist wirklich unpraktisch, zumal bei der Online-Buchung angegeben war, dass es einen Selbstbedienungs-Wäscheservice gibt, was sich bei der Ankunft als falsch herausstellte. Zum Glück haben die netten jungen Damen und Herren an der Rezeption meine missliche Lage erkannt und mir geholfen, das Problem zu lösen.
Dennoch überwiegen die Vorteile die Nachteile. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten!

Das Zimmer mit Seeblick hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Jeden Morgen durften wir die atemberaubende Berg- und Seenlandschaft genießen – die Aussicht war einfach malerisch. Das InterContinental zeichnet sich durch seine erstklassige Lage aus.
**Umgebung:** Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, die Aussicht erstklassig; man fühlt sich hier wirklich inmitten der Natur.
**Service:** Alle Mitarbeiter, denen wir im Hotel begegneten, waren stets höflich und äußerst zuvorkommend, was einen hervorragenden Eindruck hinterlassen hat.
**Ausstattung:** Die Ausstattung war sehr umfassend und durchdacht, was unseren Aufenthalt überaus angenehm und komfortabel gemacht hat.
**Hygiene:** Der Hygienestatus war sehr zufriedenstellend. Das Reinigungspersonal war äußerst fleißig, reagierte schnell auf Anfragen und bot einen ausgezeichneten Service. Vielen Dank dafür.
**Besonderer Dank an den Reisefotografen:** Ein besonderer Dank geht an den Reisefotografen. Obwohl es zum vereinbarten Termin stark regnete und wir die geplanten externen Sehenswürdigkeiten nicht besuchen konnten, war der Fotograf technisch sehr versiert und zeigte ein großes Engagement. Metin-ausIch hatte einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in Pan Pacific Ningbo, und ich möchte besonders Igor für meinen Besuch so erinnere dich bedanken. Von dem Moment, als ich ankam, war er unglaublich willkommen, professionell und wirklich um sicherzustellen, alles ging reibungslos. Obwohl mein Aufenthalt kurz und sehr beschäftigt war, erschien seine freundliche und aufmerksame Aufmerksamkeit. Es ist selten, jemanden zu treffen, der die Gäste so komfortable und wertvolle Gefühle macht. Danke, Igor . Shuaishuaiweige終於打卡安吉網紅民宿來野山川裏，堪稱江浙滬避世度假天花板，整趟入住體驗超出預期！民宿隱匿在山川鄉萬畝竹海山谷之中，自駕進山沿途滿目青綠，深灰色極簡建築嵌在山林間，被大家稱作竹林裏的“黑房子”，侘寂風設計高級耐看，和自然景緻完美相融。民宿僅有十間客房，人流量少，私密性絕佳，遠離喧囂，很適合暫時逃離城市的浮躁。
我們入住的山景客房空間開闊，270°全景落地窗直接將連綿竹海框成天然畫卷。清晨躺在床上就能欣賞山間雲霧緩緩流動，傍晚靜待落日浸染遠山。房間硬件配置誠意滿滿，金可兒床墊柔軟舒適，一夜安睡；配備戴森吹風機、高級洗護用品，全屋智能設備操作便捷，衞生打掃得一塵不染。最大亮點是每間客房自帶獨立私湯，引入天然山泉水，傍晚泡進温熱湯池，竹林清風撲面而來，聽竹葉沙沙作響，所有疲憊一掃而空，氛圍感拉滿。
公共區域豐富多樣，挑高大堂通透治癒，書吧茶室安靜閑適；頂樓無邊泳池直麪羣山，拍照格外出片。餐飲選用本地農户直供食材，早餐品類豐富，鮮筍、土雞蛋充滿山野風味；山野火鍋食材新鮮，竹筒飯香氣十足。管家服務貼心周到，抵達時主動幫忙搬運行李，有需求響應迅速，晚間還送上暖心甜湯，細節充滿温度。
位置十分便利，驅車不久就能抵達雲上草原。不管是情侶短途旅行、好友小聚都很合適。在這裏，沒有擁擠人潮，衹有青山、竹海與晚風。一次難忘的山野旅居，已經列入二刷清單，真心推薦給想要靜心放鬆的朋友！

GastnutzerOur party of 3 adults spent 3 nights at the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort in early 12/2024. We came to Fuchun to see the scenaries that had inspired the famous 富春山居圖 painting. We booked 2 basic rooms (Linyin Garden View), but received free upgrades (Guizhou Lake View) at check in. I must admit our initial feelings as we arrived was one of creeping doubt, because the Fuyang city streets we had driven through (we drove in from the Hangzhou Xihu area) were very industrial, just giant factories one after another and the immediate area outside the property was just a bunch of small suburban farm homes and shops. Furthermore, as our car pulled up to the front lobby entrance, no one greeted us. Not a soul was in sight. Our driver had to poke his head inside and announce guests are here and service is needed. From there on, however, things only got better and better. So, yes, this was a quiet property. There wasn’t a lot of staff standing about. But, there was enough personnel to provide all the basic services expected. And I found they were very friendly, quick to respond, and efficient. During our 3.5 days here, we explored and enjoyed this beautiful hotel inside and out. The hotel itself (the main building) was simply grand. Its design and decor was a perfect balance of East Meets West, modernized traditional, understated elegance. The layout was a bit of a labyrinth. There were wings, corridors, and stairs you can go down to find restaurants, spa/gym/pool, conference rooms, sitting nooks, a small boat dock, and even an impressive collection of embroidery art on display. Our rooms were large and airy, spotless, the ceiling was high, and the windows opened onto the lake. The bathroom was spacious with a double sink and lots of counter space. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, definitely in line with 5 star international standards. Outside, there was a man-made lake with 2 groups of swans (or were they white geese?). They crisscrossed the lake during the day and slept below our windows at night. There was also a little children’s playground (with a pair of ducks) and what looked like a small amphitheater. Several short paths allowed us to walk the sizable grounds. Early one morning, we followed one across a little brook to the edge of the tea terrace. Another morning, we strolled down a road flanked by bamboo that led to the beautiful villas that stood apart from the main hotel. Everywhere, the atmosphere was tranquil and the views spectacular. We ate most of our meals at the hotel since we were unfamiliar with the area and didn’t really want to go out looking (this was the end of a 2 week trip). We tried both of the restaurants on-site (the Chinese and the Western/Fusion) and thought they were fine overall, since food/ingredients were fresh and of good quality. Taste and craft were okay, not great but acceptable. In truth, we were probably not too demanding at this point, as we had already gorged out during our previous stay in the HZ/Xihu area. In summary, our family really liked the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort. We were very comfortable during our short stay. We really appreciated the quiet calmness of the place as well as the warm service provided by the entire staff. We would love to return. It was an easy car ride from the HZ city area, and it was easy to hire cars to nearby and more distant attractions. Lastly, for those interested in the 富春山居圖, there is a replica of the painting (both parts and to scale) displayed downstairs in the spa :)

Es war Donnerstag, als wir ankamen. Es regnete stark. Nach dem Aussteigen aus dem Hochgeschwindigkeitszug wollten wir den Hotelshuttle nehmen. Wir haben das Hotel dreimal angerufen, bevor endlich jemand geantwortet hat. Endlich kamen wir in die Lobby, aber die vorherigen Gäste hatten noch nicht ausgecheckt, sodass das Zimmer noch nicht gereinigt worden war. An der Rezeption hieß es, wir müssten eine Stunde warten und würden anrufen, wenn das Zimmer fertig sei. Aber wir warteten mehr als anderthalb Stunden und bekamen immer noch keinen Anruf. Wir fragten nach und erfuhren, dass das Zimmer überprüft worden war. Ich schlage vor, von Kimpton aus derselben Gruppe zu lernen und die Gäste im Voraus anzurufen, um Hallo zu sagen und WeChat hinzuzufügen …
Abgesehen von der unangenehmen Erfahrung am Anfang ist die Erfahrung nach dem Einchecken immer noch sehr zufriedenstellend.😊 Die Brüder und Schwestern in den chinesischen und westlichen Restaurants sind sehr fleißig und freundlich.🧍♂️🧍♀️ Der Zimmermädchen Wang Manping ist sehr großzügig beim Auffüllen von Teebeuteln und Getränken.🍵🥤 Der Onkel an der Lobbytür ist sehr enthusiastisch, trägt aktiv Gepäck und hilft beim Abfertigen des Shuttlebusses.🧳🚗 Der Fotografenbruder von Xinrui Travel macht Fotos und produziert Bilder. Die verfeinerten Bilder wirken sehr natürlich. Der Paketpreis für den Fotokauf ist kostengünstig📷
Das zentrale Zimmer mit Seeblick ist etwas kleiner, aber der Balkon ist recht geräumig. 😜 Im Mai ist das Wetter weder heiß noch kalt. Es ist wirklich bequem, auf dem Balkon zu sitzen, die Brise zu genießen, die schöne Landschaft zu bewundern und zu essen. 😌 Vom Infinity-Pool, der Aussichtsterrasse, dem Fitnessstudio sowie den chinesischen und westlichen Restaurants des Hotels aus hat man einen Blick auf die Berge und den See. An sonnigen Tagen gibt es auch wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge🌄 Voller Urlaubsfeeling🏖️

The hotel can be difficult to identify when you first arrive because there is no sign directly on the building. Instead, the sign is attached to a gate that usually remains open, so it becomes partially folded and easy to miss. The hotel also does not have on-site parking. Guests park across the street at the restaurant where breakfast is served each morning.
Breakfast was traditional Chinese and included steamed buns, sweet potato, a hard-boiled egg, watermelon, tea, and milk. Everything was very tasty. Coffee was also available, but it cost extra.
The people looking after the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. When we arrived, they were filling the swimming pool after cleaning it and told us it would be ready later that day. Although the pool was one of the main reasons we booked the hotel, it did not quite meet our cleanliness standards because the deeper areas still appeared slightly cloudy. However, many other guests were comfortable using it, and we saw people enjoying the pool every day.
The library area was absolutely gorgeous, but unfortunately, there was a strong smell of mildew that made it difficult to spend much time there. These were the main drawbacks of our stay.
Our room, however, was lovely. It smelled fresh, the bed was firm and very comfortable, and the sheets were clean. The staff emptied the rubbish and replenished our drinking water every day. The bathroom products were high quality, and toothbrushes were provided upon arrival. The room would have been even better if there had been enough towels for everyone staying in it and if the water had been slightly hotter.
The hotel is located directly beside the river, with access to a peaceful riverside walk through beautiful gardens. There is also an elevated walkway farther down the road that looked interesting, although we did not have the opportunity to explore it. The river area was especially relaxing, and if I return, I would bring folding chairs and a small folding table so we could sit in the shallow water, relax, and play games.
Most attractions and restaurants are approximately a 20-minute drive from the hotel. The receptionist tried to help us with maps and itineraries. Unfortunately, even after attempting to find the same hike on three different days, we were unable to locate the trailhead. It seemed that even local residents were not very familiar with the exact route.
One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is that it is pet-friendly and does not charge an additional pet fee, which was an important reason we chose it. The gentleman at reception also helped us secure a dinner reservation at Naked Ranch, where we had a wonderful evening.
Moganshan is a beautiful destination, and overall, this hotel provided a comfortable stay. There is certainly some room for improvement, but I would return because I slept incredibly well and appreciated the warm, helpful service. Thank you again to the staff for all their assistance.

GastnutzerWe had a wonderful stay at Banyan Tree and were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a two-bedroom villa. The villa was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully designed, offering both comfort and a memorable experience.
The breakfast was excellent, and we particularly appreciated the effort made to accommodate our strict vegetarian dietary requirements. The buggy services were consistently prompt and efficient.
The resort’s location amidst the wetlands provides a unique and tranquil natural setting, though some guests may find it slightly secluded.
Communication through WeChat was smooth and responsive. We would also like to especially commend Samiksha, the intern, and the dining team member who spoke both English and Chinese fluently. Their attentiveness and willingness to help significantly enhanced our experience.
As areas for improvement, the swimming pool water could have been warmer, and the addition of facilities such as a sauna or jacuzzi would further elevate the guest experience.
Overall, we had a very enjoyable and well-managed stay and truly appreciated the warm hospitality of the team.

GastnutzerWe had an absolutely delightful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding — the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, which set the tone for the rest of the experience.
The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was luxurious, and the overall ambiance made it easy to relax and unwind. We especially appreciated the small touches, like the complimentary teas and neatly arranged toiletries.
The food was another highlight of our stay — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We still think about the pastries!
What stood out to me most was the décor throughout the hotel. Tasteful, elegant, and inviting, with a great attention to detail. Whether in the lobby, dining area, or hallways, everything was beautifully arranged and created a truly welcoming atmosphere.
