This is one of the best experience I have with Shangri-la especially the service from the front desk is impeccable! Kudos to Erin王婷!! She’s the best!! She made our trip extra special! Birthday cake was prepared for our birthday celebration, even decorated the room with flower and lights! When we request for housekeeping or anything, it gets done immediately which is pretty impressive! Once again, thank you Erin for giving us over and above service during our stay!

We had an apartment on the 3rd floor. There was some dirt left in the bathroom, the drain was partly clogged by hairs which you dont immediately see, because it is under a cover. Inside the apartment there are stairs leading to a second level but upstairs there is nothing except for an additional bed and no windows. Its a little unhandy that you need to go to the 9th floor of the neighbouring building to check in. The view from the main apartment is pretty nice, one can see the sea from the bed! Location is also nice, close to the seafront.

Der Ort, um in Zibo zu bleiben! Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Ramada Zibo. Zimmer war gerade mit klassischen Einstellungen, gute Hardware und feste Wände, um einen großen Schlaf zu gewährleisten. Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Der herrliche Volkspark ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Ein wunderbarer Ort, um Zeit zu verbringen. Auch die berühmte Ba Da Ju 8ndas Lebensmittelstraße für eine tolle Zeit am Abend ist auch in der Nähe. Verpassen Sie nicht auf der großen Zibo BBQ, viele Alternativen zum Essen sind in der Nähe. Alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, wenn wir Fragen hatten oder Hilfe benötigten. Frühstücksbuffets sind in China ein großes Angebot und ich muss sagen, dass das Hotel eines der besten, die ich je gesehen habe. Eine große Auswahl an Artikeln, darunter einige seltenere Dinge wie Lammsuppe. Sehr gut von allen Master Chefs gemacht. Wir genossen das Frühstück jeden Tag unseres Aufenthalts. Zibo ist eine große Stadt zu besuchen, freundliche Menschen, geschmackvolles Essen und ein friedliches, glückliches Vibe. Wir hoffen, dass wir wiederkommen.
